We were initially hesitant to try the restaurant due to its limited vegetarian options, but since it was conveniently located next to our hotel, we decided to give it a shot—and we’re glad we did.
For cold starters, we ordered the carrot, celery, and whitefish ceviche—all of which were incredibly delicious and packed with flavor. For mains, we had the risotto and roasted Arctic char. The risotto was rich, creamy, and had a strong, delightful cheese flavor. While I didn’t try the Arctic char myself, my husband thoroughly enjoyed it.
The highlight of the meal, however, was the dessert. The three of us shared the French toast topped with coffee ice cream, and it was easily the best we've ever had—perfectly balanced in flavor and both soft and crispy.
A surprisingly wonderful experience overall!
