Gusto Gelato & Caffé

I live in the neighbourhood so I come with my husband few times a month for a long time, but today will be my last visit because I had an extremely unpleasant experience. I ordered the caramel flavor and Hokey Pokey which was my go-to, however the caramel was bitter and tasted burnt. I spoke to a staff who didn’t speak English and she referred me the a seemingly more senior staff that does, and he told me “of course it’s bitter it’s salted caramel”. 1)No, salted caramel should not be bitter 2)It is only listed as caramel 3)It’s not my first caramel gelato in Gusto (or anywhere in this world really) and to have the audacity to say how salted caramel should be bitter is just mind blowing. 4)He didn’t even bother checking the taste himself to confirm whether it was normal and just assumed he knows better. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I hope the company sees what lack of training and problem solving skills in staff could cost you.

A friend recommended this place and it did not disappoint. I had a brilliant cone of the Snickers gelato — so creamy and packed with flavour. The whole space is super clean, beautifully organised, and much bigger than I expected, with both indoor and outdoor seating. My friend mentioned it’s usually packed, but we got lucky visiting later in the evening and skipped the line. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Such a good ice cream shop with a crazy amount of flavours and massive outdoor area to sit in. Friendly staff and you are able to taste flavours before buying. I went for the banana choc + snickers. 40k for a cone/small cup which is slightly higher than average price. Recommend a stop here if you have a sweet tooth like me :)

Tried Gusto Gelato. So many unique flavors to choose from, and the gelato itself is rich, creamy, and not overly sweet, just right. The place can get busy, but the service is fast and friendly. Great spot to cool down in Bali.

Its popular place to enjoy ice cream in Bali. The place is big and there are various taste that you can try. In total maybe 8-9 times I was in Bali, I came here just twice because my husband hate crowded place and always refused to go here 😂

this place sells gelato. the small cup, which you can order up to two different flavors, costs 40k rupiah. you need to pay it first to the cashier, then you give the receipt to the staff who pick the gelato. they have many flavors of gelato from milk based flavor, chocolate, to the fruit ones. they can give you a sample of the flavor before you decide which one you want to order. personally, i like the dulce di lecce. it uses milk as the base flavor. what i like about this gelato is that it's not too sweet. it's creamy, and not too watery. they have indoor and outdoor areas to dine in.

They have many various flavour and you can ask for a little sample flavor. The place is spacious with indoor and outdoor areas. Small cup/cone price for 40k and you can choose for 2 flavours. Super legit gelato in Bali.

Heard about this gelato from few years ago but don't want to try as everytime passed the shop, it's always busy and difficult to park. I came here after my notary appointment which is located 50m from the shop. As it's before lunch time, parking area still OK. Many flavour available. Delicious and premium taste. You will confuse to choose as all look delicious. For the price of a small cup of 2 flavors 40k. I tried jack fruit taste and pistachio. Also try durian. Both cups are delicious and I finish it all. 😅 The place look small but there were many seating areas, both outdoor and indoor. It is indeed a tourist spot, but mostly locals. If you love dessert, maybe you can try this gelato. Just make sure to co. E before lunch time to avoid the traffic.
