The staff are super friendly and helpful (& good looking!)! One of the prettiest lady helped me to carry my luggage down the stairs, im so grateful. Another lady recommended me some food. Service is top notch! Only issue is that the room is like an oven in the morning, can get really hot! Perhaps a stronger fan or aircon circulation would be better!

This hotel is excellent. As soon as I entered, I could feel the cleanliness. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful, the view was good, and the bed was comfortable. Having stayed in over a hundred hotels, this one is the best.

If you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet escape, this hotel is perfect. It’s incredibly relaxing and located right next to the beach, so the views are absolutely stunning. I’m currently staying in a capsule room, and it’s surprisingly spacious and comfortable. They even provide complimentary pajamas, which is a nice touch. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, and there’s no language barrier between Korean and English, which made everything smooth and easy. Honestly, for the price, you get way more than expected. I’ll definitely be booking again!

This place is in a great spot. Staff were friendly and generally spoke English, should that be important to you. They're helpful with advice on how to get around and what's happening locally. I like the viewing area facing the street on the first floor, where you can eat or drink while looking out the windows at the beach and bridge. Blue bags of towels, cereal, milk and ramen are delivered to the rooms every morning. Nice. A "romantic" room on the 6th floor was ... really tiny. The room was double bed's width and shower and toilet and sink were ... functional but cramped, especially if you're tall and trying to ... sit down or stand up in the toilet stall without your knees hitting the glass wall. Room outer wall was mostly glass and had a great view. You take your shoes off at the entrance but have to walk a distance to the shoe lockers. Roof area was basically shut down (early Aug 2025) ... hot tubs were empty, chairs removed.

Hotel 1 Busan truly stole my heart! I booked a Premier room with a spectacular seaview that took my breath away. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. One minor thing to note is that the aircon can be a bit noisy at times, but it was a small price to pay for the stunning views. Overall, I'd highly recommend Hotel 1 Busan, especially if you're looking for a room with a view. It was worth every moment!

In love with the place! Strategic location, capsule is decent, amenities were great as well. While i stayed there in early summer, morning can be hot and heaty in the room since it’s facing the beach plus where the sun rises. At night can be heaty too. So i had to open the curtain of my capsule a bit to let the cool air in. Overall, would love to stay here again, but will try the private room instead.

Good location (abit far from subway) | Good view and good staff and management system | I cut 1 star because of Musty smell and mold(on bed) if you sleep in lower capsule pls bring perfume or something to cover

Wanted a beach front / Saturday drone show view and this cute hotel food not disappoint.Hotel is cute and nice views, when you enter lobby they make you take off your shoes and give you a shoe locker and slippers. No shoes allowed :) Welcome arrival snacks with juice and 4 bottles of water in your room. Breakfast bag surprise too. Lounging area in the lobby. And the rooftop area views are better than what we have seen in some towers ;) Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Note, you will need to bring your luggage up stairs to the lobby entrance. Also you are on a busy active beach front so you will hear music etc. at night. Highly recommend for a quick stay. Traffic will be crazy due to popularity in weekends.
