We loved our stay! Beautiful room - well kept and comfortable. Dinner at Hidden Chapel (on site) was superb. Highly recommend, confirm floor when booking if having a lift is critical for you. We were on top floor and it was not too much to walk up.

The venue itself is fine and the welcoming warm. The clean room had little space and height constraints but was as promised and fitted me well. The only real issue I have was with the dinner which to me was not up to par for the price. Recommended as a place to stay.

Very clean and in an excellent location.|I would thoroughly recommend.|Things to note, parking is approximately 300meters away and costs £7.20 for 24hrs.|WiFi was very week I could not log on in the Elizabeth room all weekend. Breakfast is well worth including in your tariff.

We stayed 5 nights at this delightful B&B. We stayed in the rooms above The Hidden Chapel restaurant (also delicious) and it was postcard perfect quaint, romantic and first class. The rooms were newly remodeled and the details were perfect. High quality fixtures and every detailed (including furniture and fittings) thought through. The furniture was repurposed from the chapel below. The proprietors were helpful and accommodating. Our kids stayed in the front house. Their room was quaint and comfortable, but the better rooms are above the Chapel.

Before we even checked in, a woman walked past us, asked if we were staying at the Gwynfryn and told us it was the best place to stay in Conwy - she was right! The B&B and The Chapel are beautiful. We were walmly welcomed and shown to our rooms promptly. We stayed in the Wood room - one of the smaller rooms, but that meant it was cosy and romantic. We had a skylight above our bed which was easy to access and use. Our room clean, had all the essentials, very comfortable and maintained daily to a high standard. We opted for breakfast, which was able to be chosen and customised the night before with an arrival time and the options are very accommodating. Breakfast was always served soon after we arrived, and was delicious and hot. The chefs in the kitchen are amazing! The Chapel is a lovely restored Methodist Church with the organ still intact. Plenty of seating on both floors with heating lamps. Very cosy - especially at night for a drink upstairs with low, relaxed lighting. Staff were amazing - big shout out to Monica, Colin and the team. We especially liked Abbie and Kim, who are courteous, welcoming and friendly. Thank you for putting up with us both! We were so happy to spend Valentines Day and a few days later, our anniversary at Gwynfryn. Hopefully we'll be able to come back to Conwy one day, and we'll definitely be staying again!

This place deserves 6 stars , never mind 5. As I'm an only child , of the Leo variety, I can be very fussy most of the time ( ok. All of the time ) Places exist like Gwynfryn for people like me. These are the sort of places you would prefer to leave a 1 star rating to ensure they have rooms available for when I need ;) ;) The welcome is always like we are long lost friends. Warm, Friendly staff. Gorgeous secret courtyard for drinks and food. ( What a great sun-trap ☀️) The Rooms are amazing , having been luckily enough to have stayed on a few different ones. Breakfast - well , to start the location is almost unique .. in an old Methodist church. They serve lunch and dinner here also, bit will leave a separate review on their other Google page for the restaurant. ( The Hidden Chapel Conwy) Back to the fantastic rooms - you have to see them to appreciate the time, money and effort that has gone into the bedrooms. Looking forward to our next stay already Ardderchog 🤩 Keep up the great work guys - shout out to Colin, Monica and the team, Inc Google famous Abbie & Kim ✨

Highly recommend staying here. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Location is very good with the castle and several restaurants right outside. We had a drink before bed and a full English breakfast in The Hidden Chapel, which was nicely decorated for the holidays. We stayed in The Edward I room. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The view from the skylight windows was amazing. Paid parking is a short walk away.

Loved this place. We stayed in Richard II, which was nicely appointed, had a tub as well as a shower, and a view. Two flights of stairs could be an issue for some, but they were fine with us. Colin and staff were great. Breakfasts were good (although they should try to find some hens that lay more flavorful eggs). My only issue was the noisy seagulls, but I suppose that’s unavoidable when one stays near the ocean. In brief, we’d love to stay here again if in north Wales.
