"One is called Gypsy, which has the most incredible selection of very high end designers, and so does this other one, called Serenella."

Yelp
Beautiful clothes, Unfortunately, extremely poor business practice. More like unethical. I purchased a beautiful sweater from here that fortunately they allowed me to return due to the reason I had a reaction to the material : something in the wool. Their policy is NO RETURNS. However, the stipulation was, they told me if they didn't have "back in the store by Thursday" which was less than 48 hours they wouldn't credit me. It was just purchased on Sunday and I notified them on Tuesday afternoon, (their closed on Mondays so I couldn't notify them immediately. I had to send it FedEx. So imperative they have it back by then. I guess they need to get those sales in before the season ends. This was so evident by a different incident in there (same day). There was a sweater that was on sale and the woman confirmed that it was on sale by letting me know "the blue dotted tags " are 20% off that "are on the 3rd floor" When I called them to let them know about the reaction I had with the wool sweater but I still would like to purchase the sweater that was on sale, the owner told me that "this was a mistake and it was not on sale; it was on the wrong floor". I told her the tag had a blue dot indicating it was indeed on sale , however she was emphatic that it was not on sale and would not honor the sale price. Wow, that's pretty low considering the reputation of this boutique. They must be desperate for sales not to do the obvious. Clearly, the item WAS on sale. Perhaps she felt as though she did me enough of a favor by taking the sweater back. The fact is she made the wrong choice. I guess this was her pay back for me returning the sweater. So pathetic, so petty.

Yelp
This was my favorite boutique in Nantucket. Extremely high-end fashion, shoes, and accessories. This is definitely an expensive store but seeing the selection of items, the pricing is not surprising. The store was uncluttered and well organized throughout the space. I enjoyed drooling over the beautiful Thakoon dresses and Celine bags. For a high-end store, the staff was friendly. They were also helpful while I was trying on some of the clothing. Unfortunately, nothing worked out for me but if I'm in Nantucket again, I will definitely stop by!

Yelp
This store had nice, but severely over-priced clothes. The main problem I had with the store, and the reason me and my girlfriend left without purchasing: we were followed and watched throughout the store. I'm not sure whether we were suspected thieves, or the store owner is afraid of theft in the store. Regardless, after kindly declining help, it was clear the sales people were finding reasons to follow us throughout the store and appear busy in whatever section of the store we walked. Frankly, it was bizarre and not well-disguised. Nice clothes though! If you don't mind being treated like a suspected criminal, you'll probably like the store.

Yelp
Tucked away on busy Main Street up a narrow set of stairs, this high-end women's clothing store is never crowded making you feel like you're in your own private store. Browsing through the Catherine Malandrino jackets and Chloe blouses, you'll be sure to fall in love!
