GZ Eden Privilege Resort and Spa

Avoid the massive hotels and choose a small hotel to get the real taste of Siem Reap. Old style colonial boutique hotel with exceptional service. The hotel is comfortable and the pool deliciously refreshing after a morning exploring the temples. All the staff were smiling and attentive and did their utmost to make our stay relaxing and restful. They paid great attention to detail and their pride in their hotel and country was inspiring. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious especially the Amok fish. Massage service excellent too. A wonderful stay. All the staff were superb but special thanks to Seaumey and Rose for their delightful smiles and for looking after us so well.

We were actually booked into their sister hotel the other side of town (GZ Bliss Angkor boutique) but they had troubles with our room key, so we were upgraded to GZ Eden Privilege. The stay were so welcoming straught away. We arrived very early (about 8 or 9am) but they were able to get our room ready for us quickly so we did not have to wait long at all.|Staff were so friendly and accommodating the whole stay, always chatting to us and giving tips and advise. Rooms were lovely, large and clean. Great facilities and lovely pool. Breakfast everyday was very good, and we ordered room service for dinner a couple of days which was very nice.||I would definitely come back here. Rose and Seavmey were really great and we hope to see them again when we return one day.

Very friendly staff and lovely peaceful location. The lagoon style pool and intimacy of the resort were the highlights. Very convenient to move around from the resort, especially easy to get to Angkor Wat or to the city center in a short amount of time. Rooms perfectly equipped and very comfortable to sleep. I highly recommend this resort and will be returning with my family next year.

If Mr Make is reading this, I would just like to say a sincere thank you on behalf of me and my family. You and your fellow manager, together with your Frontline receptionists and the warm and friendly restaurant team, showed us guests what Siem Reap was really all about. You showed that your hotel offered the most beautiful setting, clean, cool and comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, had crispy linen and above all, was a relaxing place. In the evenings, your place transformed into a magic space. We really enjoyed your advice, guidance and arranging of transport services. These tasks often saw you working late until our needs were met, especially when we returned late from our visits to the local eateries. I just wish there was a better way to thank all of you for making our first visit to Cambodia a beautiful one. And please thank Mr Ban, one of your local drivers that you organized, that we were impressed with his dedication to take us around and even not charging us at one time. We insisted but he refused. Your team at the hotel showed great dedication and customer service. We are very grateful for also teaching us some of the Khmer language.|Arkoun and leahaey

Stayed for 3 days but needed at least one day more. The rooms are spacious in traditional Khmer style and very cozy. The staff very friendly and make you feel like home. I truly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in an oasis and enjoy relaxing environment, out from the noisy city. They |offer free transport to the center but back you have to take an tuktuk. Cost only 3 $. Overall my high recommendation and congratulations to the hotel staff. If there will be a next time I will for sure return.

We have spent a longer weekend in this charming hotel. If you search a calm hotel with amazing personalizes service this is the place to stay. They take care of you and you can just enjoy this beautiful country.|Rooms are exactly as on pictures - lovely.|Breakfast was very nice, Cambodian coffee served here the best of my life.|Personnel is super nice and very helpful to advise and arrange for you trips and anything you need.|Hotel is not in a city center which is in the night very busy and that is great, as you can sleep and hotel arrange for you transport to city center for free. They will take care of your travel from and to the airport. Pool nice and clean.|Overall great experience I can recommend if you want have a great private holiday.|||

Very nice stay, close to Angkor Wat temple and lovely shuttle service to the city. The small number of rooms make for a very intimate stay and the service from the staff was simply 5 star at all times. Rooms are cool and comfortable and a huge selection of options for breakfast. Great place for families or couples. Highly recommended...!
