Google
A cute place with tasty breakfast ! I enjoyed the food and the coffee. The workers were really nice and the place is nice to eat and read a book. The only bad things was, the wifi that didn’t really worked well and that you don’t have a menu. Maybe yes, but I didn’t saw it. I recommend this place if you want a traditional danish breakfast and a cute place to rest.

A cute little coffee shop, indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely spot for a quick coffee and pastry before exploring the city. Such a laid back vibe here and I loved it. Had the flat white here and it was spot on. Recommended 👍🏼

Lovely smell of freshly baked croissant during my visit. I only had some coffee though. The cappuccino was not really of my preference with its earthy and slightly bitter tones. Seemed like a good place for working/studying.

Google
A real gem near opposite Christiansborg Palace. Here serves the best croissant and coffee in Copenhagen. Super delicious. After palace visit of canal boating, a nice cozy cafe to rest and enjoy a cup or two.

Very nice coffee and atmosphere. Staff members were friendly too. It would be much better if there was a handrail by the staircase. Anyway I and my teddy bears love HANS so much.

Simple and delicious breakfast! We had the sourdough/rye bread with whipped butter, jam, and an egg. It was delicious! The granola, and tea were also very tasty and comforting. Service was fast and friendly! I 100% recommend this cafe.

There is a very cozy cafe in the middle of the city. I liked the matcha cookie so much! Additionally, their interior design made me feel very comfortable.

Google
Several Hans coffeeshops in the city, this one is quaint and on a quiet street. Great place to grab a morning coffee and plan your day. Most food items are baked on site. Staff is friendly and helpful. Coffee quality is consistently good. Solid lattes. Interior vibe is cozy though at the time of my visit a little worn. Overall a great spot.

Yelp
Loved the interior + food quality! I ordered an iced drip coffee and enjoyed it with some waterside views. I can't describe it, but it just tasted so high-quality. There are also inside seats, great for doing work (free wifi) or enjoying the wall art.

Yelp
After visiting most top-rated cafes while in Copenhagen for a week, CUB Coffee Bar is one of our favorites. Here's why: 1) Coffee: My latte came in a tall glass and was very foamy. There's sugar and other condiments by the bar. 2) Space: Located in the basement of a 18th century building, you enter a cozy space with simple, inviting design. Order at the bar and find a table in one of two rooms. For being a small cafe, they make good use of the space and the tables inside. 3) Views: Since it's next to the Parliament, the street just outside the cafe offers perfect photos. There's free, strong wifi. The password is at the bar.

Yelp
Now known as "Hans Coffee". Very good coffee, and excellent pastries. Very popular with the local office folks -- so must be good, and fast service. Down the steps to a basement coffee bar!

Yelp
The girls here are sweet. The oat milk lattes are so comforting to drink on a rainy day!

Yelp
High marks for CUB coffee bar. Not only is the coffee is good here but their croissants are something to write home about. Made our way here a couple of times during the short stay and enjoyed it immensely. The atmosphere is great for chit-chat or just figuring out where to go next in this beautiful city.

Yelp
Craft coffee - I will go there again for sure! Asthetic was great. It was hot down in the basement, made it difficult to work, ended up going outside as it was a lovely day. They had great outdoor seating, and the service was great.

Yelp
Cool spot to study or work. Great coffee and Wi-Fi. You will come across a lot of tech bros that work nearby.

Yelp
All I can say is- SUPERB latte. Usually I can't tell the difference between the tastes in coffee very much, but when I took a sip of this latte, it was eye opening. It's definitely one of the most perfectly roasted coffee I've tried in CPH. The inside isn't too spacious, but there weren't many people when I visited. A couple of people were reading their books or typing away on the laptops, but for the most part it was nice and quiet. It's a perfect environment to be productive. I would definitely come back--maybe tomorrow.

Yelp
One of those places that features aeropress coffee, and has the atmosphere as well as the baristas with the tastes in haircut and attire to lend added legitimacy. Stop in on a rainy day to rest cosily in the subterranean rooms.

Yelp
Gorgeous little coffee shop in the basement of one of Copenhagens many beautiful town houses. A great little hideaway with many nooks to have a quite drink or work on your laptop. A real gem

Yelp
Delicious coffee, very well made, strong Americano. They didn't have croissants the day we went because the warm weather didn't alllow the dough to rise, but we had a yummy cheese sandwich thing.

Yelp
Delicious coffee, we tried Flat White and Americano, well done. Sandwich and bread as breadfast. Good atmosphere.

Yelp
Fantastic espresso, well made (soy) milk, light - crumbly - perfect croissant. Sweet location, below ground, fairly full (we were barely able to nab a seat). Couldn't ask for anything more. Service could be a tad bit more friendly.

Yelp
In all honesty, my flat white was good. But I had to give it one star down from the supposedly four star review. It was so noisy in the little cafe with people talking all at the same time. Maybe I was just being unlucky but there was this guy sitting next to us who happened to have work meeting over skype or something and he was almost shouting the whole way. Across us were two men in business suit talking about work in equally raised voice, probably because of the first guy talking so loud. There was also some other guy with laptop who was around before he packed his stuff and left. Perhaps this is the kind of cafe where people sit down and work, and I really don't mind that, but not when you're holding a meeting over skype or whatever and stir the "hygge" over a cup of great coffee. Being a coffee "lab", they obviously sell lots of coffee "thingies" from coffee beans to coffee makers and machines. I'd say this place is good for take away and I could see many people do that, probably most people who work at Christiansborg since it's just right across the street. As for me, I'd probably find my coffee hangout somewhere... quieter.

Yelp
Honestly one of the best cup of coffee I've ever had. Got the kalita brew of their Kenya beans, and it was like champagne in my mouth. But coffee. Tiny, cool spot, friendly folks, unpretentious. Thumbs up. If you're into third wave coffee, this is your jam.

Yelp
I go there for coffee twice or more a week. Work right around the corner. Incredibly attentive and serviceminded staff that remembers your name and delivers every time. Your home lab away from home. Big up from me!

Yelp
Oooph. I've gone back and forth over what rating to give this coffee shop, but in the end I am going with how I rate the coffee. Like many of the cool digs in Copenhagen, Copenhagen Coffee Lab is in a basement, tucked away amongst one of the lovely side streets of the city. The decor is very minimalist and cosily woody. There are chairs and desks, sofas, armchairs, stools - a very cool variety of furniture in a fairly big space. Sadly, a scowling, unhappy barista looked up at us, waited for about two seconds to see whether we were ready to order - um, WHO is after two seconds?! - and, seeing that we were not ready, turned away and ignored us until we decided. Even asking him questions about what they offered (as the menu was in Danish) induced a frown and a terse answer. To end his misery, I chose the pour over coffee and hubs ordered a flat white before taking our seats. Grumpy barista set it on our table quickly (though skillfully) and walked away immediately, without a smile or acknowledgement of our presence. But a quick browse over Yelp reviews revealed that this is his natural state of being, so I guess he's at least consistent... But here is where the four stars comes in and actually makes this shop worth a visit. The coffee is good. Really good. My pour over was nice and rounded and well brewed. Hub's flat white had a great flavour and kick from the beans. And sitting off away from the grumpy staff was very nice indeed. The music selection is great, and the shop itself a lovely place to soak in some relaxation. If the guy were a bit friendlier, we would have purchased some beans since they seem to roast their own, but we were too intimidated and didn't want to deal with him anymore, so we walked out with a good taste in our mouths, but slightly taken aback by how horrible the service was. So, fellow Yelper, you've been warned. I definitely recommend CCL, but go in with low expectations of the service and you'll probably be able to hang on until the delicious coffee appears in front of you. There might not be a smile with that service, but it's the coffee you came for, right?

Yelp
Great little place. The decor is very nice and the staff is friendly. The Espresso was great! Looks like a good place to come in and read :).

Yelp
Located just a couple of blocks from the Kongens Nytorv station and the busy city center is Copenhagen Coffee Lab. This place is tucked away in a basement but provides a cozy environment. The place has a hipster feel but what coffee place doesn't? They have beautiful wooden rustic-looking tables that are huge so they're perfect if you (and a bunch of your friends) want to work. They also have a small room that you can rent out for larger groups. As for the coffee, I'm no expert (I'm trying to get there!), but I enjoyed my Latte. They have all the standard coffee items, including slow-drip coffee. They also have Flat Whites which is apparently hard to find. They take their coffee very seriously but aren't snobby about it. The guy working even gave a great explanation of what a Flat White was since I was unfamiliar with it. They also provide "coffee courses" so newbies like me can learn a thing or two. They sell a few pastries which they make themselves. The smell of fresh cinnamon rolls was definitely tempting. They also sell coffee beans and home brewing equipment so you can enjoy your coffee at home. What's great about this place is it's close proximity to the city center, but it's still far from the craziness. If you're ever in the area and want to make a quick getaway from the crowds with a great cup of coffee, come here.

Yelp
This was a great little hole for coffees and teas. Though they do not serve much of anything else. It was even hard to get water. The water was tap water in glass bottles that were self serve but were empty. And when I asked for water the barista home went to wash dishes instead. Susan said she really enjoyed the tea that was served and I could tell dad he took a lot of pride in the coffee that they had but that was all that seem to be available.

Yelp
Great coffee, execution always on point. Probably the most reliably good cup in town.

Yelp
We are sitting here and enjoing an excellent handbrewed Etiopian coffee and a croissant. Love the layed back pace and the good service. You should absolutely drink your coffee here!

Yelp
Outstanding coffee. A nice hidden gem near tourist spots to escape from it and enjoy an underground cafe. Not only can you get great coffee here, but you can take bags of coffee to go.

Yelp
Everything a Copenhagen coffee experience is supposed to be. Cozy and comfortable cafe decked in Danish design and cool charcoal art on the walls. And the coffee. Excellently executed cappuccino's are not large, but delicious. Coffee is a serious art in Copenhagen and the Coffee Lab is one of the city's best. A perfect place to warm up on those grey days but also tables outside capture the sun when it's overhead.

Yelp
nice to know there's a place deeper in the center where you can get a decent cup of coffee. the aeropress was good and not bitter at all but it seemed to be missing some nuances from the stuff at coffee collective, or maybe my tastebuds were playing tricks on me. if you go at the right time (and obviously the right weather), you can grab a table outside and sit in the sun. the guys working there are nice and unpretentious but they are pretty serious about their coffee. definitely worth checking out.

Yelp
The worst service I have ever experienced. The menu is small and bland. My husband who isn't a coffee drinker wanted something with caramel and when I asked about this, you would have though I had offended the barista personally. This place is perfect for pretentious hipsters who love to pay 40kr for an uninspired boring cup of coffee.

Yelp
Best latte I've ever had. Very cool little store with a place to eat outside. It's tucked away from the busy streets. Worth the visit!
