The Westgate H-E-B in Weslaco is always clean, well-stocked, and organized. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you find what you need. The produce section is fresh, the meat department always has great cuts, and the checkout lines move quickly even when it’s busy. Parking is easy, and the store feels safe and welcoming. Definitely one of the best H-E-Bs in the Valley!

I would like to recognize Kiara for her outstanding customer service at HEB. From the moment I approached her, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. Kiara went above and beyond to answer my questions, assist me in finding items, and made my shopping experience smooth and pleasant. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Bought a rotisserie chicken for dinner and this is what I got. Now my kids are sick are throwing up I have to take them to the emergency room after the poor handling of my food done here today. Any one know a good lawyer?

Amazing service every time! Kiara, the cashier was friendly, the gas station was clean, and customer service at self check was fast and helpful as I needed assistance with lookingup an item. Great experience!

Love this place! I had picked up some cream, didn't realize it was leaking. One of the staff stopped me and pointed this out. I should add I'm a senior with mobility issues. He took the cream from me and then brought me new one, upon his return we both realised it had dropped on my diet Coke. He took that and brought me a new one. When I loaded my groceries to the car i left my carry bag in the cart out side. It had my wallet and cell phone. I immediately called HEB and was told someone turned it in! Whew that was close! I'm Canadian, so we're always honest LOL. I was pleasantly surprised that Southern Texans are just as honest and offer great service as well!!!

I had just gotten out of work and I had a really hard day and this Gentleman name Julius? Or Julian l (sorry if I got it wrong) ask if I needed help outside and I said yes. Right when I said yes, he ask if he could push my cart for me , which is very well mannered and just wanna say thank you heb for teaching your employees how to talk to people and treat .Thank you heb!!!

This is our favorite HEB, close to the crib, usually has everything we need, love the HEB products. Highly recommended especially for you out-of-state visitors that dont have the luxury of having HEB in your home town
