We stayed at this hotel for just under a week, and unfortunately, it has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while on holiday.
The majority of the staff were unwelcoming, unfriendly, and showed a complete lack of customer care. They rarely made eye contact, did not acknowledge guests, and seemed generally disinterested — no smiles, no greetings, and no sense of hospitality at all.
One exception was Khyam, who stood out for all the right reasons. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — a true credit to the team. His professionalism and warmth highlighted just how poor the service was from his colleagues, who could learn a great deal from his approach.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. I sincerely hope Khyam finds an opportunity elsewhere with a team that values his attitude and work ethic.
