We had an amazing time while we were in Malta and one of the big reasons of that were all the staff members at the hotel, honestly I’ve never experienced such a kind and professional hospitality and the words are not enough to describe our superb experience at H Hotel. We looking forward for the next time and surely we gonna stay again at the same place. Greatly appreciated the hospitality of the hotel and wish all the best to the team.

Amazing Hotel, DO YOUR RESEARCH, if you are not a late nighter, clubber, youth... you are in the heart of the night life, it gets loud from 10pm until 4am, parties on the roof, but they are great! Its a great hotel! Just research the area first, the great staff there, do not need the abuse from people who don't read up, research or read the website/advertising about the Hotel and it being how and where it is, they have 2x double glazed doors blocked a lot of noise! (Photo added) Spa is free to use until you require person assistant treatments like massages... so good! The staff helped organise a special treat for my partners birthday too! Very amazing of them!!

Khan was very helpful upon us leaving..Overall I really liked being here everything was catered for us and the workers at the reception were excellent with their communication and hospitality. In addition the facility that you guys offer here are amazing: the spa, the indoor pool which is perfect for us introvert and the fact that the rooftop also had a pool with great view with a refreshing pool and excellent DJ…. Thank you so much for having us once again. P.s we will be back again:)

Mixed experience – great for party people, less ideal for relaxation The hotel is modern, very clean, and the breakfast was truly excellent. The overall design and atmosphere are also quite beautiful. However, be aware: this hotel seems to cater more to partygoers than to those seeking rest. Loud rooftop parties and street noise went on until 3 AM or later during our stay. We couldn’t find any mention of this in the booking info, and staff were dismissive when we asked. Other guests we spoke with had similar complaints – most said they wouldn’t come back. Additionally, I had to wait over 40 minutes for fresh towels after housekeeping, which is simply not acceptable for a hotel in this price range. In short: if you’re here to party and don’t mind noise, this place may be perfect for you. But if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday and reliable service, we’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Overall: This hotel offers a fantastic experience for couples seeking a stylish, adults-only retreat. However, its location within a lively nightlife area might not suit all travellers. My Experience highlights Check-in was efficient, we checked in slightly before the stated 4:30 PM time mentioned throughout the booking process. We used the spa as we arrived very early. You get access to the swimming pool, steam and sauna. We were pleased with our upgraded room, 1301, which offered a pleasant 'beach view'. The room itself was impressive, boasting a sophisticated, blackout design that contributed to a premium feel. The hotel's branding definitely gives it a more contemporary and upscale vibe compared to other places I've stayed. And the bed was really comfy for once! The staff were generally friendly and helpful. We did encounter a minor issue with missing towels after housekeeping, which required a short wait to resolve and slightly disrupted my afternoon rest. The hotel's location was a bit of a surprise. Situated near a prominent nightlife zone, the area becomes quite lively (and noisy with partygoers) after 11 PM, which wasn't entirely to our preference. However, it's worth noting that the hotel's 'adults only' policy aligns with this. It is a nice place for a short stay though. No netflix on the TV is not so bad!

Me and my partner stayed here for a weekend getaway jacuzzi suite. Absolutely amazing it couldn't be any better loved every moment of it. Breakfast was phenomenal, service over all 10/10. It's on a strip so you will hear music at night , didn't bother me at all. Lively, will definitely love it if your a party person. There was a slight smell in the hall ways aswell but once again it didn't bother me. Highly recommend beautiful hotel. I can't find words to describe how beautiful it was.

Overall this is a really good hotel. We stayed for a week and had a good time in Malta. We had a luxury room with sea view. The view was good however the hotel is situated in middle of paceville which is a very busy party area. There is a beach 1 min walk away - not the best as there is massive construction site nearby so all you can hear is that and loud music definitely not for relaxation. It also has tiny rocks instead of sand so it’s quite painful to walk on. Breakfast at the hotel has a decent selection however it’s the same stuff everyday which can get quite boring. The check in is also quite late - we had to wait til 4.20pm however they did give us a 10% off voucher to dine and drink at one of their restaurants. There is a nice pool at the rooftop with a bar. Pool was quite cold at this time of the year but it’s understandable. The drinks are quite expensive for what they were - tasted of very cheap alcohol and quite watered down. The interior is very modern and clean our room was massive! We loved our bed it was so big. I recommend visiting Hugo’s restaurants: they do an amazing pizza in their pizza restaurant and very good burgers at the terrace. For it being a 4 star hotel we were happy with it.
