H Hotel Los Angeles, Curio Collection by Hilton

We enjoyed our stay at the H Hotel Los Angeles. After a long day of work and travel, arriving after 10pm to an easy airport shuttle and seamless check-in felt like a luxury in itself. The front desk team was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, which set the tone for a great stay. The standout feature is definitely the rooftop. Stepping out at night for fresh air and stunning views was unforgettable, and in the morning we loved watching the planes glide in and out of LAX. The panoramic views are truly special and not something you find everywhere. The room itself was excellent. The shower was amazing, and the shampoo and soap provided smelled fantastic. Everything was very clean, relatively soundproof despite being by the airport, and the blackout curtains were perfect for getting proper rest. The bed was comfortable too, which says a lot because I’m very picky about beds. We didn’t sleep perfectly (travel days will do that 😅), but definitely better than most hotels. The only thing was the room we were in was missing a TV remote and we let the front desk know, although they never brought us one despite mentioning they would. Overall though, a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely return.

We had a wonderful stay here! We stayed for one night to be near LAX and we were honestly surprised by the quality of this hotel, especially for the price! Our room was huge, clean, new nice bathroom. The beds were comfy, even had a giant TV which isn’t always the case in hotels. We went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and enjoyed our food, service was great. There’s a shuttle every 15-20 min to the airport, that’s free and you don’t have to reserve it. Really couldn’t ask for more from an airport hotel! Definitely would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at H Hotel. The room was very clean, beautifully organized, and felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. Everything was well prepared and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay relaxing and pleasant. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and professional, they truly made a difference and created a great experience. I really appreciated their kindness and attention. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Booked a day Stay room for a late evening flight all seems great the on the booking. I thought I paid in full through the app, however they only take $9 and when you get to the motel you’re welcomed with a surprise price increased and confusion at the hotel. The hotel staff will tell you there is nothing they can do because you booked through a third party! Just another Hilton experience. So expect if you use this service it pay between $20-$50 more for your booking.

So overall my stay was good! My first room did not have air conditioning at all, but it was rectified after letting them know my room was 80 degrees. However my low review is the parking fee! Upon booking I was told that it was $60.50 a day but what they don’t specify is there is a LA ordinance tax that charges an additional $18.88 a night! So you’re almost paying $100 a night to park there! Please make sure you all are asking about this because I was not made aware of this fee or else I would not have even booked this hotel because I find that extremely ridiculous to pay an extra $300 just to park for my stay!

Arrived here at midnight to find out I had booked the week prior and the hotel was fully booked for tonight. My mistake but the complete lack of empathy or assistance from reception was astounding. Made me wait 20 minutes to re-confirm that they were fully booked and couldn’t help me, guy was shaking his head at me for my silly mistake and offered zero assistance. Walked the streets (with large suitcase, skis, boot bag and backpack) to find 3 more fully booked hotels before finally finding one with a room at 2:30am. Reception staff at H hotel should find another job as they are completely unsuited to hospitality. I’m sure they had endured a very busy evening as the hotel was fully booked but hey that’s your job!

We had 24 hrs in The H Hotel and wished it was longer. A great room, which was clean and comfortable, and spacious. A restaurant and coffee shop onsite was very convenient and the staff were exceptional. A special mention to Alex who was particular in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. He is a great Ambassador for the Hotel and the Hilton Brand. Thankyou Alex !

Alex at the front desk was extremely helpful, as a frequent traveler he noticed I am a diamond member and went out of his way to show his gratitude. The atmosphere is amazing. The aesthetics are very classy and modern. The room is amazing and spacious Alex really shine with his professionalism and kindness. Alex is the reason why I gave this place a five star instead four.
