H10 Casa de la Plata

What a treat. This hotel is stunning! Highly recommend. Myself and husband came down and stayed 5 nights. From the moment we arrived we knew it'll be a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, walking distance to everything. Gorgeous decor, the bedroom was beautiful, clean, had everything you might need. Highly recommend this hotel, it's the best I've ever stayed in. Will definitely come back!

Excellent location to walk to all attractions. A lovely, clean hotel and friendly welcome on arrival with complimentary cava. We requested a quiet room which was very compact on the inner courtyard side of the hotel. All staff on reception, the roof terrace and the ladies at breakfast have fantastic customer service. The choice at breakfast was plentiful and the rooftop terrace is a nice place to relax, apart from requiring extra sun loungers for more guests to enjoy.

Full 5 stars for all the staff, they were helpful and friendly. Shout out for the man on reception who gave us a map and excellent recommendations and the lady at the rooftop bar who looked after us so well (sorry forgot both your names). The room was clean, tidy and well presented but disappointing to have two single beds joined together (separate bedding on each). The rooftop was a lovely area to enjoy drinks and a swim but the amount of pool area furniture is lacking despite having plenty of room. There is enough space for more loungers and comfortable low seats. This is the only reason this isn’t a 5 star review. Great location, walking distance to many main attractions.

I have stayed at several hotels in the H10 chain and am never disappointed. They provide a consistently high level of customer service and the hotel rooms are interesting with unique touches. H10 is a go-to chain for me and this hotel is no exception to that. The rooms may be on the smaller side but are very comfortable and well appointed. I really liked the humorous artworks that they had in our room, updated twists on renaissance portraits. It would have been nice to have a tub, but there is a pool on the roof and it is a very nice pool overlooking the city. It is not a lap pool but fun for sitting/standing in and having a drink while cooling down (a complimentary drink at that for being a member). WiFi was excellent everywhere except on the roof by the pool. The location in old town makes it easily accessible to everything, however, you cannot drive to the door. You will have to do the last bit, a two-to-three-minute walk, on foot so if you need assistance with anything, it is best to contact them in advance. The room had a coffee station, safe, bathrobes and slippers, and a small mini-bar/fridge. There is a small grocery store across the corner from the hotel. This was my first time in Sevilla and I really loved it. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked into reception the service was first class! A tour of the city with a detailed view of best places to visit to eat drink and be merry! The whole hotel is beautiful retro and quirky! It’s in the perfect location to sightsee and also boasts a lovely rooftop bar to relax after you have got your steps in! Stayed a week could have stayed longer! Sevilla is a beautiful city for sure and we loved or stay here!

Superb hotel centrally located in Seville, highly recommend!|From the moment we arrived we were welcome with superb service and a glass of fizz. The hotel is idyllic.. clean, modern and with all amenities you could wish for. The roof top bar and pool are phenomenal for a city hotel and the service was outstanding throughout. The breakfast choices were great and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back. |A special shout out to Arantxa who looked after us daily in the bar.

A beautiful Hotel, with all the amenities you could ask for, in a central location within a short walk to Setas de Sevilla and La Giralda. We stayed for a week with friends and were not disappointed with our choice. The roof top bar and plunge pool added a nice touch to aid with the relaxing nature of our stay. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. I would highly recommend, Seville is an amazing city with lots to see and do. We will be back.

The location location location is excellent! Surrounded by superb restaurants and tabernas and walking distant to all the attractions The service service service from the front desk was also amazing! As soon as we arrived, we were offered champagne and we were provided with in-depth details of where to eat and visit by two very friendly front desk staff. The room was large, spotless, and quiet. The rooftop pool is a little quirky. You'll see what I mean! It was the first time that stayed at an H10 property and we were extremely impressed!
