H10 Casa de la Plata

Lovely hotel in great central location, providing a great hub to explore Sevilla from. The first variable when you go somewhere new is always the hotel, we have experienced those that exceed and those that disappoint. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations, I’m sure we will return to Seville and would stay here again. Really well sized rooms with good facilities, also enjoyed the roof terrace bar which is becoming a must have for us on trips like this.

Great location, hotel felt new, modern and clean, staff at reception and breakfast were lovely and breakfast itself was really good and recommended. Rooftop bar was really nice to have as well when returning from walking around the city all day. First time using H10 but will use them again based on our stay at Casa de La Plata.

A true gem of a hotel in downtown Seville! Great ambience & aromas from the first step in the hotel. Clean rooms with everything one needs for a good stay. Excellent location - literally in the middle of the old town / center of the city. But stand out feature were the lovely personell! We would like to give everyone we spoke with - from front desk, through room service, to the rooftop attendants, etc. a praise (and a pay raise if the management of H10 are reading this!) They handed us a 3 day city plan of what to visit the minute we got our room cards! Not only which sites, but in what order, how to arrive there, which are the good restaurants (and all we tried were top-notch), etc. Truly awesome attitude & customer care from where we stand. Truly outstanding. Ester, the sales mgr, changed our booking following a changed itinerary because of the dreadful rail crash. She and the rest of the team were brilliant: accommodating, friendly and helful. The hotel is spotless throughout and the breakfast is sublime. They really set the benchmark high.

We love this hotel. The staff in the hotel bar and roof terrace bar are so pleasant and helpful. The food is very good too. The hotel is a very central position. Very comfortable bed and spotless bed linens. The shower in our room was spacious and efficient. Two sinks and enormous towels. Every area of the hotel was clean and well presented. The reception staff are helpful and unobtrusive. We throughly enjoyed our 5 night stay.

Great location!! Hotel was very nice. Service was excellent. We were here for a few days and were able to do everything we wanted. We like to walk a lot and the central location was very helpful.

Writing this while I still have another night here. Trip is for 2 nights and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. They helped me with several things like travel adapters to finding a money exchange location that will give me the best bang for the buck. They allowed us to check in early. The location is optimal to do all the tourist things if you’re okay walking 10-15 minutes to the farthest point which is Plaza de Espana. The roof top bar has some of the best drinks. Views are okay but the drinks and food make up for it! The rooms are very clean and spacious! I would highly recommend this for anyone traveling to Sevilla.
