The hotel is perfect located in the old town in Sevilla. Our room was spacious and lovely and very very clean. The hotel has a rooftop bar with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to the bar staff (thanks for all the sweet treats) and Anwar at the reception. I higy recommend the hotel when in Sevilla.

As I prepare to check out today, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the fantastic stay I have had at your lovely hotel. This is my last day, and I must say that all the positive reviews I read prior to booking were absolutely true.||The location is perfect, in the center of the old town, close to all attractions, and surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants.||The room is clean, and breakfast is better than many other 4-star and 5-star hotels I have stayed in, which I greatly appreciated.||However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. They are consistently polite and friendly and genuinely couldn't do enough for me.||I would like to give a special thank you to the gentlemen at the reception desk. Thank you, Chenma and Borja . They were both incredibly kind and patient when I made a request to change to a room with a better view. They went out of their way to find the perfect room for me, ensuring I had the best possible experience.||Thank you once again. I look forward to returning in the future.

Hotel H10 Casa de la Plata is located in the old city of Sevilla, just 2 minutes walk from the Metropol Parasol and 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral: it is a vewry good starting point to visit the city. ||I had a very good room, with a comfortable bed and very good bathroom. Cleanliness was excellent, heating/air conditioning worked very well and was not noisy. |My room was on the back side, over the internal patio, it was very quiet, with no noises from outside. However, it was also quite dark: electric lightning was needed also during the day.||Free wi-fi worked very well, and staff were helpful and friendly.|Breakfast was outstandingly good, with a lot of choices available.||There is also a rooftop with bar and swimming pool, from which you have a nice view of the city.

Truly outstanding. Ester, the sales mgr, changed our booking following a changed itinerary because of the dreadful rail crash. She and the rest of the team were brilliant: accommodating, friendly and helful. The hotel is spotless throughout and the breakfast is sublime. They really set the benchmark high.

Loved staying here for 3 nights. The hotel is so close to the main sites in the city center. You walk out the door and lots of places to shop and eat. That said it was very quiet. The ground floor of the hotel has comfy sofas and chairs for people to sit and enjoy a drink from the bar/restaurant or read a book. Our room was super comfy, modern and clean. The people at the desk were friendly, professional and very helpful. The map with restaurant/tapas bars provided was spot on. The only issue we had was with the lights in our room. The service people came right away and though one of the switches began working we still could not just turn on a lamp without the overhead light coming on. That said we would definitely stay here again, or at a sister hotel.

The location is outstanding—within a short and pleasant walk you find yourself immersed in the true heart of Seville, surrounded by its streets, history, food, and vibrant atmosphere.||Breakfast was rich, fresh, and generous, offering a wide variety of high-quality options and setting the tone for a great day. Added to this is the very reasonable price, which makes the overall value exceptional for the level of comfort and service provided.||What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the warmth and personal care of the staff. Their attention goes far beyond standard hospitality. During our stay, my wife became ill, and without hesitation, the team immediately arranged for a professional doctor to come to the hotel—entirely at their own expense. This was done with sensitivity, efficiency, and genuine concern for her well-being.||H10 Casa de la Plata is not just a hotel with a great location and excellent facilities—it is a place where guests feel genuinely cared for. We left feeling grateful, reassured, and already wanting to return. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to experience Seville in comfort, warmth, and peace of mind.

Thank you for your attentive service in providing us with all the amenities we requested, including a stool for showering our toddler and a kettle. The location of this hotel is absolutely the best and even our toddler managed the walk to the Alcazar with no issues. ||Breakfast was truly awesome (and we would know, having had breakfast here for eight days straight). Special shout-out to one of the breakfast servers (apologies we did not get her name but she was on duty from 730am on 30th November and 1st December), who always had a kind smile for our toddler. ||The size of our triple room was beyond comfortable and we are really happy that we chose this hotel.

We had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for three nights during a recent Tour of Andalucía. It is a very comfortable stylish modern Hotel which exceeded our expectations. The reception area is very stylish and comfortable- a great spot for a bit of rest and respite from the heat of the city. The bedrooms are comfortable and stylish.The Staff team were all excellent in particular Antonio at the front desk was very helpful with his recommendations for great places to eat and visit around the city and tips for places to visit on our ongoing travels. I have no problem and recommending this hotel and its team.
