H10 Croma Málaga

I’ve just returned from a 4 day stay at the hotel, which was a truly wonderful experience! I had arranged a conference for around 40 participants, and the events team provided outstanding support from the initial enquiry right through to end. The whole stay was truly faultless! Meeting room facilities are excellent and lunch on the rooftop was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles, and every member I met was the same, they all made us all feel completely at home and welcome. Rooms are spotless, comfortable and stylish, and the rooms with a Cathedral view are spectacular. Breakfast is excellent with more than enough to choose from and the made-to-order Crepes are delicious. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short stroll from Malaga's top sights and restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble, they accommodated last minute changes to plans seamlessly. All in all, H10 Croma exceeded all my expectations and I can't recommend it highly enough for both business and pleasure stays, I hope I’ll be able to come back again!

Beautiful hotel to stay in, definitely a recommendation. The location is great, and the facilities, as well as the staff, are amazing. I am traveling with a child, everything is kids friendly. The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the breakfast. Even though the variety is fine, with different types of pastries, cheeses, and homemade yogurts, I felt other H10 hotels have had it on a higher level. Also, keep in mind there are people who do not eat pork, and no alternatives were available. Overall, a great stay!

Staff were great — really welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Rooms are modern and comfortable. We were originally given twin beds rather than a king, but reception sorted a mattress topper for us straight away, which helped a lot - it was actually really comfortable. We booked a superior room with a cathedral view and it was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Loads of choice and eggs (and other food) cooked to order. Location is spot on — right next to the market and only a short walk to the cathedral. The rooftop bar was good too.

We were in room 816 a superior cathedral view. An excellent hotel. Towels and bathrobes luxurious along with good quality toiletries. We asked for a kettle as we prefer tea to coffee and there were 2 decent size mugs. A small bench seating area. A comfortable chair, a fridge, a safe, good reading lights. Everything you need. The staff, from reception to housekeeping are superb, friendly, helpful, engaging without being intrusive. The breakfast is worth the €22 and Alba one of the servers remembered I had asked for gluten free bread on day one and offered me it every subsequent morning. Little things like that matter when you have coeliac disease. Great location and everything we wanted to do was walkable. Lovely spacious lobby with plenty of chairs for socialising with friends. Couldn’t have chosen better.

Room was super overlooking the cathedral and sea glimpse. Breakfast so much choice and also an al a carte offering. Service impeccable Lovely roof top bar to complete the evening Too cold to have a plunge in the pool though! Lovely drink on arrival and surprise fizz fo the birthday celebrations.

We weren’t sure what to expect but were mightily impressed by every aspect of this hotel. From arrival throughout our stay, all of the staff were courteous, friendly and eager to please, and the welcome Cava was much appreciated after a long day. Fantastic rooms, everything was spotlessly clean and brand new, comfy beds, nice bathrooms and unique little balconies. Breakfast was extensive and relaxed, much more than we were expecting for a continental hotel. Late check out was really handy too. We loved it and would definitely return.

We have loved our 4 nights here. The hotel is lovely and so well placed, near to everything. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. A big thank you to Lorena Diaz during breakfast. She has really helped me to learn my Spanish! Such a lovely ‘mujer.’ Would love to come back again very soon.

Our stay at H10 Hotel Málaga in January for five nights was the best hotel experience we have had so far. We were traveling with our 1.5-year-old son, and from the very first moment we felt genuinely welcomed. Upon arrival, our son received a coloring book and crayons, which was a small but very thoughtful gesture. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was very comfortable and well arranged. The room was cleaned every single day, and as a lovely touch, gummy candies were left on the bed after housekeeping, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding throughout the entire stay. The staff was attentive, professional, and extremely family-friendly. At breakfast, our son always had a high chair prepared for him as soon as we arrived, without us having to ask. The breakfast experience was exceptional. In addition to a rich buffet where everyone could find something they enjoy, we were always served fresh bread rolls and croissants directly at the table, along with a breakfast menu that perfectly complemented the buffet selection. Everything was fresh and delicious. From the beginning to the end of our stay, we truly felt well taken care of in every aspect, which made traveling with a small child completely stress-free. A real highlight of the hotel is the rooftop bar with a pool, offering a fantastic 360-degree view over Málaga - an absolute must-visit. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.
