H10 Duque de Loulé

Went up for a drink and honestly, 10/10. The views are stunning 🙌🏻 it’s a peaceful, relaxing spot, perfect for unwinding. It felt quiet and a bit tucked away, which made it feel more private and exclusive. They have a great variety of cocktails 😄 definitely on the pricier side, but that’s expected for a rooftop in a hotel. The drinks were well-made and worth it. I ordered a small snack: some chips with olives and a type of meatball served with mustard. It hit the spot 🙌🏻 nothing fancy, but exactly what I needed when I was starving and just wanted a bite with my drink. Overall, a lovely, chill place to enjoy a cocktail with a view. Would absolutely go back.

We have had a fabulous three night stay here. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure guests are well looked after. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are lovely with a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries and hot egg dishes. The highlight of our stay was dinner in the restaurant with the background fado music. Ali looked after us with great care and attention. The food was fabulous and the pistachio dessert unforgettable. Thanks too to Nuno Aguir the Food and Beverage manager for his help and attention.

From the moment I checked into the moment, I checked out I was treated like a VIP. I was greeted at the front desk on check-in with a glass of ice, cold water and a flute of sparkling wine! I love that they have a little library on the shelves behind the reception desk. Without my asking, they upgraded my room to a magnificent city view. The afternoon of my first day, I was sent a bottle of port wine and a custard tart with fresh fruit and some chocolates to enjoy. The rooftop bar on the 10th floor provides a beautiful panoramic view of Lisbon. Plenty of shaded spots to sit and have a cocktail And dinner. I spent several nights at the end of very long tour days up there. And it was wonderful not to have to go out and find a restaurant for dinner. Their breakfast in the morning is either made to order or from the breakfast bar. I had made the order every morning from crêpes to their omelettes and everything was delicious. There’s a wonderful little bar in the lobby and on my last night there I had a few glasses of sparkling wine and sat in the comfortable high back chairs in the lobby, and just read my book and relaxed.

The location was a convenient distance from the airport and there were a decent amount of restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop bar and some of the rooms had really nice views of Lisbon as well. Check in was easy and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the doorman who gave us some tips on places to visit. The rooms were very nice, AC worked well, bathrooms were a good size and the shower was nice. Breakfast was also good and had a good selection between buffet items and a few items you could order as well. On our first night they also brought us a bottle of champaign which was nice gesture.||Disliked · Our room needed a little maintenance, part of the ceiling around the window was flaking off. Not a big deal. Parking was a little difficult, there is public parking out front and the hotel has paid parking which is $20 a night. Overall no major complaints.

This boutique hotel was amazing, and I would highly recommend staying here when in Lisbon! The staff is wonderful! We received superb help from Teresa who was able to secure a room for us earlier than expected. We had just arrived on a red eye flight and were very tired, and she found us an early available room. Then there was Thalysson who was unbelievably helpful! We had to park a large van and our friends were getting lost trying to figure out where the parking garage was. Thalysson jumped in the van and directed them where to go. He then took all of our luggage and handled everything for us. The lobby had fresh water and freshly baked pastries which were some of the best we had in Portugal. It was also beautifully decorated and a was a great place to gather at the end of a great evening. The roof top bar had wonderful appetizers and drinks, and the view was amazing! The room was large and so comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect and the bed was so cozy! The hotel is walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. You will not be disappointed staying here! I miss it already!

Everything about our stay was top-notch, from the impeccable service to the prime location and fantastic accommodations. The rooms are incredibly charming, each thoughtfully designed with a comfortable living area, a private bedroom, and a large bathroom complete with a tub. We especially appreciated the complimentary sparkling wine and delicious pastries. The hotel's rooftop bar boasts magnificent city views, and it's clearly a popular spot for American and British tourists. However, the real highlight of our visit was the excellent service we received from Sandro in the bar. His attentiveness and skill, particularly with his Caipirinhas, truly elevated our experience. I'd definitely go back just for another one! Thank you, Sandro, for your excellent service!

We have stayed in H10 hotels before but the Duque de Loule is the best so far. From the moment we arrived until the day we left we felt like nothing was too much trouble for the friendly and extremely helpful staff.| Our room was lovely - very clean and very quiet even though we overlooked the road. The bed was really comfortable and we both enjoyed five nights of quality sleep. The daily complimentary drinks and sweet treats are a really lovely touch.| The hotel is well situated and we found many good cafes and restaurants in the nearby area. The hotels roof terrace is a lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink while admiring the fantastic views over the city.| Thank you again to all the staff - we will most definitely be back .

Stayed there as part of a tour group. This hotel is excellent well run clean and friendly. We felt that they wanted us to be there. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop bar a great place to chill out and view the city. Location is great. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel.
