H10 Duque de Loulé

The hotel and staff are lovely. We were welcomed with a glass of bubbly and some delicious pastries when we arrived, check in staff and the gentleman in the foyer were excellent. The cocktail bar on the roof of the hotel gives a lovely view. Sandro, the waiter on both nights were so friendly and attentive. He was very interested that my friend was wearing a red poppy and asked what it meant, a lovely sentiment. He is a credit to the hotel. The gentleman who always seemed to be in reception recommended the restaurant for dinner which we did on Sunday night, he also recommended a restaurant across the road for lunch on Monday before we went to the airport, the restaurant was a Portuguese restaurant, the food was delicious and big portions. Altogether a very enjoyable trip.

What a wonderful hotel. I loved everything. From the kind and warm staff, to my beautiful room to the location to the nice breakfast. For me aesthetics, design, nice bed, beautiful view and other small details matter. It was my birthday and the team left me a cake and champagne - what a lovely gesture. The terrace is also so beautiful. The menu is simple but tasty (try the fish tacos) and the seeing the sunset there was calming. The next time I go to Lisbon (and I will), I will only stay there.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon! We stayed 2 nights following an Iberian cruise. Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful; happily stored our luggage while awaiting our room so we could go on a city tour. The hotel provided a variety of self service pastry snacks throughout the day; a really nice touch. The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of fresh foods as well as a special dietary needs/gluten free section. You definitely don't leave breakfast hungry. Overall, the H10 Duque De Loule delivers a great experience!

There are a lot of boutique hotels but only few truly understand what a boutique hotel customer is looking for: being recognized as a unique client. H10 staff know this. Thru our stay we have been reserved a special attention with the room choice, or a nice surprise for our wedding anniversary. The rooms and lobby hotel is well curated in every detail with elegance. Breakfast is esquisite. Highly recomended well above my expectations

We had wonderful stay at the H10 Duque de Loule in Lisbon for a pre cruise night. From the doorman to the reception desk and bar and dining staff everyone could not have been more friendly or helpful. |The front desk arranged for us to take a car service to the port the next morning alleviating and worries about traffic and transport.|The hotel is well kept and stunningly beautiful. The rooftop bar and tapas really made our evening special with a spectacular view overlooking the city.|The room was spacious and cozy and had all the amenities you could want including a Nespresso maker, a refrigerator and safe. We had a Superior room facing the interior patio that was quite lovely. The bedding was comfortable and soft.|Breakfast is available at booking for a fee or you can choose to pay onsite. Cooked to order and buffet are both included with savory and sweet as well as Mimosa if you are so inclined. |We greatly appreciated their hospitality and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of September and enjoyed it. Situated in a quiet area and only a few minutes walk to the metro. The lobby has a beautiful authentic Portuguese decor. Staff from the check-in, the restaurant as well from the roof top are all very friendly. Special kudos to Thallyson who always went above and beyond to help us out. He demonstrated great customer service. Breakfast was delicious with buffet as well as à la carte menu. Thank you H10 Duque de Loulé from making our stay enjoyable.

An amazing experience from the minute we arrived , tired from a delayed flight. The front of house staff greeted us with a glass of sparkling wine and we enjoyed the ambiance of the reception area before going to our room which was a delight to behold- it was clean and crisp with a beautiful en-suite. We then made our way tot the rooftop bar where we had delicious tapas. |The breakfasts were amazing and the dining room staff were helpful and friendly. |This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful|Location and is the best H10 I have stayed in. I would thoroughly recommend it

We recently stayed at H10 Duque de Loulé during our trip to Lisbon and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and every staff member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The location is very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Our room was gorgeous, and the rooftop bar offers stunning views over the city. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay, and really appreciated how accommodating the team was with our early check-in and late checkout. We’ll definitely choose H10 Duque de Loulé again on our next visit to Lisbon!
