H10 London Waterloo

The room is clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable, and the sheets feel wonderful. Just know one thing, and that is the bathroom has a frosted glass wall and door. If you are staying with someone, just know you can't go into the bathroom in the middle of the night without shining light in the whole room. Other than that, definitely a great room. The breakfast is the best I have had period. Their buffet breakfast has everything from a charcuterie tray to different eggs and pastries and fresh fruits and more. Coming from the States you would never see anything this amazing. Having the breakfast included in the hotel price makes this hotel a perfect stay for the cost.

Great room renovated with sky view. Bedding was so comfortable. The breakfast was high quality with so many choices. One of the best I’ve ever eaten in a hotel. We were closed to transport and central London by walking. Thanks to Violeta for her warm welcome, it was a pleasure to be here, we will come back again.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. Bed is very comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The breakfast is lovely and the breakfast room is very tastefully decorated and well done. The remodeled rooms on the upper floors and the sky bar are amazing - the sky bar is a great place to hang out and enjoy the view. Would stay here again

From the friendly helpful reception staff to the outstanding room and breakfast, this is a great place to stay, just an 8 minute walk from Waterloo Station. ||The room we had has recently been updated. Whoever designed this should be applauded. It’s one of the best updates I’ve seen anywhere. Beautiful walk in shower, lovely fittings throughout. Comfortable bed and very airy. Everything you would expect in the room is there and more. ||The breakfast caters for every taste and has been well thought through. The whole hotel is spotless and smells lovely, even outside!||Thank you for making our trip to London extra special!

We had a great stay at H10. We came for my birthday celebration for four days! The service was second to none! The staff from check in, Pacxy and Xneni, to breakfast were super welcoming and accommodating! The breakfast was included in our stay (if you booked through the website) and it was fabulous! They had a wide variety of food, everything from eggs and sausage to croissants. The welcome prosecco upon check in was also a nice touch! Loved the rooftop bar, great drinks and even better view! Location was great... walkable to a lot of bars and the underground which was convenient to get to westminster. Would definitely stay here again next time I come back to London :)

Beautiful hotel. Conveniently location. Nice room and a great bathroom / shower. Very helpful and kind staff. Staff went above and beyond ( shout out to Cova and Violeta). The breakfast was delicious and a lot of gluten free options. The observation bar was amazing, and if I'm correct open to the public!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were of excellent quality, reflecting great attention to detail. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic variety of fresh options and a relaxing setting to start the day. Every member of the team, from reception to housekeeping, showed exceptional courtesy and dedication. The location is also ideal, just a short walk from major attractions and transport links. I truly appreciated the balance between luxury and warmth that H10 London Waterloo provides. It’s a place where you feel both relaxed and well cared for. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London who values quality, comfort and genuine hospitality.

Absolutely fantastic hotel stay for my fiancé’s birthday. We arrived 3h pre arrival and staff were very accommodating, did the check in paperwork and took our bags early (room not available as expectee). When we checked in, late at night post theatre, staff were exceedingly friendly, from desk staff to the super friendly chap sorting bags. The room was immaculate, with a huge bed (not sure if we were upgraded for free) and a fantastic bathroom with gorgeous seventh floor views. ||We signed up to the H10 club beforehand and loved the free cocktail on the stunning roof terrace bar. Breakfast also far exceeded our expectations with huge choice of hot and cold food in a lovely first floor restaurant. ||Positioned only a few minutes from Waterloo, I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody for a London trip. It was only a half an hour walk to all the theatres and a stones throw from the south bank. Fantastic value for money, location, great room and standout customer service make this a 10/10, and we will absolutely be staying again for our next visit to London.
