Another great stay, thankyou, in this really lovely hotel. My room was extremely comfortable with everything you would need; especially good air-conditioning during our hot weather. Staff are welcoming, helpful & really caring. A special mention for a gentleman on Reception (Mahmood?) who went out of his way to be helpful. Breakfast, once again, was really good with plenty of choice. Sky bar is amazing! I hope to be back soon.

This is a lovely hotel. Good location and very friendly staff. Shout out to Poorvesh (I hope I have spelled that correctly) and the bar staff downstairs who were so friendly, efficient and helpful. The rooms had excellent aircon which was a massive bonus as we stayed when the weather was extremely hot in London. The rooms were also very clean and the breakfast excellent. Our only issue was when we ate in the rooftop bar. The food took almost an hour to arrive and we had to chase for it twice. We then had to rush eating as we would have missed the start of an event we were going to that evening. They were apologetic and said the kitchen was being renovated - but it might have been good to let us know the food may be delayed when we ordered. |Having said all of that we would be very happy to stay again.

I stayed at this hotel hoping for a quiet, relaxing break — unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.||The hotel advertises that any renovation work starts at 10am. This is simply not true. I was woken before 8am on three consecutive mornings due to loud construction noise. On my final morning, the fire alarm went off at 8am, adding to an already stressful and unrestful stay. I booked this trip to escape ongoing renovations at home — had I known the truth, I would never have chosen this property.||To make matters worse, there was a hygiene issue with the bed sheets, which I had to raise with reception myself. While I understand that linen may not be changed daily, when there is a clear cleanliness concern, it should be dealt with promptly and professionally. What shocked me was that housekeeping failed to notice the dirty sheets when they came in to make the bed — this lack of attention and care is concerning.||What really prompted me to write this review, though, was how poorly my concerns were handled after the stay. Rather than acknowledging the genuine issues I raised, the hotel’s response felt defensive and dismissive — even implying the cleanliness issue wasn’t valid, despite the fact I had to report it and request new sheets. The small token offered as compensation didn’t come close to recognising the disruption and disappointment caused.||If you're considering staying here for rest or relaxation — I strongly advise against it. My experience was not only disrupted by noise and poor hygiene, but made worse by the hotel’s unwillingness to take responsibility or respond with any real care. I’ll be leaving this review up so others can make an informed decision.

2nd time here with a 3rd planned in a couple of weeks.||We like the location with a 10 minutes walk from Waterloo Station (leave exit 2 and turn right along Waterloo Road).||The hotel itself is modern with OK size rooms all with lots of light, mini bar (chargeable), safe and ironing board. The TV enables you to cast programmes from your mobile device.||You are going to get some noise during the night due to location, including sirens from time to time. Unfortunately this time we got morning noise from internal fire alarms that were never explained.||Love the views from the rooftop bar and the drinks voucher for H10 members.||Looking forward to next time.

My second (partner's first) stay at the H10 Waterloo and my admiration for this excellent hotel only grows. We stayed five nights in one of the Waterloo mini-suites and were delighted by our greeting at check in and the selection of treats and bottle of prosecco (pre-arranged and paid for) in the room. The location of this hotel is simply excellent with quick walks to Waterloo or Lambeth North tube stations and Lower Marsh Street behind Waterloo station with all the shops and food options one could ask for. The rainfall showers and bathroom as a whole were excellent with lots of counter space. Breakfast at this hotel is an absolute treat with so many choices and all the food was fresh and hot. The coffee machines were a delight as was Felipe who went above and beyond on our first morning when we were still so very jet-lagged. The breakfast room is quite warm due to the sun streaming in. I do wish there was more sound-proofing overall in terms of internal doors down the hallway banging shut every few minutes, it seems like this could be remedied by adding some rubber bumper materials. Sirens and motorbikes outside could be heard even on the 10th floor with ear plugs. These are minor complaints not meant to disparage any of the wonderful service we received by every member of the team at H10 Waterloo, including the reservations team. Thank you and we will be back again!

The H10 London Waterloo hotel is very beautiful, elegant, and well-maintained. Our room was fairly spacious, with two large windows that made it bright during the day. The curtains were not blackout enough, so the room didn’t get completely dark at night. The lighting in the room was quite dim and insufficient, especially in the evening. On the positive side, the mini-fridge was very much appreciated, and the wardrobe included a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. The TV was large and modern. One inconvenient detail: the power outlet near the bed was on one side only, which made charging devices uncomfortable for the person sleeping on the other side. A rather unpleasant episode occurred the morning after our arrival when the fire alarm went off without any clear explanation. Another guest in the hallway mentioned it had happened the previous morning as well. At the reception we were told it was an “accidental” alarm, and they apologized — but the lack of clear communication was a bit unsettling. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a spacious shower. However, the sink tap was so short that it was difficult to wash your hands without hitting your knuckles on the edge of the basin. The hotel is conveniently located about a 6–7 minute walk from a couple of metro stations and is also well served by bus lines. Overall, the room was modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. By signing up for the free H10 Club, you get discounts on both your stay and breakfast. We also really enjoyed the Sky Bar — a beautiful spot with a great atmosphere and professional, courteous staff. As H10 Club members, we received a delicious welcome cocktail, which was a lovely touch.

The hotel is nice.||We were given a welcome drink on check in which was a nice touch.||Room and bathroom was clean and smelt fresh.||I have dedicated a star as fire alarm went off in early hours of am and early morning on our second stay, apparently this is due to people having showers and leaving door open - is there a notice on door?||Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice. The breakfast room is a tad small for the number of guests.||Overall, a good stay and I would definitely stay again.

Disclaimer - we have tried to avoid posting this review by liaising with hotel staff but have been pushed from pillar to post at every opportunity and so this is the final straw. On what was meant to be a rare and special anniversary break away, we experienced two deeply distressing incidents: staff banged on our door at 9:30am on a Sunday morning, waking me up while I was sleeping in the room alone (my partner had gone out to get breakfast). This was alarming and disturbing, not least as I was a female alone in the room. Following this, hotel staff knocked again at 10:30am, this time proceeding to actually enter our room without permission- both incidents occurring well before the 12:00pm checkout time. This completely shattered the privacy and sense of safety we expected from a hotel of this calibre. The fact that this occurred not once, but twice, on a Sunday morning during what should have been a peaceful and intimate stay, is entirely unacceptable. My partner spoke to the front desk staff who advised that this would be escalated and CCTV reviewed. This had a significant impact on our experience, and we did not feel confident that this would not happen to other guests - given the poor response from the hotel staff to our complaint. It has now been a month since our stay and we are yet to receive a response or even an acknowledgment from management of this hotel. We are beyond horrified
