H10 Palacio Colomera

We stayed at the H10 Cordoba for one night and everything was amazing. The room and is very clean, the front desk staff is very friendly. In the rooms there is a coffee maker, complimentary bottles of water and all the toiletries you could need. The beds are very comfortable as well as the pillows and I am very picky due to back issues. One thing that caught my attention was that the power receptacles are multi voltage so you don’t even need your converter . I have never seen that before. The common areas are beautiful and the facade of the hotel is very nice and elegant. This building used to be a palace at one point. The whole hotel is impeccable. |The swimming pool, although beautiful, is very small. Breakfast was great, many choices, beautifully displayed and the staff is also very attentive. |Overall, I would recommend this hotel specially for the location - it’s close to everything: sites, restaurants, bars, shops. We received some welcoming treats as well. We loved everything!

Such an awesome hotel right in the heart of Córdoba! The location is unbeatable, the rooftop bar was the perfect place to relax, and our room had a balcony overlooking the square—such a treat. The room was comfortable, complete with robes, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We only had one night here and truly wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Only visited roof top bar which is fantastic. Nice food and drinks reasonably priced and service was very good. Couldn’t understand the fairly low rating and some poor reviews! Great views over the square, fountains and other historic buildings. Inside of the hotel looked really good, but we didn’t stay there.

During our stay we encountered several issues in the room that should not occur in a hotel of this category. The shower floor panel was loose, causing me to twist my foot. The toilet kept running after flushing, which was especially disturbing at night. The power outlets next to the bed were loose and unsafe. Being on the 4th floor just below the rooftop terrace, we could hear every chair being dragged above us. In addition, one of the curtains had come off the rail. When booking a hotel like this, especially at a reasonable price level, you do not expect so many problems at once. We reported the issues to the reception and received a business card from the manager, inviting us to contact her should we consider another stay at an H10 hotel. We did reach out, but the only response we received was a full-price offer, which we declined.

I loved my stay! We came in early, though there was no early check in because tbe room was not available, the staff allowed us to relax by the pool and take a dip while waiting for our room to be ready! They gave us pool towels. This made the waiting very bearable! We love our room, it was comfortable and we did rested well. One thing I will comment is that they need more staff, I can see that the staff in the bar is struggling trying to cope with orders and she was on her own. I also learned that this hotel exist in some countries so definitely we will book this because of our good experience.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing location, staff were helpful and the hotel is so clean and modern. Breakfast was really nice and our rooms were super spacious and comfortable. Our original room had a broken AC, and for 45 degrees outside, this was not acceptable. The hotel was quick to accommodate our request to change. Hotel is in a perfect location!

Great location with a room overlooking the plaza. The hotel has a great welcoming entrance and atrium.The reception is laid out in a very informal manner. The room was spacious, bathroom adequately stocked, the bed was comfortable although it was two singles pushed together. The range of TV channels was disappointing, and we did have to call for the technician twice to resolve issues with the Television. Excellent roof terrace overlooking the plaza.

This hotel is in a beautiful building that apparently was once a palace. It is an active plaza where one may sit out and enjoy cocktails. There is a very nice rooftop bar and restaurant as well. The common areas are very inviting. The rooms are well appointed and the beds very comfortable. If returning to Cordoba, we will likely make this our first choice of accommodations.
