H10 Palazzo Canova

This beautiful hotel is located on the Grand Canal with stunning views of the Rialto Bridge. Walking distance to San Marco square and many attractions. Upon arrival, Christian at the front desk gave a warm welcome and his knowledge and love of this magical city was much appreciated. He gave amazing recommendations and directions for local attractions and places to dine. Christian went above and beyond as did the entire staff to ensure my stay was effortless and comfortable and that ALL of my needs and wants were satisfied. The rooms are modern and comfortable, breakfast was delicious every morning and the Rooftop bar is marvelous as well as the food they served… and the view so amazing. Def best place to stay!

We recently stayed here for a short break and were delighted with our choice of hotel. The staff were fantastic, Shafiel who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful, taking time to talk us through the best bits of the city. The location was excellent - the perfect place for exploring all aspect of the city, not forgetting to add the stunning views of the Grand Canal from the rooftop bar, where the staff, particularly Federico were very attentive and friendly. The room was clean and of a good size for a short break. Would definitely recommend and couldn’t fault anything about our stay.

Truly amazing hotel from check in to check out.||We booked the private transfer with the hotel via car / boat and it ran like clockwork both ends. We had room 103 overlooking the grand canal. Stunning views and despite only being on the 1st floor no noise at night from the outside world.||Breakfast and the breakfast team were superb, so many food choices.||The room itself was huge and stunning!||The terrace, oh the terrace and its views. Service is a little slow up there so you might need more staff (and they forgot our drinks orders twice) but you have to go to the terrace and get a drink / bite to eat and watch the world below.||The location of the hotel is perfect, so easy to go exploring in various directions. All the staff were superb.||One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. This is the place to stay in if you go to Venice.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect to explore all the sights. We took a private water taxi from the airport direct to the landing jetty in front of the hotel. What a great way to arrive! |Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were super helpful. Would recommend without hesitation.

For us, this hotel ticked every box. The location is superb, right on the edge of the Grand Canal, and in sight of the Rialto Bridge. The open air top floor Terrazza bar was great to sit at and enjoy watching the activity of the Grand Canal. One downside was the unnecessarily high prices of the drinks here.||The rooms were finished to a very high standard and were all spotlessly clean. The service by all staff was exemplary, especially Maria, who was so helpful and informative from the minute we arrived.||We would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

October ‘25. We stayed in Room 303 and were blessed with an amazing view of the Grand Canal. We could spend hours just watching the boats pass by. This room is adjacent to the rooftop bar which has a great view of Rialto Bridge. A gondolier station was also located at the entrance to the hotel. Having a walkway along the front of the hotel with canal-side restaurants was a bonus. Breakfast was very nice with great service and a wonderful selection of quality food items. The location is this hotel is also very central to most of Venice. This is particularly important because of all the “walking” and getting “lost” experiences. We took the water taxi from Marco Polo airport which took us directly to the hotel . It was one of the most memorable things to do in Venice. There is a nearby vaporetto station to the hotel (2 minute walk) should you decide to take the water bus to/from the airport or along the main canal. The staff are very attentive, polite and professional. For instance, we received a private message that notified us of an expected Rail strike (something that apparently happens regularly in Italy) that would affect us on the day of departure from the Venice train station. Having this information was extremely helpful for us to proactively plan and modify our departure. Thank you H10 for a wonderful stay in Venice

I really like this hotel! I’ve stayed here twice now, and both times have been great. The staff are excellent and go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. They were extremely helpful during check-in and even helped us get a taxi to get us to the train station. One of the staff members Nicolette, kindly gave us a map with recommendations for local food spots and places to visit, which was very thoughtful. I have no complaints.

My husband and I have just returned from staying at H10 In Venice! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the hotel staff were amazing! Nothing was ever too much. I’d like to mention Nicholeta on Reception, she gave us detailed information and well labelled map of things to do. Nicholeta recommended some restaurants and made the reservation for us. On both occasions they were fantastic places, great price, location ( off the busy streets) and lovely food. Thank you Nicholeta. |We took advantage of the complimentary private taxi to Murano to visit the glass blowing factory and made some beautiful purchases. |Thank you for a fantastic stay celebrating my Big Birthday. We will return some day
