Had the pleasure of staying here with family for two nights and three days. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were blown away by the attention and the service that we received. It was the smoothest, most enjoyable check-in of any hotel I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Little touches like making sure that we had juice water, Prosecco and a comfortable place to sit while we waited to be checked in. We weren’t standing in a lineup with our bags like we have had to at other hotels. Iacopo took the best care of us, arranging a complimentary glass blowing tour in Murano, recommending restaurants and help with anything else we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, rooms are spacious, comfortable and had great air conditioning - after 2 and a half weeks in Europe, our kids said this was their favourite and asked to stay longer! I recommend adding the breakfast, it was great! And do not skip the rooftop bar! If we are lucky enough to make it back, this will be the only place we’ll stay.

I spent two nights at the H10 Palazzo Canova and had a great time. The H10 brand was familiar as I previously had an excellent stay at H10 Metropolitan in Barcelona. This hotel has the perfect location, right on the Grand Canal and only a minute or two from the Rialto Bridge. You could walk to St. Mark's Square in less than 15 minutes. ||My Deluxe room was very spacious and had a view of the alley to the left of the hotel. The large couch was especially comfortable to sit on. While Housekeeping did a nice job cleaning the room, both mornings they came knocking around 9:00am. Definitely too early for people on vacation.||Breakfast consisted of a quality buffet in addition to items cooked to order. Almost everyone was eating at tables in the courtyard. The front desk gave me a coupon for a free drink, just for being a member of their Club H10 program. I used this at the rooftop bar, which has amazing views of the Grand Canal. The meatballs I ordered were also delicious. ||All of the H10 staff, whether at the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, or bar, were very friendly and spoke great English. I highly recommend the H10 Palazzo Canova and would gladly stay here again. ||Pro-tip: If you're arriving from the Train or Bus Station, reach the hotel by taking Vaporetto Line #1 to San Silvestro. I accidently boarded Line #2 and got off at Rialto, which required me to carry my 45 pound suitcase over the Rialto Bridge. Not as easy as it sounds!

I would like to highly recommend this hotel. We could not have selected a more suitable hotel in Venice, it's great location 10 out 10. The staff is exceptionally professional, polite, and friendly. A special thank you to Beatrice at the reception desk; she was incredibly welcoming, provided us with helpful tips about Venice, and recommended some excellent dining options. We were fortunate enough to stay in a remarkable suite with a view of the canal and the Rialto Bridge! The hotel is very modern and beautifully decorated, and the room was impeccably clean.

The hotel was just amazing. The room was amazing and clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming. They offered us a drink upon arrival and gave us a proper city guidance. The location was just amazing, very close to Rialto bridge and local restaurants. The rooftop bar had a spectacular view. We will definitely return to this hotel if they keep price reasonable.

Our train was delayed, so we checked in late at night, but the hotel staff were all kind and friendly, and we had a very pleasant stay. Since it’s close to the Rialto Bridge, you can walk anywhere, and if you want to go farther, you can take the vaporetto from the stop right in front. The airport boat stop is also right there. The facilities are new and well-maintained, and the breakfast restaurant is especially pleasant with its patio. The rooftop bar at night was also excellent. When I come to Venice again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
