Truly 10/10 — Highly Recommended We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The location is simply perfect — everything is nearby, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. We especially appreciated that we were picked up by boat directly from the train station and brought straight to the hotel, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The hotel managers were exceptionally polite, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They kindly assisted us with booking a sightseeing boat, arranging a boat transfer to the airport, and reserving a table at a restaurant — which turned out to be a 10/10 experience! The breakfasts were wonderful — delicious, varied, and of excellent quality. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Everything was simply amazing. We would especially like to highlight the manager, Iacopo. His attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism made our stay even more special. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back!

We recently stayed at H10 Palazzo Canova during our trip to Venice, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. We were in Room 300, one of the apartment-style suites. The suite itself was spacious, elegantly furnished, and very comfortable, making it ideal for a longer stay. While this particular room did not have a canal view, the size and layout more than made up for it, offering plenty of room to relax after exploring the city. Before our arrival, we contacted the hotel to arrange transportation from the train station, and everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The hotel staff throughout our stay were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with directions, reservations, and local recommendations. Their professionalism truly stood out. The property itself is in impeccable condition, modern yet true to Venetian character, and very well maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar, which offers stunning panoramic views of the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge — absolutely a must-visit, whether for a morning coffee or a sunset aperitivo. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. There are gondola rides available right next to the property, and some fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, making it an ideal base for exploring Venice’s charm. Overall, H10 Palazzo Canova delivered a five-star experience in every respect — from its attentive service to its unbeatable location and breathtaking rooftop views. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

This beautiful hotel is located on the Grand Canal with stunning views of the Rialto Bridge. Walking distance to San Marco square and many attractions. Upon arrival, Christian at the front desk gave a warm welcome and his knowledge and love of this magical city was much appreciated. He gave amazing recommendations and directions for local attractions and places to dine. Christian went above and beyond as did the entire staff to ensure my stay was effortless and comfortable and that ALL of my needs and wants were satisfied. The rooms are modern and comfortable, breakfast was delicious every morning and the Rooftop bar is marvelous as well as the food they served… and the view so amazing. Def best place to stay!

Probably one of the best hotels in Venice. Being an H10 member, our experience was even better. The room was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is classy. The breakfast was very good as well, with a buffet in addition to two hot meals. The location along the Gran Canal in the center of the city was very convenient. making any walk around the city easy. But this comes with the fact that you have to deal with the busy crowd. Our favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop terrace, as this has a bar serving drinks and food, plenty of tables, heating lamps, an awesome and unique view of the Gran Canal and the Ponto Di Rialto bridge. The only rooftop terrace along the Gran Canal that I am aware of. Although the prices at the bar are a little high, I think the view makes up for it.

We had an amazing stay at H10 Palazzo Canova. The service from the personnel was truly outstanding. Everyone was always welcoming and smiling, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention to the concierge, who was absolutely amazing and helped us arrange everything we needed, including visits and excursions like Murano, which was perfectly organized. Breakfast was great and very complete, with plenty of options, and the staff were always helpful and attentive. The rooms were very nice, as expected in Venice they are a bit small, but still comfortable and perfectly fine for our stay. The location is unbeatable, right on the Grand Canal and within walking distance to pretty much everything. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

I really loved the hotel. The place is comfortable, the service is fast, and the staff are very helpful. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and overall it was a very pleasant stay. The only downside was the housekeeping — the duvet was not clean, and the trash was not removed during room cleaning, which slightly affected the experience. Other than that, the hotel was great and I would definitely consider staying again.

It was our first time visiting this hotel. Location is perfect for the boats trips/taxis, restaurants etc. We are a long term H10 club members and again we weren’t disappointed. Once we stepped in through the door, attention were paid to us and checking in was very smooth, kind and informative. The receptionist Victor C. offered us a glass of Prosecco, provided a lot of information on what is happening in Venice during our 5days stay. Despite our early morning arrival, our room was ready within 15minutes which was amazing. Room -a bit small and lacking the Venetian rustic warm spirit but clean, fresh and there was everything needed. Very nice touch from the hotel having an umbrella which allowed us exploring the island during rainy days. Bathroom- not sure what was the idea behind the shower cabin doors- it has a gap which water runs through to the bathroom and you need few towels to stop the water flooding the bathroom floor. Toilet paper is poor quality. Hotel has top roof terrace with a balcony along the Grand Canal with a great view. Pigeons are trying their luck but water guns are given 😄 Anna G. the hospitality manager was very friendly, chatty, very attentive and I would say the best out of all waiting staff. She also was taking care of the order quickly compare to others. On our wedding anniversary we mentioned about visiting Murano and Burano island, Anna kindly offered organising taxi straight from the hotel to each island and as a surprise we had a tour at the glass factory. Breakfast - on Valentine’s Day nice touch of red rose and tiny heart on the table. Food fresh with lots of choices and a’la carte. Buffet offered high variety of food from continental choices through cheeses and meat selections to desserts. Service very attentive although when they started getting busy it felt like some of the waiting stuff didn’t know what to prioritise around service or cleaning or filling up the buffet. Reception- every single person served us with kindness, being polite and friendly. We also asked for a later check out which wasn’t a problem also. Room service- always nicely cleaned and refreshed room, refreshments replaced, bed redone. Overall our stay was very pleasant, smooth and enjoyable (as always with H10).
