Great hotel shame about unreliable internet, especially as so much reliance put on using QR codes when requiring information or ordering drink or food! Buffet dining was excellent, better than any cruise ship. Pool bar limited basic menu. Everywhere impeccably clean. Privilege experience was very good, use of a private lounge with good quality snacks, fruit and drinks, alcoholic and soft drink options. However the al la carte restaurant was disappointing. Room was spacious with comfy bed and lovely bedding, slept very well apart from the odd cat meowing at patio door. There are several cats roaming around the grounds but are in very good condition looked after by a vet, fed and watered and free from fleas. Not much surrounding hotel apart from a small beach cafe. If you walk along beach you come across other hotels and a couple of tourist/ supermarket shops about one and a half mile away. Quite hilly and rough ground for walking on in some parts. Will definitely consider returning in the future.

My rating is against this being a "4 star" hotel. It is not a 4 star hotel, there is no room service, the towels get changed once every 4 days (a problem in January as there was rain most days and no heated towel rail to dry them so it was damp towels for 4 days). You have to pay for a room safe and you have to pay to swap you pool towels. Also, the most bizarre - no iron? I don't think I've been to a hotel in my life where there hasn't been an iron available - Travelodge's have irons. However, rooms were very clean and despite the bathroom needing a refurb everything was in good working condition. Most of the facilities otherwise are okay and I would say the food is of good quality (except the coffee - it is pretty nasty at the breakfast buffet). There is however decent enough coffee at the other bars. The Italian restaurant is worth a visit during the stay. Service was generally very good - with some excellent individuals. The gym looked okay but we didn't use, the spa was booked up so again can't comment. It's main redeeming feature is it is set in the most beautiful area, the beaches are idillic and it was lovely to see all the stray cats being so well looked after (I think this is an island thing as opposed to specifically a hotel, but they looked in amazing health). If this were rated 3 star I'd still be looking for an iron and more regular towel changes, but we had a good time there so if you can get the place for a bargain I'm sure you will have a good time, however, we won't be rushing back

This was not our first visit to this hotel, but we have not visited over the New Year before.|As always the staff are hardworking, extremely helpful and they can’t do enough for you to make your stay as good as possible.|The food in the restaurants is of a good quality and is plentiful and fresh. Drinks at the bar are good quality. We were able to drink Bombay sapphire gin, Jameson whiskey and Estelle lager.|Entertainment throughout the day with the animation team is good if you want to be involved and the staff are friendly, but not pushy!|Entertainment in the evenings is varied and of a good quality.|But New Years Eve Gala event Wow!!!!!|Arriving in the lounge bar to a cocktail and canapé reception with a pianist playing. We then went down to the restaurant for dinner. We were greeted by the hotel staff and taken to our table. The work that the team did to make the restaurant look so beautiful was amazing. The tables looked gorgeous…..but the food…..wow, wow, wow!!!!!! So much lobster!!!! All of the food was amazing. The team must have worked their socks off to provide such an amazing spread of food. Thank you each and every person involved with this as it was truly amazing. Throughout dinner and violinist played which was lovely|After dinner there was more entertainment in the bar with a singer and then downstairs in the pool bar a disco and finally fireworks to bring in the new year. What a spectacular night we had!!!!🍾🍾🍾|The weather has been superb throughout| our stay and we are counting down to our next holiday here

This was our second New Year week at this hotel. Same helpful staff and great location next to the beach. We love the New Years Eve celebration- we had a privilege room so had a 7 course served banquet followed by fireworks and dancing. We were told by others that the main buffet was also good with lots of choice. The pool was definitely warmer than 2 years ago so enjoyed a swim. Room clean and well serviced. Lots of options for drinks - bar and terrace overlooking the sea, Mikes coffee house for an afternoon coffee and cake, and the outside bar late in the evening with great singers. The Italian restaurant needs to improve - starters and desserts sound good but are of poor quality. Pizza wasn’t cooked in the centre. WiFi was generally good but not strong enough to download books to kindle. Privilege AI is definitely worth it - great room, included minibar, lounge access (stocked bar) and served restaurant (rather than buffet). We love this hotel- already booked for our next trip.

Package Holiday Half board,with Jet2. Booked and paid extra for a seaview. On being shown to my room, I was not happy with seaview, or lack of it. Could be Jet2 didn't pass it on. Back to reception and staff gave their apologies and offered me another room to view without question. Accepted this room. Adult only hotel, close to the beach. WiFi was a bit hit and miss but got buy. There are plenty of sunbeds to be had, so there no need to panic. Inside and outside pools both very clean and warm, even in January outside pool was a delight to swim in. Beach is a 5-minute walk down hill, but it could be an issue for some, walking back up. Chairs and umbrellas on the beach, but not part of the hotel €5 each. Gym on site, as well as small gift shops, selling wine, soft canned drinks and bottles of water, and a few other bits, just in case you have forgotten to pack. Water fountains all around FOC to top your water bottles up. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water, no matter what time of day. Buffet breakfast and evening meal, with a good variety of food and something different every night. All staff are amazing and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the cashless/cardless arrangement for paying for drinks. Your waistband was your door key, and also your way to pay for drinks. So, like a running tab , which you paid at the end of the stay. For me, I like to pay when I have each drink, so for this reason and this reason only I didn't have any drinks. Which worked for me, as I bought wine from their shop and just drank in the room at night, not one for the evening entertainment that was put on every night. Overall, it was a lovely hotel and would for sure go back again.

Very good hotel. It was recommended to me by a friend as the best hotel on Fuerteventura. The rooms were very tidy and received a light daily cleaning. There was slight mold inside some picture frames and above the air conditioning. No cotton swabs were provided. The service was very good. Especially Aqua Yoga on stand up paddle boards and Aqua Cycling with Wljadi were a lot of fun. The animation was excellent as of December 2024. He even reminds me a bit of the German comedian Teddy. 🧸😉 Beautiful beach. Very very windy. When it comes to food, I usually found good options even as a vegetarian.

This H10 hotel is just mesmerising. It’s spacious, clean, with beautiful seashore right behind the corner and there’s also a big variety of indoor and outdoor activities (including several pools, gym and spa). Each meal has many heavenly good dishes. The website delivers almost each answer, but if you need guidance or have any problems, the stuff will help you with the smile. We highly recommend weekly entertainments such as Sangria Demonstration with Wajdi - essentiall knowledge with sense of humor and delicious pop at the end :) We’ll definitely try to recreate the recipe at home. Very delightful stay!

We have stayed here for four times now which shows how much we like it! The most recent time we visited was two weeks ago. Unfortunately we were unhappy with our room and the reservations manager kindly took us to a couple of other rooms to choose from which we were delighted with. We always choose a superior room with a sea view and have never before been disappointed.

Entertainment not great, mainy aimed towards Greman guests. Ents team didn't even speak in English some nights! Saw one of the ents team be very rude to a guest one evening also. Food very good, great selection and amazing quality every night and you can choose between snack bar and restaurant for lunch. Hotel is right on the beach, but there are very few bars/clubs nearby. Not a location for a lively holiday!!
