Our stay has been made by the staff at the hotel , Friendly and welcoming overall. On check in we had a wonderfully helpful gentleman who was an ambassador for your hotel. He gave us a quick guide to Madrid , where to go and how to get there - fantastic and thank you it has been invaluable …. Housekeeping has been great and the team are all very pleasant . Only small moan…. Had a late night and arrived at the first floor bar around 15 minutes before closing ( I didn’t know it closed at 12 before this visit ) and the welcome was not what I would have expected , a little cold and every time we have had drinks in the hotel it comes with complimentary nibbles - not that night ! Shame really as it could have been managed differently and left me feeling a valued customer rather than an unwelcome one. I have not scored the hotel any lower because of this as there are so many highlights during our stay. However if the hotel wants to be truly great then the service should be delivered 24/7 …

Situated a short walk from the park and located adjacent to the Metro and main bus routes the hotel is ideal if you want to be away from the bustle of the cit centre. The hotel is very stylish & modern, superbly clean with great facilities. The Staff were all excellent and able to accommodate the requests we made. Be sure to make use of the rooftop bar and restaurant, despite being priced above average it does serve a varied choice of food, and a good choice of drinks. We did use the pool and sun deck, but be sure to book a lounger during busy times.

The rooftop pool is small but the views are incredible. Hotel is conveniently located to the Parque Retiro and Metro stops. Breakfast isn’t impressive but the coffee is delicious. Lovely rooms and the neighborhood wasn’t loud or crowded which we appreciated.

Clean and modern, located right next to Parque del Retiro park and walking distance to all major attractions. Great roof top views from the bar over the city and down to Puerto de Alcalá. The was super comfortable and the room very quiet with sound proofing.

We stayed here for the Rock n Roll Madrid and we loved it. Just off the metro stop and at the entrance to Retrio Park which was beautiful!||The room was cosy but we were out most of the time, had a large bed, TV showed the Madrid tennis, great storage and bathroom was lovely and spacious. Staff very helpful and room service good too. ||We made use of the roof terrace and enjoyed Sangria in the sun! Booking a must though, would have been good to have the pool open as the temp was 25C which coming from the UK is peak Summer!||Lovely little cafe across the road we popped into a few times as we needed tea, no tea/kettle in the rooms. ||Perfect location for the run, the park, shops and quieter area at night. ||Seen a couple of reviews about the staff but we saw one women screaming at the receptionist on check in and mimicking her which let's face it, won't get you anywhere so if you do have an issue, just be calm and polite about it!||Coming back next year for RnR Madrid!

Fantastic Hotel, great location near the metro, retiro park with easy access to the cit and an amazing rooftop bar and restaurant. Staff were amazing for our stay and went above and beyond when the whole of Spain lost electricity to keep guests informed and proving food and drinks throughout. Every member of staff made a huge effort and should be commended.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, modern and beautiful decorated.|The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the on-site amenities (roof top we used to celebrate my father in laws bday) exceeded expectations. Every part of my experience felt effortless and relaxing.||I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future.
