I travel to Madrid often and have never stayed in the same place twice. After my recent stay at H10 Tribeca, I have found the place that I will stay every time I visit from now on! Really, really nice place. Great location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, cool decor, comfortable bed...just everything you could want. I cannot wait to come back. Thanks for having me!

Superb hotel, quite conveniently located in Madrid. The rooms were a bit small for a family but the service was exceptional. Breakfast was very good as well. Would definitely recommend. There's a Favorite (breakfast place) and Santa Gloria right outside while it's walking distance from the Santiago Bernabeu.

We recently stayed at the hotel with our group of doctors who traveled to Madrid to attend an educational event at Ramón y Cajal Hospital. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the hotel’s services, the professionalism of the staff, and the seamless communication with both the hotel management and the event coordinator. Their prompt and helpful support throughout our stay greatly contributed to making our group feel welcomed and well accommodated.

A solid H10. In Madrid’s business district with a more local feel than hotels in the center. Well decorated (interior) and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The reason for four stars was that the bed was so uncomfortable. I thought spring mattresses were a thing of the past at modern hotel brands. But other than that, a beautiful room. They let me check in early. And the cava welcome was a treat!

We only stayed one night and that was during the power outage in Spain. The hotel was well equipped for such a situation. Safe and the elevator and key locks still worked. Next morning good breakfast and always friendly staff. Would come again

I stayed at this hotel during a company trip. The location is great, the hotel was clean, and the male staff were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the consistently unfriendly attitude of the female staff. At check-in, a simple question was met with clear annoyance. Later, while I was sick and bedridden, I ordered food and asked if someone could bring it up. The two women at reception refused, claiming they were busy. I then asked if they could at least place it in the elevator, also denied, as the lift was supposedly in constant use. When I went down myself, dizzy and unwell, the lobby was empty, no lift in sight, and both women were on their phones and were chating.

Worst hotel experience ever. - Staff: Unfriendly, deceitful and manipulative - Rooms: Look nothing like the photos, dirty, bad finishing…sound of drilling in the morning (above or nearby) and cleaning staff slamming doors constantly…sound insulation is bad - Smell: Hotel, corridor and rooms smell like mold…towels smell bad - Wifi: Slowest wifi ever - Service: First night, room was half cleaned, second night, towels were removed and not replaced…we were charged for the water in the room.. - Breakfast: Sad and frugal…consists mainly of processed sugars (marshmallows, donuts, candy..) the eggs looked like you could get sick… - Location: Next to a dump, in a shady area, nothing interesting around… The only good thing in this hotel is the club sandwich. Overall, overpriced, bad just really bad, can’t believe this is a « 4 stars » hotel…It’s a 2 at best…

I had a great business stay. The restaurant offers really tasty food. Welcome drink on the house. Good breakfast. Great shower with good water pressure. Nice products for shower and to wash your hair. Very thorough housekeeping. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy. Only suggestion is to leave blanket in closet in room for the winter months as it is a little cold if you are a lone traveller. More energy efficient than turning heating on (which is possible as you can have air, cooling and heat).
