Chose the hotel because of the proximity to the Bernabeu stadion. Great fot match days, less than a 5 minute walk away. Nice restaurants in the proximity, a 5 km walk to the historic center (bus/metro is about 30 min). Rooms are quite big, during our stay renovations were ongoing. Staff was very friendly and accomodating, securing our bagage before check in and after check out. Breakfast had a broad variety of options and was very delightfull. Very cozy lobby to chill in.

Everything was amazing, the location of the hotel was just perfect cause my aim was to attend football matches in the Bernabéu, so the stadium was only few minutes walking from the hotel. The area was great with everything available around you. The room was great and clean with great size too. The staff were friendly and great. Surprisingly the speed of the WiFi was super good ||Nothing TBH I didn’t like, maybe I was interested in the terrace they had on the roof to chill but unfortunately it was under maintenance.

The hotel itself was in a great location especially close to the football stadium. It had extremely easy access to the metro links also. The room which we had was quite noisy at night due to being next to a maintenance cupboard with a loud boiler but the rooms themselves were spacious, clean and comfortable. After reading other reviews we were disappointed that we were not offered a welcome drink after seeing that others have been given this?! We would stay here again We would just ask for a room not next to the maintenance rooms.

Can’t really fault this place. Would definitely recommend, and will probably stay again. Room was really big, but cosy, and obviously very recently renovated and to a high standard. Welcome drinks, chocolates, as well as a voucher for a drink at the bar was a very nice touch. Booked at relatively short notice (1 week), and the price was quite good for this standard of hotel, location, and the weekend that I booked for.

We had a great stay at this hotel, the rooms were comfortable and clean. We had the breakfast buffet one morning and the options were really extensive, very clearly labeled dairy free and gluten free options. Nothing explicitly labeled as vegan but there was quite a few options I could have. The rooftop bar was really good, with a small pool, we really enjoyed our stay.
