We had the pleasure of staying at H10 Villa de la Reina during our recent trip to Madrid, and it exceeded all our expectations.|The hotel is beautifully decorated and its location on Gran Vía is absolutely perfect—central and within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, shops, and restaurants.|From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, not only during check-in but throughout our stay whenever we had questions.|We stayed in a Classic Gran Vía Room, which was stylish, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of closet space for our clothes and luggage, and the bathroom small but cosy and well-equipped. Despite being on a busy street, the soundproofing was sufficient for a peaceful night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless every day. Thank you so much!|And it continues: the breakfast was outstanding: a wide variety of fresh options, constantly replenished by a team of friendly and attentive staff. |To top it all off, we were surprised with a lovely gesture in our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more special.|Thank you to the entire team at H10 Villa de la Reina for making our trip unforgettable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid!

The hotel is located in the heart of the tourist district. It was almost like being in Times Square in NYC. The lobby is warm and inviting. Our check in agent was professional and referred us to two tapas restaurants for dinner. Our room was spacious with a small sitting room and amazing bathroom. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was not great. It was similar to what a Courtyard by Marriott serves. Overall this property is a very nice hotel.

The hotel offers many positive aspects, contributing to a very pleasant stay overall. We loved the perfect location with its easy city access. The room size was surprisingly good for the city center, and it was spotlessly clean. The bar staff made us feel very welcome! However, there were a couple of areas that fell short of expectations. While the advertised pictures of the entrance show a light and bright reception area, the reality upon entering felt considerably darker, which didn't create the welcoming first impression we anticipated. Additionally, the breakfast experience was disappointing. We found the price to be high for what was offered, and the staff service during breakfast felt abrupt and unwelcoming, giving the distinct impression of being rushed. These specific points, particularly the breakfast experience and the difference in the entrance's appearance compared to the photos, regrettably led to a slightly lower overall rating of 3 and impacted the overall staff score, despite the positive aspects of our stay.

I don't know where to start on describing how much I loved this hotel. Front desk staff was so helpful. Always taking the time to answer questions and making sure we were having a wonderful stay. They also made excxellent local restaurant recommendations and reservations. The cleaning staff was amazing. The room was always impecably cleaned and common areas were well maintained. Best of all was the room. Had room 602 (I think) Amazing. Huge room with a sitting area and an incredible rooftop deck with couches and chairs for sipping late night glasses of cava over looking Gran Via. Also loved the antique elevator by the front desk. I think I was the only on that used it. What a nice stay and way to end our trip in Spain.

Our trip was very last minute so we’re were not picky on where we stayed, just needed a room. However, we were pleasantly surprised with this boutique hotel! Oriana at the front desk was awesome! She helped us to get reservations at amazing restaurants off the beaten path, even got us in one that was all booked up already! The rest of the staff at the front desk was also helpful but she stood out as exceptional!||The Roma were clean, linens were clean, bathroom was clean, the only complaint was that the bathroom sink knobs in our room were not fastened to the sink and were loose. Otherwise, everything from breakfast to the bar at night was perfect. ||Highly recommend this hotel for a great location, good price, and exceptional service staff.

The hotel is wonderful. It is clean, well run, and the rooms are relatively quiet - especially considering that it is on a very busy boulevard. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety of good offerings. The location is excellent - near enough to most "tourist" locations to make them walk-able.

Take care when choosing rooms... some only have internal windows to a courtyard which is also internal and tiny. Some rooms don't even have a window at all! Were ignored in lobby bar one evening... in the end we left without being served or acknowledged at all. Breakfast fabulous.
