"If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the years it’s that time spent anointing the “next Prague” or the “new Berlin” is time wasted. So we’ll leave it at this: if you haven’t done so already, it’s time to get yourself to Warsaw. Like a few other Eastern European capitals we could name, it evolved more or less in isolation for a crucial few decades — and now that the period of isolation is over, the result is a modern city with a remarkably unique personality. And if it’s arrived as a travel destination, boutique hotels are never far behind; you can take H15 Boutique Hotel as Exhibit A." - Tablet Hotels

H15 Hotel is a luxurious, small hotel in a residential area. We checked in late about 9:00 pm. David at the FD gave us an upgraded room, apartment suite. It was very upscale with separate bedroom, sofa, 2 TVs, wetbar, and unaccustomed roominess.|I immediately saw an unprecedented physical problem: Very high side of bathtub. I was very careful and did not slip. My wife, however, slipped getting out and landed hard on her left arm and wrist. As of Nov 15, about 3 weeks later, she is beginning to use her left hand and arm without pain.|The wonderful breakfast is both buffet and ala carte. The setting is in a light-filled atrium. Service is unbeatable. It was never crowded the 3 times we went for breakfast.|The main boulevard, Marszałkowska, is nearby and many shops and restos are available. I got a haircut along the street. One of the best restos on this trip is just across the street, Prodiz Warszawski. It was so good and convenient that we went twice.

I really enjoyed my stay here in Warsaw. The place has a great vibe, really stylish, cozy, and very clean. The location is perfect, with lots of nice cafés and restaurants nearby. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. It’s not the cheapest option, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Stayed here for a business trip in Warsaw. The location was a walkable distance to Old Town and was very easy to get to our conference hotel and we had an abundance of restaurants, cafe's, and bakeries in the immediate area . The staff was amazing. We will stay here again.

The air conditioning drama is REAL! I have seen the recent negative reviews about air conditioning, it started a few weeks before our trip so I thought it’s impossible that a 5 star hotel will not have it fixed in a matter of days. To be sure we won’t have an issue I even called the hotel in advance to say that I want a room with no air conditioning issues, I also double checked at check in that the room presents no problems. I was assured all is fine. Unfortunately upon arriving in the room I noticed that the unit in the bedroom signals an issue (see photo) and doesn’t work. I notified the reception they said they will send a technician and that it will be fixed. Technician (very nice guy but hopeless too) advised that it’s an external company that needs to come an fix it. Well guess what, nothing happened during our 3 night stay. Nobody followed up, nobody asked how we are doing with a 3 year old sleeping in stuffy bedroom, nobody seems to care. Nothing offered to remedy the situation, not a plate of fruits, not a free breakfast, not a discount for the next stay. Oh, sorry, they did bring a mechanical fan to our room as a solution. On a few other requests to like to clean the room, replenish paper, or bring a pillow from the hotel pillow menu took a few hours or 3 reminders to get them sorted. Disaster!

My name is Roberto Moretti, ||Ambassador Bonvoy member and Platinum Lifestyle with over 900 hotel nights. ||I booked this hotel for 3 nights from November 19th to 22nd, 2025, and I booked their presidential suite. ||For sure One of the worst hotels I've ever seen. The service is terrible, embarrassingly unprofessional. The management is shameful.||||The conditions of the room when I arrived were disgusting, it felt like I was in a run-down 3-star hotel. ||1 - window broken and left open with the bedroom temperature around 14 degrees. ||2 - power outlet detached from the wall, with silicone outside and electricity that came intermittently causing sparks between the wires (absolutely third world). ||3- The technician who fixed the broken things, finishing at 8pm, left pieces of sheet metal on the floor in the room. Everything is documented in the photos. Finally I get the room at 9 pm ||4 - Both smart tv are not working ||||I then asked to change rooms and the response was: ||we don't have another room in this category, this is our best; ||I then asked to speak to a manager and the response was: ||There is no manager, the first one can contact you tomorrow... ||I then specified that I wanted to be met at 2.30 pm in my room.||||To my great surprise, the next day the manager didn't show up for the appointment, he didn't warn me or call me, in short he didn't give a damn.||||At check-in (carried out by a gentleman in training), they didn't even mention that I was a Bonvoy member. This hotel is completely outside of Marriott standards, outside of international 5-star standards, and is a completely run-down establishment. The general manager, Mr. Jacek Suchenek, is completely incapable of managing it or maintaining its standards. ||||I just want as many travelers as possible to stay away from this establishment, which, aside from the fake awards, is run-down, non-luxury, and completely lacking in service.||||I hope that Marriott removes this structure, the incompetents who work there. ||I hope that after opening a complaint about the safety of the electrical socket and reporting it to the Ministry of Tourism and the embassy, they considering the absolute non-compliance with the standards of a 5-star hotel, the ministry will send inspectors to downgrade it to its original level.||||Stay away and don't let your money get stolen here. The only real 5-star hotel in Warsaw is unfortunately the Raffles.

Google
Boutique has turned into the biggest scam. Nothing to do with boutique hotel. Owned by big company and feels like a chain hotel. Our room stank and looked quite old. The bathroom was poorly ventilated. The gym was super basic.

Wife and I spent 3 nights at the H15 as tourists. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were always helpful / great service. We are Platinum ... had to ask a couple of times, but we received free breakfast which was large and a fantastic way to start the day. We got a suite which was spacious large and everything worked and felt high quality. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the central train station. Would stay here again. The gym is small / sparse if that matters to you.

I recently stayed at the H15 Boutique Hotel, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. First, the positives: the property itself is gorgeous, beautifully designed, and located in a very walkable area with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The overall aesthetic is lovely, and the outdoor spaces are well-kept and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, despite these strengths, I won’t be staying here again. As a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I was very disappointed that none of my Marriott perks were honored. While I now understand that this hotel is only affiliated with Marriott rather than fully integrated, I don’t believe that was made clear during booking. Because of this, I wasn’t even able to get a room a couple of hours early. On top of that, the parking was extremely overpriced, especially considering the high cost of breakfast, which I didn’t feel was worth it. The staff also did not seem particularly accommodating for a property that markets itself at this level of luxury. To add to the frustration, the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly, which I later noticed had been mentioned in other reviews as well. I came in with very high hopes, but overall, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. While the hotel is undeniably beautiful, it didn’t deliver the service or value I associate with properties of this standard. In the future, I’ll be choosing a different place to stay in Warsaw.

Yelp
My first trip here I had an issue with my room - the WiFi wasn't working and the thermostat was unresponsive. It had impacted my ability to work from my room and I notified hotel management. Magdalena, guest relations manager & head concierge, met with me in person to address the issue and she was absolutely incredible. Not only did she personally apologize, she went out of her way to get me into a new room and even left a bottle of wine as a gift for the troubles. Magdalena was attentive, extremely kind and professional, and completely turned my stay around. Because of her and how much I really love this hotel, it is now my go-to hotel, and the only place I will stay at in Warsaw - which I now go to almost each month for a week each trip on average. The staff is incredible and makes my stay so enjoyable every time. The hotel is beautiful and I feel at home every time I stay there. I travel extensively for work all over the world and H15 is hands down one of my very favorite places to stay. Thank you Magdalena and all the H15 staff - you are seriously the best!

Yelp
My new favorite hotel!! We stayed in a junior suite, with a "kitchen" and a dining table. There were also a seating area. The room was spacious and modern looking with everything we needed. The staff were great, the hotel bar was really cool, showing five different films at once below the liquor shelf. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. It was a bit pricey and we wanted to explore more of the city. Perfect location. Close to train station, Hala koszyki and Zlote Tarasy. This hotel is actually a really good place to stay for vegans. Nearby there were several vegan restaurants. Burgers, bakery, sushi, eastern food etc.

Yelp
The rooms are exceptionally comfortable clean and tidy and so spacious. The restaurant is exceptional! Staff friendly and helpful. But don't expect a fast service for breakfast because there is no sense of urgency! Apart from that all very polished and professional and super quiet at night despite being in a busy area- just want you want when travelling for business.

Yelp
Stay away from this hotel! Not sure if it's their old flooring but it's so noisy. Sounds like upstairs is doing jumping jacks every 5 minutes. Even turning on the TV won't help. Calling or complaining to the front desk will not help. If you feel like hearing startled noise all the time, then yes by all means come stay at this beautiful apartment.

Yelp
I am a frequent traveler, and H15 Boutique is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I have stayed here twice now and both visits have been exceptional. Located on one of the oldest streets in central Warsaw, this renovated 19th century building is beautifully decorated and the perfect combination of contemporary and classic. The rooms are stylish, clean and spacious with all the amenities. I also love the bright and quirky artwork that is featured throughout the hotel. The hotel's location is fantastic - only a 5 minute walk from Warsaw CBD and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. I have also dined at the Signature restaurant which is located downstairs inside the hotel - it is fabulous and a must try if you are staying at the hotel or even if you are not! The desserts we had there were amazing! I recommend H15 Boutique Hotel to everyone that is lucky enough to visit beautiful Warsaw and I cannot wait to go back!

Yelp
Holy mackerel am I happy that I stayed here. What a find! Gorgeous apartments, wicked amenities, terrific location and great service. I treated my mom to a weekend in Warsaw for her birthday and she didn't want to leave. Will recommend to everyone, and at a price that's not a heck of a lot more than garbage hotels in the area. Well worth it.

Yelp
Beautiful and unique Hotel, staff was so nice and food delicious! My room was very clean and housekeeper was so polite. Prices are reasonable. I will definitely come back here again during my stay in Warsaw. I would recommend it for anyone.

Yelp
H15 is a chic hotel in the heart of Warsaw close to shops cafes. It has great ambiance and outstanding hospitality. The stylish rooms provide all the comforts and amenities you need on a trip, whether it is a weekend getaway or longer vacation. I loved the "handy" , a hotel provided cell phone free to use with unlimited data and international calling. We loved our stay and definitely be back next time visiting Warsaw.

Yelp
H15 was a recent stay for a Polish excursion my family and I took last week, and during our Warsaw stay, we were here. The location of H15 is pretty ideal: minutes away from Old and New Warsaw towns, near the Metro, and on a block loaded with eateries. The hotel itself is very much like a modern, SoHo apartment; swanky, up-to-date, blown up posters, and kept-well. The beds were comfortable, the rooms kept clean, and the service was decent. My only issue was with the service clerks at our check-in. I'm not sure if they were trying to make a buck for H15 or not, but we arrived on New Year's Day around dinner time. We'd asked for any recommendations for a place for dinner. The two young men continually told us nothing was open, "Good luck," and we'd be better off just ordering from the hotel and eating room service. On our way in, we'd passed numerous places that looked open. Lights on, people sitting down inside. However, being new travelers to the country, we were unsure of Poland's New Year's Day business practices. Again, we continued to urge these bell boys that we had seen places that appeared open. They continued to push us away from that idea, and that we were incorrect. They brought it up numerous times and were overly pushy about it, including on the cramped elevator ride up (very tight elevators, by the way). Breakfasts here were delicious, as a nice addition. Everything was fresh, Nespresso for your coffee needs, soft bread and great cheeses. 3/5 isn't for the hotel alone, but for the experience as a whole.
