H15 Luxury Palace (Krakow, Poland) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Krakow is famous for its wealth of ornate historical architecture, and on that score, H15 Luxury Palace certainly doesn’t disappoint. In its current form it dates back to the 1870s, but the aristocratic Lubomirski family laid the foundations centuries earlier. And today, behind this neo-baroque façade, stands a thoroughly contemporary and memorably atmospheric luxury hotel." - Tablet Hotels

Last weekend, we stayed at the H15 Luxury Palace Hotel.||||It was a fantastic experience. First of all, the location in the old city centre is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. The lobby was beautiful, and we were warmly greeted by the reception staff, who offered some drinks upon arrival. It was clear that the staff are very well trained, as everyone smiled and greeted us.||||Our room was lovely, with high ceilings and a well functioning air conditioning system. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept like babies. The bathroom was fine, although the lighting could have been more pleasant as it was very bright and stark white. It was also a pity that there was no rain shower, and the bathtub was quite narrow.||||Unfortunately, the restaurants we initially wanted to visit were fully booked. However, the concierge recommended a great restaurant in Kazimierz and was able to make a reservation for us.||||Breakfast was fantastic. Once again, the staff were welcoming and the service tempo was perfect. The quality of the food was outstanding, with a good variety of options.||||Even when we were leaving, the service remained excellent, and we were offered bottled water to take with us.||||I would definitely recommend this hotel!

What a lovely hotel! The staff were so friendly here and gave excellent service. The lobby is so uniquely decorated and the rooms are extremely clean. This must depend on the room type you take, but ours was very spacious, including the bathroom, and we even had a little balcony to sit on (ground floor). The food at the breakfast restaurant in the morning was very good, and the meal we had at the bistro was delicious. Overall no complaints at all and I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Had a very beautiful stay in Krakow this week. Everyone in the hotel was exceeding hospitable, especially Monica & Joanna at the Front Desk. The attention to detail and personalized service that we received was outstanding and needs to be recognized. If I return to Krakow, I will be returning to this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic - I had some special requests for me and my girlfriend including some flowers and a note and the hotel went above and beyond with it all! Thank you so much for the room!||The breakfast was superb, and I mean first class! The staff are all super friendly and so, so happy to help you.||It’s incredibly clean, and everything is so well looked after. Staff attend to everyone and breakfast is so leisurely and calm and the minute someone leaves their plates are taken and the table set again! Phenomenal.

I cannot fault this hotel. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff give exceptional Customer Service. It is in a great location right in the middle of the old town. We had breakfast included with our booking and it was amazing as was the lady in charge. I believe she is called Joanna.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location, the staff were fantastic from the moment you enter to the moment you leave! We stayed for 4 nights with bed and breakfast, we had a superior room. The room was beautifully decorated throughout with a huge accessible bathroom which had been newly renovated. The room was cleaned thoroughly through out and done daily! Full mini bar is available, water restocked daily and not charged. Everything in the room is controlled by a panel on the wall, the curtains, heat and lighting can also be adjusted from here. The superior room came with a small terrace that is in a pretty court yard. The weather was a little cold so we couldn’t enjoy this. However I bet it’s lovely on a warmer afternoon after a long day sight seeing! The hotel staff were all so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The staff at breakfast were all so attentive, all hot drinks were served at the table! There was a small high standard buffet with all the usual Mediterranean breakfast options along with fresh fruit, delicious freshly baked pastries, cereals. You then also have the option to select freshly cooked options from the al a carte menu. Everything was delicious and again the staff at breakfast were amazing! The hotel it self in one direction you are 5 minute walk from the main old town square and the other direction you are 5mins from the barbican. Wonderful stay highly recommended

An excellent luxury hotel in walking distance of the main square with all it's main attractions. Our room number 104 the Royal Suite arranged by our Grandson Oliver for our joint 80th birthdays was as advertised very spacious with historical furniture and original fresco decoration of the ceiling. The breakfast was a delight offering an array of breads, cereals, salads, fish, meats etc. and of course cooked food. Service was good and staff helpful in explaining the breakfast menu. We dined in the Bistro [The Hours] on two consecutive nights which offered good menu choice. We were served by Veronika a lovely young lady who provided excellent service and helped make our visit a memorable one.

We loved our stay - the whole hotel is newly renovated, very luxe feeling rooms and restaurants on-site. Central location in Old Town but on a quiet, peaceful street. Walking distance to the main historic sights, and train station. The hotel's breakfast was incredible and staff were so attentive throughout our stay. They really went above and beyond with personalized service. A special shoutout to the cocktail bar on-site as well which had a great menu. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
