H15 Palace, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Krakow

Overall, my wife and I had a great experience here. The architecture of the building, the rooms, and the pool/spa area are all beautiful. The service was top-notch, and the location was prime, as you’d also expect. Where this place loses a star, however, is on the cleanliness of the room. When we arrived there was hair on the bed…and on the toilet…and in the bathtub…and in our Nespresso cups. Simply unacceptable for a five star property, though obviously not something that ruins the whole stay. In sum, we’d come back, but would hope for a higher standard from the cleaning team on our return.

We had 3 nights in this exceptional hotel in Krakow Old Town. The Staff/Service the finest I have ever seen! Our room was stunning & an enormous bathroom. Quiet & well equipped. |The concierge Wittoria helped us book some superb trips & restaurants. The spa is beautiful & their restaurant Artesse the best eating experience of our trip. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this exquisite Hotel

A really high class hotel! Everything feels luxurious and the service was excellent. The spa isn't huge but was adequate and very enjoyable. Rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. The bar area is cosy, with a good selection of drinks. The location couldn't be better wwith it being a stones throw away from the main square area with a large choice of restaurants on it's doorstep. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The spa feels like a spa; this is not my universal hotel experience, so I was really happy. I don't spend time in hotel spas, but I was in this one for hours after a long day of sightseeing and tourism. Great saunas, great gym. ||Perfect, amazing service, the great staff couldn't do enough, and the property was wonderful and clean. What else is there to say? Can't wait to go back.

While we booked our stay at the Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town through Hotels.com, we were informed upon check-in that our reservation had been moved to the H15 Luxury Palace, and WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER. This was one of the highlights of our trip. ||From the moment we walked into the OUTSTANDING hotel, we were greeted by a friendly, extremely attentive staff. The desk personnel and porters were the best we have ever experienced. Efficient, friendly, considerate, dressed impeccably, and attentive to every detail. The concierge staff was terrific and took care of our every tourist need. Victoria, I believe that was her name, was one of the concierge staff and personally arranged a visit to Auschwitz/Birkenau after our previously booked trip was unable to be completed, thanks to a horrible local tour company. ||On our last day, one of the amazing porters offered us a tour of the property that was, in fact, a palace in days gone by. He knew every aspect of the property and gave us a detailed view of its centuries-old tapestry, ceiling, and history, which are a fascinating part of this fantastic hotel. His passion, historical perspective, cordiality, and professionalism rivaled that of a world-class museum docent.||It was truly a treat to stay at such high quality hotel with an even more amazing staff.

Such a fantastic facility, staff, and location. Found myself in Krakow on business recently, and paid less for this hotel than I paid for a Courtyard in Birmingham Alabama a couple of weeks earlier. Just insane what a great value this place is. Set just off of the Market Square in Old Town, you can walk to some fantastic food, history, and photo opps. This hotel and this city are just a fantastic value.

We had the pleasure of hosting our parents, family, and friends for our wedding week in early July here at H.15. The customer service was exceptional - we had a few small hiccups, but the manager did everything and more in her power to resolve. We hosted our welcome party for ~80 people at their restaurant (Artesse) and everything went off without a hitch. The communication with the restaurant in planning was very smooth, food and drinks were very tasty, and we were thankful for having access both inside and in the outdoor patio. My husband and I each got ready with our bridal party in the rooms here - the Presidential had enough space for 6 women to get ready in (hair and makeup); the outdoor terrace is a nice touch. My husband got ready in one of the larger suites. Can't wait to stay here for an anniversary. Dziekujemy serdecznie za przepiekny czas!

Very pleasant hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Pool a bit small, when there is more than 4 people it feels crowded. Sauna very good, both steam and classic one. Ideal location close to the centrum.
