Can’t believe it took us so long to finally try this. Almost at the end of the season but we made it ! The staff worked in tune with one another, like clockwork. Great exchanges with each of them. Good communication with clients and attentive listening. We recommend one hour because it goes by fast and keep in mind that only allows you 30 minutes each way. You’re able to visit both up and down the canal. A really fun experience, especially with a beautiful gorgeous day! Thanks staff and team 👏🏼

Pleasant part of the canal to hire water craft. Plenty of space and calm water. Great for kids. Unfortunately, adventures were not possible as the season had not started despite plenty of sun and hot days (May 2024).

Amazing place! Relaxing, quiet. Clean, nice. Lots if choice. A bit expensive but it worth it when you have such a fun in one of the most historic place in Montreal (Marché Atwater). We took an electric boat. Obviously it's doesn't go as fast as expected but good to relaxing while passing the river and see the nice restaurant/bar boat beside the canal. (See the video)

First time going! Visited from Ottawa and it was a great experience. Reasonable price for 60 minutes of kayaking. Only $25! I'll be back again for sure! The staff was really friendly.

Did the old port tour, had a great time! It's 3 hours but it depends on the wind and some of it is waiting in the canal at the gates while the water levels out. All in all fun, kayaks were good quality. You learn a little history about the canal, enjoy some fresh air. Our guide Jessy was awesome!

What a great experience! Very good contact in advance to make the reservation. For our party of 4 (2 parents and 2 kids of 16 and 13y) it was the first time. The dude who was with us made us feel very relaxed and gave us a lot of confidence to go wild on the rapids. This was Just one of the most fun things I ever did in my life and the way the accompanied us was a big part of it! Thanks To H2O. Always very Chill but also very in control of things. They made us push our limits in a very comfortabel way.

Helpful staff, clean equipment and easy to use website. We booked in advance, but you can also rent on the spot. We chose the swan, 1 hour for 30$. Definitely recommend

The kayak they provided smelled like urine. We rented it for one hour, but we couldn't finish because of the unpleasant odor. When we informed the staff, none of them offered a solution. The woman just seemed “surprised”, and the man at the reception simply apologized without providing any further assistance. It was a huge disappointment. We were very excited about exploring the canal by water, but this company did not meet basic expectations, clean boats. I would not recommend it.
