We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday. We didn’t have a reservation but we were able to get seated straight away. The service was prompt and we quickly put in our drink orders (a mango & pineapple margarita for me and a beer for my other half). The margarita was a little sweeter than I was expecting, and didn’t seem like it had much tequila in it, but it was nice enough. We then put in our food orders; I went for the catfish (with spinach as my side as I had seen good reviews of this) and my partner had the chicken fried steak. Food arrived quickly but my dish was extremely disappointing. The catfish had no flavour at all (even after putting lemon, salt and pepper on it) and I would say it is the worst catfish I have ever had. The spinach came with some sort of gravy/cheese sauce and I really didn’t like this either, my partner did eat it though so I think my dislike of this is more personal preference. My partners dish was great though (he said it was the best chicken fried steak he has had) and the fries were awesome (they could have used some of the seasoning on the fries in the catfish dish). If you are just looking for a casual lunch spot, with large portions, then this place would be fine. I probably wouldn’t return though as I think there are better spots in the area. Total bill, including tax and tip, came to c$80 which we thought was reasonable.

The Texas Burger and Bacon Cheeseburger were delicious. Cooked perfectly to order. The atmosphere is old western saloon. Staff were friendly and kind. Enjoyed the peach cobbler and brownie skillet for dessert. It’s a perfect experience

Google
The food here was amazing. The margs were great. Great flavor and strong! The filet was super flavorful and it came with 2 sides so definitely filling. Our waitress Megan was super informative and helpful on the menu. 10/10 would recommend eating here once while on your trip

Google
Pretty nice place, loved the decoration, atmosphere, etc. I really liked the food however was a bit disappointed by the size of the cup of soup, saw old pics I guess and it seemed like bigger and when I got it it was tiny so yeah just be aware of the size. My cocktail was also ok, nothing extraordinary, think I rather have a beer next time 😉 I also had to wait around 10 min , but you can wait at the bar.

Google
Great spot to grab some BBQ and truly indulge yourself in some Texas Hospitality. Steaks & Ribs are great but my absolute favorite are the tortilla chips with both wood roasted salsa & poblanos con queso. The attention of the staff is also great, I once had a meal removed from the bill because the waitress felt it took too long to be prepared. Must-visit when in the stockyards!

Google
This establishment has the absolute BEST bacon wrapped Filet. My Husband and I have been coming here for over ten years, and we have never once ordered any other entree but that Filet. Perfection! Our steaks are always cooked perfectly, and we always have such lovely staff helping us! I’m also impressed with the children’s menu. My two young boys always find something tasty.

Google
H3 seemed like a great place for our first meal in town and it didn't disappoint. Our server was friendly & helpful. I had the St Louis Ribs which were tasty but a little more chew from the bone than I prefer. The wife had the catfish & it was tasty. She also had their apaloma which had a splash of red wine on top, unusually good. A lot of standard beers but did have 2 locals which I had to have, be sure to ask about what's not on the menu. If you're here for multiple meals, be sure to give this place a try.

Google
Gold stars for everything!! Amazing food and service. We had a reservation for 7:30 and we were sat immediately. We started with the salsa and queso and they were absolutely wonderful. The skillet potatoes were fantastic! Both steaks were flavorful and cooked perfectly. The star of this show was the sausage creamed corn. I could have eaten an entire meal of just that. This was first time here as we were visiting from Alabama but will definitely be coming back here when we make a return trip to the area.

Yelp
We walked in to see the old-school tables and chairs, all of the wood and dead animal decor, and saddle bar stools with cowboy hats as far as the eye could see. We immediately decided to ask for a table and snuck in just before the rush. Excellent steaks, reasonable service (they were either really busy or a tad understaffed...friendly but not as attentive as you'd expect based on the price), and all in all, totally Stockyards worthy! The drinks were a bit off; the world's best margarita is reminiscent of Elf's world's best cup of coffee, and the old fashioned had soda water in it. But it was easy to get in on a busy night, and the cowboys who frequent this joint are the real deal. Whether you're a local who wants a steak, or a tourist who wants the package cowboy deal, this place has a great vibe. We'll be back!

Yelp
Ate at H3 with some coworkers recently. The ambiance is cool and has the western vibes you expect from a restaurant in the stock yards. It was fairly busy for a Monday, but the service we received from the staff was on point. Unfortunately my meal wasn't at the level I expected. I got the sirloin and asked for med-rare (which it was) and also opted for the standard baked potato. Other than being cooked properly, that is the end of the highlights. It did not have any seasoning that I could detect, nor would I know that it was cooked over wood if I hadn't seen it on the menu. It had almost no flavor and was also pretty chewy. It seemed more like a choice grade steak from the supermarket. The baked potato, on the other hand, had a big pat of butter (normally not a complaint), but it was extremely salty. I was able to season the steak closer to my liking, but there was no un-salting the potato.

Yelp
Everything form the entrance to the exit was wonderful. As soon as we arrived we were warmly greeted and followed our hostess to our table. Looking around this establishment as we sat and gazed at the menu, you knew the food would be wonderful. We ordered our drinks and continued to gaze at the menu and the decor or the restaurant, the ambiance was truly awesome but none of these things exceeded the service. Given that I am horrible with names, I wish I could remember the name of our server as she shared a little history of the place, the food and the business. We ordered and split the Catfish dinner which was fantastic. Plenty for both of us and even left a little in the plate. Portions were great and flavor...... Spot on. This restaurant will stay in our list for years to come. I highly recommend H3 Ranch.

Yelp
Hadn't been here in a while but went on a Sunday to meet up with some friends for lunch. Started out saddled up (literally) to the bar with their classic Malone margarita (SO good!) then moved to a table to order food. The guacamole was just 'meh'. Not very flavorful and almost whipped in texture. Very mushy. We had the chicken fried steak with fries (ask for extra seasoning!) and could've split one plate between us as our friends did. We both had really been craving CFS and thus hit the spot! The pecan pie with whipped cream was delicious. Service was very good and if you aren't used to Cowboy culture, you're going to LOVE the decor. Be sure to go next door to see the Stockyards Hotel.

Nisha B.

Yelp
Margarita glasses and beer are your typical XL sizes. I got the Grand Margarita - or something it was called. Good, a bit sugary I ordered a steak medium well, tasty. A good amount of food for the cost

Tanya M.

Yelp
Good was great but out a steak house and my 41$ filet Mingon was over cooked by 2. Medium and was welll done. The steak itself was delicious but the waitress never made it back until it was gone. So 171 for dinner. This is my second time here and both times there was a problem. So last time.

Yelp
If you're craving a Texas experience, H3 Ranch at the Stockyards is a "travelin_broke approved" must-visit! Their nightly special prime rib dinner is everything you'd hope for--juicy, tender, and served at just the right temperature. It's a meal that feels like a warm Western hug, packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Nothing pairs better with a hearty meal than their frosty goblets of draft beer. My selection was Buffalo Butt's Amber ale. Step inside, and you'll be transported to the Old West. From rustic wood beams to unique cowboy memorabilia, the decor adds a charming, immersive backdrop to your dining experience. Come hungry, leave happy, and soak in the Stockyards' signature charm!

Erika M.

Yelp
Best margaritas in the stock yards! The corn on the cob is always seasoned to perfection. Service never disappoints. Staff is attentive and friendly. Great family restaurant and can't say enough about the freshness of the food and meat selection. The bar area is so much fun with the saddle stools at the bar. Many great family dinner memories here. A must visit in Fort Worth!

Saori S.

Yelp
As you step into the store, the historical building and furnishings invite you into a space filled with the atmosphere of the American frontier days. The menu, featuring steaks, bread, and side dishes, consists of classic items, but the portions are generous, the quality of the meat is excellent, and everything tasted delicious. You cannot choose the dressing for the side salad. The staff were all friendly and moved efficiently.

Brenda P.

Yelp
Was it worth the 2 hour wait? Heck yes it was! Amazing service and incredibly tasty food. Inside the restaurant felt very warm and welcoming. Lots of seating but time of folks that are waiting to eat here too. Kaylie was our server and she was just the friendliest and attentive server ever. Always with smile on her face. I asked her for a specific cocktail and she made sure to name it for me even though they didn't have the exact ingredients. We ordered the pork chop tomahawk and the chicken fried steak. Both beyond amazing. The flavors were so rich and you could taste the bbq flavors in every bite. This place is a must try if you're visiting the stock yards in Fort Worth.

Brad M.

Yelp
After reading some reviews, I was skeptical. This food is far from overrated! The ribs and prime rib were on-point and you won't be disappointed. The table-made guac was a good starter. Would like to try the smoked sirloin and the ribeye

Glow S.

Yelp
In Fort Worth and saw this place and thought I would have lunch , upon entering saw a sign that read- no burnt ends, no smokes sirloin, ribs or brisket. It left me a little puzzled as this place is mainly bbq but decided to give it a try anyways The service was as good as well as the food, We ordered the Mexicali plate steak was delicious as well as the chili cheese enchiladas! The soup was not the best as it tasted like a can of stewed tomatoes there was no real tortilla soup like taste. The ranch water drink was decent Would like to come back and try all the foods I couldn't order.

Lei W.

Yelp
Food was delicious. Ranch style salad & Half rack with Corn and fries. Yummers! Service was quick & friendly. Ambiance is all country. Taxidermy wild game. Cowboy decor. Leather menu. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Celebrated an in-law's birthday and brought some out-of-towners to the Stockyards, and we slipped in here during lunch on Saturday. Those there was a lot of footfall around us, we seemed to catch it right at the lull before the major rush. The smells around us were delightful, and we sat close enough to the open kitchen to be enthralled by what was cooking in the fire and watching how different orders are plated. Our waiter was kind, informative, and quick to keep our glasses filled. Of our table of 6, we all basically split between two types of food - the brisket, and the country fried steak. We shared burnt ends (PHENOMENAL) and classic chips and salsa before the main courses arrived. The brisket was well seasoned and tender. The country fried steak was HUGE but had nothing but nods of approval around the table. The sides were also good - I tried the corn and a salad. Nothing crazy - but still good. Overall - it was a nice place to grab some good food, have a few laughs, and have a bit of a slow break from the Stockyards chaos. Would try it again!

Yelp
Always awesome! Brought my customer to have dinner here and everyone loved it! Great drinks made at the bar and service is exceptional!

Marica M.

Yelp
My husband and I have been wanting to dine here for years and finally got the chance to when a friend suggested it for dinner while we were visiting the Stockyards. We have heard lots of great things about this restaurant and had high expectations. If you come on the weekends, unless you have reservations, expect there to be a wait. We didn't have reservations but didn't mind the wait since we were still wanting to walk around a bit. The inside of the restaurant was VERY busy, even the bar area that is attached to the restaurant. They have an open kitchen and it was interesting to see/watch the staff work while they prepped the meals. For entrees, I ordered the prime rib and my husband ordered a ribeye. My meal was better than the two. The prime rib was cooked well but not necessarily hot when I got it. My husband said that his ribeye was okay, but not the greatest that he's had. It was cooked more of a medium well than medium rare. I'm willing to give this place another shot and hope that our experience was an isolated event!

Lauren G.

Yelp
The steak was phenomenal. It was very tender and juicy. The western feel really adds to the atmosphere. The brisket sandwich was a miss. There were either really dry pieces or really fatty ones. The cattle drive starts at 4 and you can watch from the window of the restaurant.

KEVIN T.

Yelp
Ms. Jen and I came here for lunch and it was fantastic! We had the handmade guacamole . Nice and Tangy . The burnt ends were goood . The baked beens were sweet and the Cole slaw added a nice little kick to the back of the palette. Chicken fried steak with gravy was nice and flaky. I can't say enough how good the food and ambiance was . Two thumbs up

Kristi W.

Yelp
I was at the Stockyard and searched for a steak place with excellent reviews and this was the top starred on Yelp. There weren't any reservations left for Sat. night, but they accepted walk-ins. We headed here right after the cow run down the street at about 4:15. We ordered the 24 oz Porter House steak. It was cooked to perfection! It was served with a loaded baked potato and a side salad. The fresh baked bread is delicious, but be smart, and don't ruin your meal because you eat too much if it. The margaritas are huge! This is a great place to go right before the rodeo on Sat. night. Our waitress was happy and took great care of us. I would highly recommend this place to you.

Brianna E.

Yelp
This place was meh. I ordered a steak medium, it came out super rare. I'm not one to complain to a server so I just didn't eat it and threw it in the trash lol. The corn and potato was good though. Place is a little dirty, service was ok. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again, but a cool fun fact is that Bonnie and Clyde stayed here.

Lauren H.

Yelp
Service was excellent! Food was pretty good. The portion sizes are super generous. I split the chicken fired steak with my husband and we still couldn't finish it. The only weird thing to me was that there is no option for mashed potatoes with your chicken fried steak. Only mashed sweet potatoes. French fries just didn't work with it for me as I feel mashed potatoes is a staple for cfs. The restaurant has a lot of people in it, but it wasn't too much. No wait time and we were seated right away. I love the feel of this place. It took me back in time like we were eating in a saloon. Super cool! I would definitely return to try out one of their steaks.

Erica S.

Yelp
Recommend coming here if you're at the Fort Worth Stockyards because both the food and drinks are great! Our server was very nice and checked on us frequently. He even let us go outside when the cattle run was happening. Ambiance is good too and place seems very clean. Coconut Armadillo Margarita: 8/10 Wife of Kit Carson Soup: 9/10 Quesadilla Ranchero: 7/10 Rainbow Trout: 8/10 Their Red Salsa: 10/10 (love the spiciness) Strawberry Margarita: 7/10 Overall, I recommend getting a cocktail since they have awesome glasses/portion sizes (refer to the picture). You can even take your drink to go so you can sip while walking around the stockyards. The quesadilla was pretty standard and ribs were a little dry, but the soup, red salsa, and rainbow trout were amazing!

David S.

Yelp
Great food Great waitress Great Bloody Mary Great atmosphere I had The Mexicali The enchiladas are at the top of the fine cuisine for this Tex Mex labeled food I still don't understand the difference Sirloin steak was thick and looked like a filet mignon Now I had a most wonderful Bloody Mary pre meal Then a big sized cold mug of what I refer to as a red draw Cold beer Tomato juice even with some olives how in the world did they know I love olives ? The place was full of a wide variety of people seeking to see Kevin Costner or me As we all know the Stockyards is a magnet of tourists a great place to spend an afternoon When we return we will eat here again! Thanks again for the meal

Joe M.

Yelp
I've been frequenting this restaurant for over 20 years and am extremely disappointed in the food handling along with the service. My wife and I eagerly look forward to dining here during our visit to DFW. Unfortunately, we witnessed the line expeditors drinking in the service area and checking their phones without washing their hands. Who knows where their phones have been (bathroom). Touching the rims of their drinks and placing the drinks in food service areas. I ran a restaurant in Texas and know these are immediate violations for a health inspector. We spoke with management and it appears they are not too concerned with the safety of your food or making adjustments. Needless to say, a 20+ year customer will not be returning. Eat at your own risk.

Yelp
Checking in, the hostess was attentive and gave me a second as I got hit in the face with an amazing smoke smell!!! It might have well been a football cause I'd have missed it and it would have smacked me hard! I got a table near the front door and got to watch the expressions of unexpecting patrons. The menu had minimal sides and focused on the main event...cow! I wanted to order more than one steak but know leftovers are never going to do a good steak justice. I went with the Rib Eye steak... to set the stage, my son and I are steak snobs.... A steak on a cast iron grill at 1.5 minutes each side literally beats any steakhouse... but let me tell you,.... Holy Jesus, I'm a believer! Alleynia, my waitress asked what I wanted and I asked her for her favorite. 15 min later this amazing slab of meat was facing me and darling me to devour it. The most beautiful Rib Eye steak... still hot and on a skillet served (not even important) with creamed spinach . One whiff and it transports you to the pit outside ...and the grill marks tell the story. Still skeptical... I grab the steak fork and knife and it just tears apart like butter. Steaks start with the meat...this cut of meat had to be prime... I think even there was a tribe of Polynesian woman massaging this gentle beast in paradise. I ordered medium rare like any warm blooded American and it was absolutely perfectly cooked. I literally had to take multiple tactical time outs to finish it. The house salad... yes the roughage was good. Simple house salad drenched with dressing. If you don't like a lot of dressing ask for it on the side. The bread!!!!! Better than any steakhouse bread I've had. Crispy crust and so light and fluffy ... unfortunately the butter was not real. It tasted like margarine and left an oily taste ... Alleynia was kind enough to bring me a whole new loaf to go though! Pro tip...ask for real butter. I ordered the top shelf margarita while waiting....it was heavy on the mix unfortunately. Alcohol content was good, but would not order it again. After celebrating defeating the slab of beef in front of me I ordered an old fashioned....the bartender was redeemed!

Shana W.

Yelp
This place has lost its luster. Went for lunch, fries clearly tasted off. Had to think of the taste and came up with it tasted exactly like tortilla chips. Also had a piece of fried catfish mixed in and that's when I realized fries tasted fishy too. They were just not good and they need to change their oil and not fry multiple items in same oil. Food came out too fast. Cheese wasn't melted on the burger. Burger was cold. No seasoning. Just blah. This is our third time with subpar food and cooking and I think we are just done with this place.

Melissa H.

Yelp
Everything you could expect from a place at the stockyards. We love that many meals come on cedar planks for added flavor. I'm a huge salmon lover and you can easily mess up salmon. But not here. One of the juiciest and most flavorful salmons I have had. Try the in house brewed Buffalo Butt if you like a good lager.

Alicia D.

Yelp
We were beyond pleased with our experience on a Sunday night around 8:30pm. We must have arrived just at the right time. We were seated and waited on in a timely fashion, and the food took no time to arrive at our table. My husband had the ribeye and I had the filet, maybe the best streaks both of us have had. Highly recommend.

Darrell F.

Yelp
Server was Miranda, too notch, kind, patient, great recommendations. Food was very tasty only complaint was I wanted my porter medium and it came out medium rare they were busy didn't want to wait so I just ate it. Otherwise great time and food.

Lou L.

Yelp
I really liked this place. My steak was terrific! Never had a steak smoked all day and then tossed on the grill to finish. Smoked Sirloin was good and it came with a baked potato, corn on cob, and a large side salad. Corn was great too. My old fashioned was fine, not special but satisfactory. The frosty Texas Blonde Ale that followed it was better. The wait staff were friendly and flexible, but busy covering big tables, so hard to get their attention. I did not sit at the bar. At least one still was a saddle. I didn't go in that side to investigate. It's a kitschy combo themed steak house, but casual and not cheap but reasonable for a steak house. Worth the experience, no doubt.

Lupe J.

Yelp
The food was over priced and basically a tourist type of establishment. The service was ok and the ambiance was amazing but the food was not good.

Brian Q.

Yelp
Came here after the rodeo since it wasn't packed. Got the rib steak to share and while it was tasty, it was not cooked to order. It was rare and not medium rare but the server was kind enough to bring it back to cook. The skillet potatoes were awesome with crisp skin and bacon. Also picked spinach which was ok and it came with a pepper apparently a Fresno pepper, but it was extremely hot. All in all a decent dining experience; a little disappointed with the steak being too rare but it happens.

Terry B.

Yelp
Not often I get to dine in Ft Worth but a traveling business partner recommended this place. After a long drive it was a great place till stop for dinner. We were quickly seated and at 7PM but the restaurant was busy! Our server Nicky was great the entire meal! She checked in several times to ensure we had everything and that we were satisfied. Somehow we didn't choose an appetizer something we normally do‍. On the upside Nicky brought a delicious bread & butter. The starter salad with Blue Cheese was a cut above the normal with generous chunks of Blue Cheese! The 9oz Tenderloin steak was perfectly cooked - medium rare! The baked potatoes were the perfect choice to complement the meal. Sadly there was no room for dessert - which leads me to believe that there has to be a return trip to try more of the menu and dessert!!!

Henry S.

Yelp
For our last night in Texas, we couldn't have picked a better spot! The ribs were saucy and savory, with just the right amount of smoky goodness. The sirloin? Cooked to absolute perfection...juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. And don't even get me started on the baked potato. It was piled high with sour cream, cheese, and chives, turning a simple side into a showstopper. Every bite of our meal was a treat, making this place the perfect send-off to our Texas adventure. Generous portions and unforgettable flavor.. this spot is a must!

Belly G.

Yelp
Visited H3 Ranch while I was visiting Arlington to see a concert at the AT&T stadium a while back and my friends wanted to visit the Stockyard. The group chose to come here for lunch because apparently some people had heard praises about the restaurant. And I guess the hype was real since there was a wait to get seated. All in all, for our group of 8 we waited around 45 minutes. I personally thought that the steaks that were being served here were pretty good and they were correctly done. However, looking strictly from the price point, I thought there were better steakhouses for the price. Not necessarily in the Stockyard, but just in general. And while I was perusing through the menu, I also noted that they would charge $10 for split entrée. Something that I don't remember ever seeing at prime steak restaurants and I've been to a lot of them. This just didn't leave a good taste in my mouth since I would have liked to 'taste' other entrees that were ordered as well but I wasn't sure if they were going to charge that dang split entrée fee. Service was just okay. I had requested for a knife that for whatever reason didn't come with my steak; and although our server had acknowledged it, she never came back with that knife. I actually had to get up and went to the server station toward the back of the restaurant and asked for it from another server who was around there at the time. If I ever visited the Stockyard again, I probably wouldn't choose to return here. Unless I'm with a group of people and they all want to come here.

P. Steve C.

Yelp
Very nice place and atmosphere for the area. Service was excellent. We ordered the ribs and were disappointed.

Michelle H.

Yelp
We are visiting from California and came in to H3 ranch, we had Josh as a waiter and did awesome and provided quick service with a big smile. H hi highly recommend their corn cob and burnt ends.

Sherri M.

Yelp
May have been the best steak I have ever had. And I love steak. I could have eaten with a spoon it was so tender. The bark and flavor was all there too.

Yuby A.

Yelp
Took the in-laws for a nice steak dinner on a weekday and the place was not crowded so the service was very good. I was in the mood for bbq chicken so I got the ribs and chicken meal. The ribs were too dry for my liking but the chicken was flavorful and moist. The steaks were cooked to order and the sides did not disappoint.

Chloe T.

Yelp
On our last night in Fort Worth we had planned to grab one last BBQ meal, but the H3 Ranch menu caught our eye. So, we decided to try it out! For an appetizer, we ordered the smoked salsa. It was delicious and my mom said it's the best she's ever had. She went on and on about it for days. So yummy. In addition to an ordered appetizer, tasty bread is provided for each table. When it came time to order entrees, I wasn't super hungry so decided on the Southwest Salad I had saw on the menu outside the restaurant. Of course, salads are not offered there at dinner and I was saddened to learn this. I think it is a shame that the only salad you can purchase at dinner is a small cup of garden salad. What about the vegetarians? While I was saddened by this, it worked to my advantage and turned into one of the best meals I've ever had. We both ordered the half chicken breast and let me tell you - it was so juicy and tasty. My sides were rice and spinach. I've never had spinach so delicious before. My mother's sides were the home/house potatoes and corn on the cob. She loved her sides as well. H3 is connected to the Stockyard hotel and while we usually steer clear of hotel restaurants, this one is a MUST!

Patty L.

Yelp
I used to live& bragg about this restaurant My husband & I haven been here for quite a while, we decided to go and eat here, my husband order the ribeye steak& I ordered 12oz prime sirloin He ordered medium rare which it was not, but well done, very thin steak Well over priced, mine was Avery small portion, they didn't had draft beer because the weather was too hot water claimed that, water was hot & had to asked for some ice. Bathrooms were old& dirty You think a $$$ restaurant like H3 would have clean bathrooms I'm sure their hotel is still old not remodel rooms, waiter never asked how was our steaks, at the end we decided not to come back again , we'll try some other restaurants in the area This restaurant caters to the tourists that dont know the difference between great steaks with whatever

Michael F.

Yelp
I'm very disappointed. The skilled for my steak and potatoes were cold. My filet mignon was dry and over cooked. I needed some A1 steak sauce to choke it down. I actually would not have sent anything back mainly because I simply don't send anything back. But I was disappointed with the bar staffs attitude the comped me my beer not that I cared.

Laura H.

Yelp
A visit to the Stockyards is not complete without a meal at H3 Ranch! We were exploring the stockyards on a rainy and cold winter day and popped in for lunch. The dining room and saloon are quintessential cowtown and a cozy spot to land to escape the rough weather that day. We started with the burnt ends short order. They were tender and tasty. I also had to have the tortilla soup because nothing is better on a rainy day! It was served in the cutest little pot and was just the right amount of spicy and delicious. I decided on the tomahawk pork chop as my main course. It was seasoned and cooked perfectly and served with cranberry chutney and spicy sweet potato mash. Absolutely mouth watering magnificence! My husband ordered the half rack of pork ribs with fries and roasted corn. All were equally delicious!

Myriha C.

Yelp
Amazing to say the least! If you're in Fort Worth make this a must try. Food was so delicious and the table side guacamole incredible! Service was awesome and the ambiance gave me that good country feel! I will definitely be going back!!!

Myriam G.

Yelp
I'm staying in Grapevine and made the drive to the Stockyards to try H3 Ranch--not once, but twice! The food was so good on my first visit that I had to return and bring friends along to experience it. Everything from the atmosphere to the flavors was exceptional. If you're in the area, I highly recommend making the trip--you won't regret it!

Erica N.

Yelp
Loved this place! I had the prim rib, smoked corn and baked potato! Came with amazing homemade bread and salad! I couldn't decide what to drink so I asked the waitress bring me her favorite, and she didn't disappoint! A tart spicy margarita! Thr atmosphere was fun too!

Sarah J.

Yelp
My mother, sister & I came to Fort Worth for the Mizzou bowl game. What a wonderful time we had!! This place makes you feel like you're stepping back in a cattle ranch. The guacamole was so good, the drinks were large and fun and the steaks & ribs were just perfect for the occasion. Also, dork forget to saddle up in the bar seats!

Yelp
Loved this place! We wanted a steak dinner for a bachelorette group & everyone loved their steaks. I loved that the baked potato was dressed table side and you could ask for as much or as little as you wanted. The steak was perfectly cooked! I had the spicy marg and it was great AND huge! Priced fairly for the stockyards, loved the inside decor as well. Some bar seats are saddles which were fun!

Yelp
A visit with out of town guests was an expensive disappointment! The six of us ordered different items and had entirely different experiences. Our reservations were for 6:00 PM We were warmly greeted and seated immediately. The ambiance is nice - and very appropriate for the Stockyards environment and enjoyed by all. Our waitress arrived promptly and suggested queso or salsa & chips, of which we ordered all three. All of which were great. Our waitress took our order promptly and answer a number of questions on the menu with knowledge and grace. I asked for a simplified version of their standard salad which exceeded my simple expectations. Their vinaigrette dressing is simply outstanding ! Then the wheels fell off. The chicken that my wife ordered was OK, however her French fries were cold. (Not cool - but COLD ). Of course this was not identified until our waitress left- therefore, we had to flag her down. She graciously asked if she could bring my wife some new fries or possibly a baked potato. My wife chose the potato. I ordered the small Prime Rib medium well ( slightly pink ) - as I always order. The slice of meat was larger than expected, but was decidedly red and VERY rare and room temperature. ( not warm ). I was very hungry and in spite of the conditions - was eagerly looking forward to devouring my serving ( I have often ordered steak tartare- so no real problem there ), however upon cutting into my meat, it became clear that my cut had more (70%) of an inedible knot and large vein of gristle than edible meat (30%). Of the 30%. I ended up with a large pile of scrap and a few bites of meat. All was thought to not be lost as the flavorful cap was part of the 30% of the entire cut that I was able to salvage. Unfortunately the cap and the remaining of the meat was about as bland as cardboard. When I shared the vast amount of meat that I could not cut through ( much less eat ) she barely broke stride and said "that happens sometime with a Ribeye !". I had a split second to decide to not remind her that I ordered Prime Rib - not a Ribeye. Therefore the best part of my expensive meal was the simple salad with the great vinaigrette dressing.
