H4 Hotel Solothurn

My overall experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The location couldn’t be more perfect - right in the heart of everything, with easy access to the best the city has to offer. The sky bar was a true highlight - stylish, vibrant, and with an atmosphere that made every evening special. And the view? Simply breathtaking. Whether day or night, it offered a stunning backdrop that made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

What a perfect location, and the staff went above and beyond. Our luggage was lost and helped with the process. Made us feel right at home. Our view was spectacular from our room as well. Solothurn was absolutely magical

Booked there at I could benefit from a discounted price. Came by train, so easy to reach the hotel, that lies 5 minutes away by foot from the station. I was allocated a room on a high floor. Excepted for the fact windows cannot be opened, it was a nice room with a good bed and all necessary amenities, including an espresso machine. Cherry on the cake? The very nice bar to the top floor. |Bottom line: certainly the hotel I'll choose next time I'll be in town.

The rooms and sauna are stunning! However, the spa experience was disappointing - there was no sense of urgency from the staff, and the massages were basic yet expensive. I felt like I wasted both time and money. To make matters worse, I was even told not to speak about the massage situation.

Wonderful hotel with an amazing staff. Location is a short walk from a historic cathedral and quaint shops and dining!

This hotel is fine place to eat with solid room standard, me did not try wellness, but overall quality is fine, very appreciate kind and professional restaurant staff, namely Solomon and his colleagues, made it a better day, thank You.

The beds are too soft for my taste.In front of the hotel there are two large trees full of crows that made a mess of my car. The staff is very friendly and everything else is top notch.

Stayed at the H4 Hotel (Formerly Ramada) for 39 nights from Mid October to Mid December over three different visits while in town on business. Hotel seems to be new or newly renovated, as all areas were well kept and clean. I had a business class room with a King (or Queen) size bed, a small fridge and a decent sized bathroom with tub/shower. Rooms are cleaned daily and bottled still/sparkling water is complimentary. Room had a 32" HDTV which I didn't watch much because I don't know German, but there were a few English channels. Wifi is OK - if not a bit annoying as you are given a unique login/pin that lasts 7 days. On trips where I was here almost 3 weeks I would have to get new logins from the front desk. Beyond this small issue the rest of my stays were pleasent. Hotel restaurant is pretty good as is the morning breakfast buffett. The breakfast buffet did not change at while during my nearly 40 days at the hotel but a full array of bacon, sausage, hash browns, fresh croissants, meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs, etc - was available daily and included in my room rate. Normally I believe this is a $25 breakfast. Lastly rates seemed OK for Switzerland as I was booked at 225 CHF/night. Would definitely stay again and also at other H4 hotels in Europe if I have the chance.
