Internet signal was more reliable in this room(didn't disconnect mostly), the breakfast was still decent and the location is good.An issue is that the heating is blasting out a silly hot temperatures making it hard to sleep - it is more comfortable to open the window even though it is -25c outsideThe listing states there is a fridge in the room - there isn't - staff did kindly provide one when asking. The place is cleanIt is overpriced(like the whole city for hotels) but it is fine for a short stay

Very convenient location close to Sukhbatar square, easy for taking bus to and from airport. Good room size for two people and generous amenities for the price. A number of restaurants downstairs including CU convenient store. Breakfast is fine, I like the rice milk which is quite unique for me. If there is a coin laundry machine it will be perfect.

Excellent location with helpful enough staff.The internet was fast but annoying the connection would momentarily drop out. The breakfast is okay but they have reduced the times to 8-10am instead of 5am-10am(16th December onwards). This makes the place less value for money.I was giving a early check in(10am) but had to pay 30 USD which was ripoff which was more than 50 percent of the whole booking - I only paid because I needed to sleepThe hotel doesn't respond to emails.Hotel staff did replace the broken fridge in the room. I found the place ok but is overpriced for what you get.

The location of the hotel is great as it is the city center.This time, I stayed in double room. It is much bigger than a single room. The bed is bigger too. The room is clear and the staff cleaned it again when I left to eat my lunch. The put two buttles of water, tea bags, and sugar. There is a kettle, so it is good to have a hot tea. The breakfast is good. There are variety of different breads, sausages, vegetables, eggs, and hot drinks. It is enough to feel full.

Pros: good, location in the city center, close to bus stops, tourist attractions, shops cafés and restaurant. Good breakfast and friendly staff who speak good English.Cons: stains on the walls. The cleaners didn't clean my room every day.

+ Good rooms, nice bathroom and a center location. - If u lost a roomkey it cost 4 dollars (never seen this before especially when the food is cheeper then the room key. - Hotel does not respond on Emails If u need a tranfer (good prices) book by UBshuttle mongolia

Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Easy to get to from airport. Just take the 19 bus to Government house the hotel is only one block away. Good breakfast Highly recommend going to Mongolian show by the Ferris wheel and Max mall.

Stay for the second time after the 8-day trip in central Mongolia. The room we got this time was smaller and I felt the bed sheet and blanket were dirty with dust and hairs!We were also a bit disappointed since we stayed in a room with bathtub the first time before our trip in the dessert. After 8-day with only 2 showers we were expecting to pamper ourselves in the bathtub but the room didn’t have one this time 🥲Still the hotel is good value for money considering its location and all amenities it provides. I’d recommend anyone for a short stay in UB.
