Stayed here several times with my husband while he was working in the area. |It’s a great location in the town and rooms are spacious and nicely laid out. Lovely touches and snack tables in hallway on each level. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. |We had the breakfast tray delivered which was very good. Love staying here and would happily stay here every time we visit. Highly recommend

Lovely apartment, good size and well positioned, however the two most important attributes are bed & bathroom.||The bed was comfortable, but the room was hot and the fan was far too noisy to use throughout the night and be able to sleep.||Bathroom looked the part, but the shower was well below the standard required to claim 4 star with little water pressure and a blocked shower head. Took 10 mins to set the temperature as it was hard to adjust which is probably also down to the pressure of hot water.

Smelly and noisy apartment: Our very spacious and well accommodated room smelled horrendously upon our arrival. Must have been a nasty problem with the toilet of the very old house. Opening the windows at night made things better. However the room was located right above the busiest "restaurant street" of Haarlem with lots of restaurants and bars. In the bar right below our room they had a party or similar until 4 a.m. (on a Thursday night in June)|Sleeping was impossible until the early morning||Otherwise the trip was great. Haarlem is such a beautiful city! We hope to come back soon, but will certainly choose a different accommodation

Beautifully designed, clean and spacious room, very friendly staff and great service. Great location in the center of city with a lot of nice restaurants and local shops. Reception team is happy to help with everything - including bringing your heavy luggage on stairs if needed.

Really liked our suite which is licaled in central Haarlem, amounst nice restaurants and bars.|There was a separate sitting room and nedroon as well as another room with a bath, adjoing the wc/shower room.|Comfortable bed and no noice from outside.|Steep steps on the stairways up to the room, but that did not bother us.|Staff at checkin were very friendly.|Altogether a really nice place to stay and we'd happily return three.

Found a property after building works not cleaned. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes, a wellcom wine bottle half empty looks like some one made a joke. In addition shower drain was blocked and no pressure in it. Did had any issues in the past. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but they should check suites before letting to someone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Haarlem Hotel Suites. We stayed there for 6 nights and could have happily stayed longer. ||The service was impeccable and we went to commend Juliette, Cilke and Valerie for the help they so willingly gave us. Every request was immediately attended to, our bags were taken to the apartment for us and they always greeted us warmly. ||The apartment was very spacious, very comfortable and very well equipped. ||The location was perfect for walking around the city and we could easily access and shops we needed. ||We would definitely return on any future trip to Haarlem.
