"Haas Collective One of the best coffee shops in the city, the Haas “Collective” ( haas means "rabbit" in Afrikaans) has grown organically over the years to include not only coffee, but also design, art, and advertising. Formerly located in an old slave home in the Bo Kaap, Haas now takes up a refurbished colonial building in the city, where you can also have light meals at the plush yet relaxed venue. Selected artworks for sale include must-have gilded African bowls by Michou."

Lovely place! Great vibe, and had such a good lunch here! I love the plants and art decor and their hand sanitizer smelled amazing! The brie and fig croissant was amazing, as well as the Eggs Benedict. Thank you for a lovely lunch!

Good coffee, great atmosphere & yummy food. Look out for their lunch special, it’s really well priced and always delicious. Another favorite and guilty pleasure are their shortbread bunnies dipped in chocolate.. if you there in the morning try their homemade croissant. last but not least probably one of the best omelets in town. It’s my staple anytime fix when I am there.

Found this little gem on a visit from Joburg. Great spot to get some work done. Popular but not overly busy. Amazing food. Warm friendly staff. Very well priced. Ambiance and decor take your on a trip around the world.

Whenever I go to court I like to be early, and to find a calm, unique, but fun local place to hang out in before, and during lunch. Haas has an amazing "vibe," very friendly staff, and a very cool atmosphere! Please support them!
