Hab Urban Hostel

The reception lady was incredibly nice, but the man who answers the "customer service" line is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I left the key inside my room and when I called him to open the room he insulted me, screamed at me (to the point where other neighbors could hear), and made me pay him extra or he wouldn't open my room with all my possessions inside (even though this charge was never defined anywhere within the reservation details). Then, after charging me, I asked him to write in the receipt why he was charging me and sign it, and he refused to sign it. He said I should be smarter, insulted me for being "distracted", and threatened to not open my room. He made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone coming to beautiful Segovia, especially not to women. Avoid at all cost.

The hotel is located near the aqueduct and although it is in one of the main streets, our room was quiet (at the back and with balcony). The room is modern and has a comfortable bed and air conditioning. (Instant) coffee and tea are available in the hallway. Friendly and helpful staff on arrival informing us on parking, dining and access. WiFi was slow. Shower head needs better cleaning (mouldy).

Located right in the heart of Segovia only a couple of mins walk from the aqueducto, this room served us well. We were on the first floor in a very contemporary, clean and comfortable room. On arrival, the hosts were very helpful and friendly, and spoke a little English.|If you just want a room for a base whilst you are here then we'd definitely recommend. If you're wanting something with more facilities then this isn't the place really.|Note there is no lift and so bags do need to be carried up stairs.|Really good value and very happy with our stay here.

We booked a family room for 2 adults and three children. Hab Urban Hostal was easy to find being very close to the Aqueduct, bus stop and main street for restaurants etc. The staff were very welcoming, presenting us with a map of the city and giving good advice on routes and sightseeing etc. Our room was us a Duplex with three beds and 2 showers so we all slept comfortably. The room was spotless and well appointed with modern furnishings. There was no lift, however, this was not a problem as the staff were happy to take our luggage to the room. Although the hostal does not serve breakfast there was an abundance of nearby options so this was not an issue. The staff were truly helpful at all times and the hostal was fantastic value for a family of 5. I would definitely return the next time we visit Segovia.

great location, close to the aqueduct and some awesome restaurants. the room was clean and just what i expected. private, cozy. definitely enjoyed my stay.

Right next to the aqueduct, close to all attractions and restaurants. Parking validated in office for 22€/22 hours. Highly recommended!

Fantastic facilities with a huge room for our family of 5 much better than a hotel. Location is incredible on the Main Street next to the aqueduct |Also short walk to the cathedral and the castle|Clean and friendly couldn’t ask for more |Will be back for sure and stay here again |
