Visited on a local’s recommendation to try the sweet dish Kunafa, and it was amazing. Fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The prices were very reasonable, and the service was extremely fast. They also have a decent seating area where you can sit comfortably and enjoy the sweets. Highly recommended if you want to try one of Jordan’s most popular desserts.

As someone from both Lebanon and Palestine, I've always been a proud connoisseur of kunafa and I stand by the fact that our versions are the best as i tried the one in turkey and wasn't impressed either! Still, for years, Habiba Sweets in Amman has been on my must-try list. When I found myself in the bustling Wast El Balad (downtown), I knew it was finally time. Luckily, the queue wasn't too long, and I was immediately struck by the incredibly affordable prices. For a place that's a genuine tourist hot spot, the value is amazing. The staff were super friendly, adding to the warm, inviting atmosphere. I ordered the smooth kunafah (naa'mi), and while I was excited to finally taste it, I have to admit I was a little disappointed. The cheese was tasty, but the top layer was a bit too thick for my liking, and it didn't quite live up to my expectations. Still, the overall experience was great. Sitting by the shop and soaking in the lively vibe was a treat in itself. Next time, I'll definitely try the other kind or maybe even both!

Amman's most famous dessert shop, always with a queue at its door from 10 am to 1 am. Their qunafah has less syrup than Turkish qunafeh, and the cheese is saltier. You pay at the counter, give the receipt to the shop employee, and pick up your order. You can also sit on the sidewalk next to the shop and enjoy your qunafah.

Stayed in the Middle East for quite some time now and yes this is the best kunafa I’ve ever eaten. The cheese is exceptional, the sweetness is perfect. It literally comes up when you type best kunafa in Jordan. The owner is also super sweet, thanks for giving me stickers.

As a tourist I could smell the kunafa as I was walking so I stopped to try this place. I ordered a big slice. It was warm and delicious. Not too sweet, just right! I will definitely come back.

Although it is one of the most famous kunafa places, special experience as you have to queue to be able to order then you will eat in the street. The experience is ok but the taste was not that great.
