Very good Arab sweets. The best sweet is the smooth Kunafa with cheese. The prices are very good. They serve water bottle for a free per dish request.

-First impression is like 10 big signs outside that no smoking allowed (i hate smoking so i liked this move but too much signs gives aggressive vibes) -Second impression, at the cashier 2 papers with the top selling items, means don't interact much with the cashier and read, i thought ok fine, but a bit weird. - i took my kunafa and had a seat i saw like 5 signs at the chiller that only 1 water bottle is allowed. Is this a dessert shop or school with a high temper teacher? Very strange honestly, for the kunafa its nice but i had better in riyadh, portion is generous. Parking is an issue

This was a buzzing place with outstanding kunafeh. The portions are good for sharing with a few. Send out your partner to hunt down a table. It’s busy! Worth the wait though. They got much more sweet things to choose from!

Excellent kunafa and oriental sweets—on par with the quality of their main branch in Amman. The kunafa is perfectly balanced in sweetness, with a crispy texture and rich filling. The rest of the sweets are just as authentic and freshly made, offering a true taste of traditional flavors. Highly recommended for those who appreciate top-tier Arabic desserts that stay consistent across branches.

Amazing amazing amazing!! Brilliant Turkish -arab sweets. The taste is unbelievable. Also despite the fact not speaking Arabic they treated me excellent! A must visit for everyone, highly recommended!

Habibah Sweets Jordanian brand, the only branch in Riyadh. They serve a variety of Arabic desserts and some of the best cheese Kunafa in Riyadh. This branch has a small dine-in area and outdoor seating arrangement suitable for during winter or cool evenings. Wish I could remember the names of some of the desserts we brought home to try. They were all exceptionally tasty and not excessively sweet. They provide additional sugar syrup for adjusting to individuals preference. Check out the photos for drool worthy desserts Highly recommend 👌

My first visit of this place but definitely not last. It’s always crowded so I was curious and decided to see with my friend what they offer. And yes, we didn’t regret! The best kunefe in the town as they say. Variety types of sweets for your taste and choice. My friend did like her lotus cake, but for me chocolate one was better. But the best of the best for sure is kunefe🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤. Thank you for amazing taste and experience.
