If you're into Japanese anime, toys, cards, games, figurines, buttons, gachapon and collectables, etc., these 11 stories with numbers shops per floor is a must experience. Beware it can get extremely crowded especially after work hours. Crazy how much merchandise is in this place.

Cash only.
Today, I bought a figure for 12,000 yen, but later found out that another shop was selling the same item for 2,600 yen.
I asked for a refund with the receipt while the item was still unopened, but the staff refused and pointed to a “no refunds” notice written on the table. There was no explanation of this policy at the time of purchase.
They claim that this is legal in Japan. If so, I recommend that foreign visitors (and Japanese customers as well) buy from other shops, not this one.

If you’re a anime and manga fanatic, this place is fun.
- I am not an anime or manga fan so I did not enjoy as much as other people would
- the figurines and merchandise it’s very high-quality

Do not even bother buying from this place. Staff are rude, toy selections are limited and most are even old and broken. Don’t waste your money, stores around them are better.

I finally found a shop that was selling old Doremi gacha. When I asked if they had the other characters, they told me they were “sold out.” However, when I went to pay (cash only), a bag appeared with all the missing characters inside. When I asked if I could buy them, the bag was quickly hidden away, and from the little Japanese I understand, I realized they told the colleague not to sell them to me because I was a foreigner.
Really rude and unfair behavior.

There’s a lot to see in this building, especially for anime, toys, and figures. It has several floors, each offering a wide variety of products. The shops here also sell opened capsule toys from gachapon machines. And the prices of the opened capsule toys can be slightly more expensive than the ones you can get directly from the gachapon machines. I spent 2-3 hours here.
