Excellent experience always. I have been 2 times there. Ola welcoming ceremony was very nice the staff is very supportive and helpful. 100% recommended to be there. The pool is Super nice. Thank you Ola. Will visit soon. The sky is very beautiful between rocks

I believe it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The hotel is simply special. The room is a luxurious cabin surrounded by huge rocks and artistic installations.||From check in to check out, everything is incredible. The pool is located at the top with a panoramic view of the resort. Everything is done by bicycle or electric car. There are several tours around the hotel. Incredible

My daughter and I stayed at Our Habitas AlUla for 3 nights and 4 days on our vacation in Saudi Arabia. From check-in to check-out everything was smooth and swift. The location of the property is absolutely stunning, the villas are lovely, the food at the restaurant was great. We also liked their spa and swimming pool. Our wonderful stay at Habitas was enhanced by the welcoming hospitality.

Lack of leadership and responsibility. Fake 5 stars hotel. All about Instagram. Problems with property maintenance. Most employees are eager to help but without a professional management team this hotel is far away from a Luxury 5 stars hotel. After spending $2000/nightly rate, trying to have a peaceful afternoon at the pool I just realized that more than 50 outside tourists arrived at the pool for lunch plus pictures paying $65 dollars credit for 2 hours tour experience. Hotel guests feel cheated! After contacting the GM. No reply! For sure he’s not concerned about hotel quality and guest feedback. Shame on you Mr. GM! Just received a survey from Guest Experience which looks made by Artificial Intelligence. No proper reply! Local problems with transportation have been resolved by front desk manager who apologized for any inconvenience. Positive remarks are the unique location and local staff. Saudi people are very friendly, and Alula is a place with rich History. Hopefully will be back to Saudi Arabia but never more to Habitas Alula.

I am compelled to express my disappointment and frustration with the subpar service provided by the operations staff at this esteemed resort. Despite the luxurious amenities and breathtaking surroundings, the hospitality fell woefully short of expectations. The staff's lack of cohesion and inconsistent information sharing created confusion and frustration during our stay. Moreover, some staff members displayed unacceptable behavior, including raising their voices and exhibiting poor attitudes, which made us feel uneasy and unwelcome. It is imperative that the resort invests in training and recruiting qualified staff to provide exceptional service. Without a doubt, the beautiful landscape and atmosphere are not enough to compensate for the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway, as the poor service can quickly detract from the overall experience.

I really loved their property; I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, but their services disappointed us. During peak times, you should manage your buggies accordingly. Excellent property—for that reason, I'm giving 5 stars. You should offer everyone the entire habitat view so they can make reels and post them on social media for word-of-mouth publicity. However, I saw your staff were not interested in this, and your buggy driver dropped us off and didn't return to pick us up as promised. But anyhow, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. If I can overlook that point, everyone should visit and enjoy this kind of experience. I hope that after this review, they will start improving their services a little more.

During my check out I met the staff who came to drop my luggage. His name was Mohammedu Sameem. Friendly and helpful nature. Had a chat with him and gave me a lot of information about the destination. Keep up the good work. The food at Tama restaurant was amazing and the views are stunning.Thank you

The resort has very great views. The rock mountains surrounding are truly unique and beautiful. I love the swimming pool, it is different as it has a amazing scenery around. Actually, I did not stay here but I stayed in Caravan and we had the same access to this main resort. The staff are very nice and helpful.
