The hotel is in a great location - a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Everything is tastefully decorated. Rafaelle checked us in. He was so welcoming and had great suggestions for us. The rooms were spacious and had everything you could need, including slippers. The breakfast was wonderful - a little bit of everything. This was a short drive from the airport and the hotel has it's own secure parking which was a bonus since we had a rental car.

I never usually leave reviews, but felt I had to convey my gratitude - as my stay at Habitat was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a brilliant location near Teatro Massimo, with the rooms spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated! The breakfast spread was wonderful, with the dining staff being so kind. But what truly made my experience stand out was the hospitality of the staff. Valentina and Nadia went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. From providing me with a better room to the one I had booked, giving me the flexibility to check out late and being particularly accommodating and helpful when I missed my connecting train to Rome - the attention to detail and consideration was remarkable and made me feel super special! It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Habitat, and I look forward to returning! Thank you to all of the staff for such a memorable stay.

Beautifully designed hotel with a very classy feel. The restaurant was excellent too. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. It was great to have a manned reception. The airport bus is very nearby, and the hotel is in a quiet but central location. You can walk to the sights of Catania.

This is a quiet hotel right in the city centre, with all main sites in comfortable walking distance. This included the station so we could easily travel to Siracusa and Taormina. The staff were friendly, helpful, welcoming and good fun to chat with. The room and facilities are lovely. They have floated modern facilities within a very traditional house and courtyard, which is a lovely combination. The restaurant team are very welcoming and dinner is a gastronomic delight, an upmarket twist on traditional Sicilian cuisine.

Wonderful stay at Habitat Boutique Hotel! Very modern vibe, with beautifully curated appointments and comfortable necessities. The breakfast was phenomenal, and is included. There is a lovely garden in which to take your coffee or read a book away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also ate in the Cucina Materia and it was astounding. Their location is perfect for both storing a car in their garage for another part of your trip and walking into Piazza Bellini and beyond to the important points of the city. Will definitely return!

My husband and I spent seven days here during our recent trip to Sicily. The hotel itself is beautifully styled, combining old and new. It’s location is perfect, centrally located and concealed behind a discreet wooden door. Fluffy towels and eco-friendly local bathroom products in our room and a delicious selection of home made produce for breakfast as well as a continental choice. Above all the welcome and hospitality extended to us by Rafael, Valentina and Nadia was exemplary. Thank you all very much for making our stay so memorable. We are great foodies and we ate dinner twice in the on-site restaurant. Simply delicious.Bianca's food is Masterful and creative. We would 100% recommend this hidden gem of a hotel and its restaurant.

I stayed here overnight and while the staff were super helpful the room was disappointing. |The mattress was in need of replacement as I slept in a large hole the entire night. The room balcony overlooked the alley, and there was no access other than uneven stairs to my room. |For the price point extremely disappointed. Yes it’s close to the hub of the center but one would expect a bed that is comfortable given that most travelers are jet lagged and just want a good nights sleep.

The place was lovely , great location ,however the receptionist who checked us in was not at all welcoming , was very abrupt and spoke so very fast we had a hard time understanding her ! It was very disappointing ! Who you have checking you in is a vital part of feeling good and being humble & welcoming , makes a world of a difference , no matter how beautiful the facilities were ! The ladies who served us for breakfast were delight !! Very attentive & so kind and warm . The gentlemen who was also checking in people we got to know was very nice and informative and approachable ! We checked in on Monday 4/21/25 in the afternoon.

Yelp
This is a cute boutique hotel near Piazza Vincenzo Bellini. It is close by many shops and restaurants, and a very convenient and short walk to Basilica Cattedrale di Sant'Agata, Teatro Massimo, the fish market and lots of great shops. The rooms here are clean, and despite it being centrally located in such a busy city, very quiet. AC is available. There is a restaurant on site as well, and a delicious breakfast available every morning. The staff here is very polite and professional, with extra services available for airport pickups and drop off if requested which can be arranged for you for an added but reasonable fee. This is a great hotel with a convenient location here in Catania.

Yelp
The breakfast at the Habitat was excellent. The variety of home baked goods, fresh squeezed juices, fresh fruits, breakfast meats, and eggs, homemade jams and cereal bar were all amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Kudos to Janne!
