Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Customer service in this hotel is exceptionally good. Our every request was fulfilled immediately. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Food was amazing and very tasty. Huge hotel area with private beach. There is actually a beach without supervision next to the hotel beach which we enjoyed more for swimming. Pools are heated and warm. Yes, there is an ongoing construction next to the hotel, but there are constructions everywhere in Dubai, always. We upgraded our room on spot and got a beautiful panorama view room with no noise. The upgrade was not expensive at all. Greetings to hotel staff, we will definitely visit again!

This was our first visit to Al Habtoor Grand Resort, and we’ve really enjoyed our stay. We booked five nights on a half-board package with Club Lounge access, which worked perfectly for us.||We spent most of our time around the beach and pool areas and were looked after brilliantly by Beshoy and his team – they were excellent and really couldn’t do enough for us. The pool service in particular was outstanding; we were genuinely impressed that the staff even come around to clean guests’ sunglasses while you’re relaxing by the pool – a really nice touch. We also noticed a family whose child was upset in the pool, and without any prompting the lifeguard went and got some toys to distract him, which immediately cheered him up. It really summed up the level of care and attention from the staff.||All of the hotel staff are incredibly attentive, but a special mention has to go to the Club Lounge team, who are a real asset to the hotel. You never had to wait for a drink, and you didn’t even have to say what you wanted they remembered our drinks from our very first night and were always anticipating what we needed. At breakfast, the lounge staff were just as attentive and were more than happy to make us porridge with plant-based milk, even though it isn’t a standard option on the menu, which we really appreciated.||We did have a very minor issue during our stay, which was handled quickly and professionally by Gemma on the reception desk. She was extremely helpful and made the whole thing easy and stress-free.||In the evenings, we often spent a couple of hours in the Polo Bar, where we were looked after by Bharat. He genuinely enjoyed interacting with the guests, had everyone laughing, and created such a relaxed, friendly atmosphere – he really made our evenings there memorable.||The standard of food throughout the resort, both in the restaurants and at the buffet, is amazing. Overall, a fantastic stay and thoroughly recommended.||There is some construction work currently taking place at the hotel, but this in no way affected our stay.

We recently conducted a company seminar at Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection, and the experience was excellent. The boardroom atmosphere was professional, comfortable, and very well set up for our session. The staff were highly supportive throughout the event—communication was smooth, coordination was efficient, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. A special mention to the food, which was outstanding. The quality, presentation, and taste exceeded expectations. Many thanks to the chef and the culinary team for such a wonderful dining experience. Overall, it was a well-organized and pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this venue for corporate meetings and seminars.

Just ended another fantastic trip at the hotel. The food, service and cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. All the staff are so warm and friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Special mention to Matti in the club lounge who always takes the best care of us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Solid hotel. It has everything you may want or need at the premises. From pool, beach, party, chill, quiet, and lively. Def more on the family side but still great for couples or friends. The staff are all very nice and kind. The room I had was quite spacious and had all I wanted. Location wise, you are very walking distance to different places inclusive of JBR.

Really enjoyed my stay here. First I had a room with not such a great view.. Maya from Guest Relations emailed me for feedback which I initially ignored, she followed up and I mentioned the view was not great, immediately she offered to move me and moved me to a way better view- really great service from Maya to ensure my stay is as pleasant as possible. Next the staff at the grand club were excellent and very welcoming. I enjoyed every bit of the grand club and the hospitality shown by Matti, Hossam, Ahmed, Melanie and Larry. Thank you team and I will definitely return here again. 🙂😎

Great service and rooms are nice. Pools are heated to some degree so manageable in December. There is a new building construction coming up so that can be a bit annoying but understandable. Beach access is nice. The Dubai tours for activities has some flaws in what they promise and you pay and what you get so be warned. Reception, Concierge and housekeeping (especially the turndown service) is top of the range 10 star! Hotel food is 3 star so get ready to use careem.

Amazing service! Irish took great care of me. Staff is great, very friendly, and always smiling when it comes to their service. A great place to unwind and have a cold one while watching football! Highly recommended and will always come back.
