Absolutely loved our experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The ambiance was cozy, perfect for a relaxed evening. The highlight, without a doubt, was the food—each dish was crafted to perfection, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Hats off to the chef, whose talent in Egyptian food.| It’s rare to find a place where both service and cuisine exceed expectations. |Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I stayed with my family at Al Habtoor in August 2025 for the first time. We were there for 2 weeks so a substantial time. Generally the grounds of the hotel are lovely as it's located at the end of JBR. The entrance looks lovely and the pool area is larger than most hotels on JBR. However, I would say this hotel is more 4 stars than 5. The rooms need updating a bit as they look tired. Ours had a dampness smell. The pools need updating as tiles were falling off. It's like they are concentrating more on the building of their new hotel rather than keeping this one up to date. Before we arrived, I emailed the hotel for some Birthday hospitality and we received none. We were checked into the wrong room and had to wait for the change the next day. My son caught some vomiting bug in the second week and then I had it. When we asked if we could have just simple toast and tea delivered to the room as we were too weak to go down to the breakfast area, there was a lot of resistance until finally we had it delivered. This is not a great service as we did not want to come down to the public dining area to inflict our bug on other guests and we expect a 5 star hotel to be very empathetic when this happens. The front staff generally were not as warm and friendly as you would expect - they seem more flustered. However, the best members of staff were the main dining staff - they greeted us daily with such warmth! They catered for all my family's needs and a shout out goes to: Santosh, Milan, Mayhdi Said and Carolyne at the entrance desk of Al Dhiyafa! They really made my young sons and family feel special.

Exceptional service especially from Ramon who turned a stressful situation into a smooth welcome. Kid-friendly amenities: the pools, slides and beach access kept our son entertained throughout. Spotless, spacious rooms and a pleasant setting made for relaxing family time. A heartfelt thank you again to Ramon - your help made all the difference!| |Minor notes:|The hotel is elegant but shows its age in some areas; however, it remains clean and comfortable.||If you’re upgrading your stay, consider rooms with sea or skyline views for a more memorable experience. All in all, Al Habtoor Grand Resort is an excellent choice for families seeking a beachfront escape in Dubai. With thoughtful service and a convenient location, it made our February 2025 holiday truly unforgettable.

Had a wonderful ten days at the Al habtoor, and the club lounge was amazing. The staff, Melanie, matti, Larry and the boss, hossam made our holiday. They were so polite, friendly and could not do enough to help and please. Made us so welcome. Recommend 💯 paying the upgrade. Free soft drinks all day and free alcohol drinks between 6-8pm made our day. What a lovely place and team ❤️ what a view to drink and eat. Going their for breakfast was also a pleasure and welcome change for the grand buffet

11 Nights early September.|First the negatives and there are not many:|The swimming pools open at 8:30.|The lifts sometimes have a mind of there own.|Some rooms have no outdoor space so difficult to dry off any wet clothes.|On a Fri,Sat and Sun at the adult pool the music was unbearably loud causing us to move.|Having said that we had a lovely time the hotel is clean and the food very good.|We had a club access room on half board premium and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the club lounge, there is a limited selection of drinks and the canapes and breakfasts were excellent, a very special mention to Manager Hossam, the attentive Larry, Melanie, Matti and all the Chef's. (I did feel at times there were too many young children about between 6-8 the drink hours)|Our room was very spacious and clean supplied with bottled water - thank you.|We only used 2 of the restaurants the Italian and the Grill, both served excellent food and a very good set menu choice.|Drinks in the Polo lounge served by the lovely Rain ?|Outside is spacious and kept immaculate, it's a bit of a trek to get to the beach.|So, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and be careful what you wish for because we are coming back in January! Upon arrival we were welcomed by the staff. Check-in was make very easy for us. The hotel is very classy and clean.Our room was just perfect for us, we couldn’t ask for more until night came. There was construction going on opposite our room 24/7. We understand that this construction was necessary to accommodate many more of us in the future but the noise was so loud that I couldn’t sleep so I requested the receptionist to try and alot us a different room which was not possible at that moment. Next morning I went to the receptionist Aysel who is still a trainee and told her my problem. She was so understanding and observed the inconvenience from the guests point of view. Within minutes she arranged another room for us even with an upgrade to a suite with no additional charges courtesy on behalf Al Habtoor grand Resort. Aysel depicted professionalism, confidence and hospitality. Al Habtoor grand Resort management you got a winner and a keeper in Aysel perfect for the hospitality business.

Booked a room with a couples package that managed to confuse everyone at the hotel, from the agents that answered the phone two days prior to my arrival, to the spa that was supposed to be on the itinerary. However, lack of awareness aside, they did acknowledge the add-ons after checking and re-checking multiple times. And while this was annoying it turned out to be the only downside. The staff were friendly throughout, the service, top-notch and the restaurants, outstanding. The room was compact, a bit dated but well appointed, with a view of the ocean and a most satisfying sunset. The location of the hotel is down a busy street, so getting there any time of the day can be challenging. But once you do, you’ll find little reason to leave the property with its ample dining choices, spacious gym, large swimming pools and a private beach.

I had the most wonderful experience at Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection! I celebrated my birthday here and the hotel truly made it unforgettable — they surprised me with a delicious chocolate cake and beautifully decorated my room. Such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel so special! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious with plenty of variety and great quality. The whole atmosphere of the resort — from the stunning pools and private beach to the relaxing gardens — was perfect for a memorable getaway. Everything about my stay was flawless, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly special experience in Dubai!
