We had an amazing experience at Encanto Natural Coffee Tour in Puerto Rico! The farm is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, lush, and such a perfect setting to learn about coffee. Frankie was so down to earth and made the entire tour feel personal and welcoming. He explained everything so clearly, from the coffee seeds to the full roasting process. The different coffee tastings were a highlight and so delicious! You can truly feel the passion and care behind what they do. This is a must-go experience if you want to learn about coffee plantation and you’re visiting Puerto Rico!

WOW! What a wonderful experience and a highlight of our trip to PR! Highly recommend a tour with Hacienda Encanto Natural. We booked the 1 hour tour for $25 which covered a tour of the premises and a coffee tasting. Frankie is an incredibly passionate, intelligent, and kind tour guide. It was great learning about the entire process of coffee production, from how to grow a plant to processing the coffee beans. I enjoyed the interactive parts of the tour, like helping sort the good beans. Even though we booked the shorter tour, we ended up staying almost 4 hours talking about the process! Frankie also pointed out other plants on the farm during our walk, and picked out fresh mandarins, bananas, and coconuts for us to try. Overall, highly recommend this experience. The area is beautiful and the tour itself was very fun. Gracias to the team! Also — they sell coffee and coffee tea on the farm, if you want to bring a souvenir home.

If you are looking for the best coffee farm to our in Puerto Rico, go to Hacienda Encanto Natural! I found this place through a fantastic cafe called Necesito Cafe which specializes in locally grown and roasted coffees. They gave me Frankie's address and I wasn't really sure if he would be open on a Sunday so I just drove out there into the countryside and showed up. Technically they were closed but they immediately welcomed me and I ended up spending 6 hours on the farm learning about every aspect of growing and preparing coffee, it was so cool! My business partner is a coffee roaster so I already knew quite a bit about coffee and I have visited other farms but I learned so many new things here. Puerto Rico has some of the best coffee beans and Frankie specializes in unique varieties that nobody else on the island offers like geisha coffee. We sampled lots of coffees together, Frankie picked fresh bananas for me, they had a lovely cheese platter, and there are a bunch of cute animals on the farm too! I had a wonderful day and it was so kind of them to welcome me even though they were technically closed and I hadn't booked a tour. I highly recommend visiting Hacienda Encanto Natural for a coffee farm tour, what a fantastic day! I was able to buy a variety of green coffee beans as well to take home to my coffee roaster partner, and they gave me additional samples!

Truly an enchanting experience! Frankie is very knowledgeable about all things coffee. We got to participate in basically the entire coffee making process, including planting and harvesting. Frankie generously shared some other tropical fruit from the property with us. The tasting at the end was the least bitter hot coffee I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable experience. Frankie is one of the most passionate people I have ever met. His knowledge of coffee went well beyond anything we expected. Not only Frankie is very knowledgeable, but also incredibly humble and down to earth. This is the perfect spot for someone who wants to visit a small hacienda. This was one of the best moments of my stay in Puerto Rico. He also recommended us very nice spots where to eat. His place was a little harder to reach, come with a light car because the road is steep!

It was such a pleasure to meet Frankie. My wife and I stopped by unannounced and we ended up spending 3 hours learning a lot and having a very enjoyable tour with Frankie. The coffee and also the coffee tea (!) was just great. What a nice guy! Highlighly recommended!!

Amazing tour with Frankie! The farm was spacious and beautiful, with a wide variety of fruits to try and several delicious coffees to taste. Frankie is a true coffee expert—passionate, knowledgeable, and excited to share everything he knows about the process from plant to cup. We arrived in a sedan and had no issues getting to the farm, which was very convenient. Overall, it was an incredible experience and we highly recommend visiting!

What a beautiful farm. Frankie and all the staff are truly passionate about coffee and the land that they farm. I had a wonderful time talking with Frankie and learning everything he knew. The coffee here is amazing and 100% Puerto Rican. If you are wanting an authentic, educational experience, this is the place to go.
