Hacienda Fisherman Village

This is a 3-star hotel at best. Positives: Great location and beautiful sea view. Negatives: The room looks decent at first, but the mattress was worn — I could feel the springs. It was also very strange to find a price list for stolen items placed on top of the drawer. The AC was slow to cool, and with only one key card, the room gets hot when you're out. The bathroom had serious mold issues, especially on the soap dispenser lever, which was completely covered in mold. The pool had dead insects and is surrounded by exhaust vents, making it unpleasant. There are way better hotels in Koh Samui for the price you pay.

Walking distance from everything you need restaurants, convinece stores, massages. Great room with amazing view. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Bike hire was made extremely easy through hotel with drop off and pickup. Can’t fault this place would highly recommend

Hacienda is a very friendly little hotel, all staff are wonderful and it is a very easy walk to fishermans village. The rooftop pool is great for chilling out. We stayed on village view room which was very comfortable. The only down side is that there are no chairs on balcony. We stayed nine days & were told chairs would be made available but never appeared, it would be nice to relax on balcony. That is only black mark on a great little hotel. Hence 4 star as opposed to 5 star.

I highly recommend this establishment. The staff are super friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd time here and I have already booked for next year. The location is amazing in the quieter part of Fisherman’s Village. The room I stay in is right on the water. It is beautiful. Housekeeping arrives with a big smile everyday & the sane when you walk past reception. Everything is walking distance & there are many fantastic restaurants and a couple few pubs. I recommend the Frog & Gecko & The Jolly Fisherman. Hacienda offer bike hire but I recommend going down the road. It’s a lot cheaper!! but you do need to either pay a large deposit or leave your passport. I leave my passport & I have never had a problem. There is room service for breakfast (extra cost but it is pretty cheap) and they have 3 different categories. There is also a swimming pool with spectacular views on the roof but I prefer the ocean. As a full time world traveler, I highly recommend this place!!

The rooms are very clean and the cleaner was excellent. ||The roof in the bathroom was showing damp and water damage as was above the air conditioning unit. ||The hotel is in the quieter side of fisherman’s village, however if you didn’t have a sea view it would be very very noisy. ||The pool area consists of 4 sunbeds and a small pool, which could have been cleaner. However you get a great ocean view. ||For the money the hotel is okay but far from luxurious

I visited others who stayed at the Hacienda and was totally impressed by the absolutely stunning location right on a beautiful beach one side and the main drag of Fisherman's Village the other side. We loved the rooftop pool and views in all directions. The brekkie of local fresh Thai delights on the spacious and inviting balcony overlooking the beautifully blue ocean was a highlight. The rooms were beautifully tidy, clean and well appointed. Layout of the room was perfect! .... and there was also the LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! FABULOUS!!

Loved this charming small hotel right in the heart of Fisherman's Village, which meant it was an easy short walk to all the restaurants and bars. There is no restaurant at this hotel but breakfast is offered.||We had a very attractive room with a balcony offering wonderful views overlooking the sea and neighbouring islands. Extremely comfortable large bed. The bathroom was also attractive with a good shower and attractive modern wash basin. Air conditioning and WiFi internet worked very well. Everything was spotlessly clean.||There was also a lovely small pool on the roof with sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff as well couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.||Highly recommend.

We styed 1 night at the sea view room and we enjoyed it very much. Pleasant and small boutique hotel, the room was clean and comfortable and the sea-view balcony was great to wake up to in the morning. Eve was very nice and agreed to let us check out late 🙏 ... The location is great if you're looking to be right at the center of things in fishermen's village where they have a cool walking street with boutique shops and restaurants.
