I had a 60-min full body massage with Rachel today and it was honestly the BEST massage I've ever had! She was so attentive to my tension points and worked through them so well. She is incredibly talented. I also had a chat with the women in the shop afterwards, they were so friendly and helped me pick out which product to buy. Decor, aroma and complimentary tea / broth were the cherry on top. Thank you for a great experience, will definitely be back!

Wasn’t too impressed tbh. I love their products, but the woman serving was pretty rude, rolling a cigarette ready for her break. Her vibe was just off and came across very patronising. My friend also picked up on it. Was it because she was pregnant? Maybe, but you’re at work! Be professional and friendly. Goes a long way.

I've had treatments here on three occasions and have loved the experience each time. The relaxation room has an incredible view out over the sea and is truly relaxing. The therapists are knowledge and informative, they put you at ease straight away. The treatments themselves are innovative and some of the best I've experienced (largely down the the therapist expertise). The shop is always interesting and it's current iteration is really quite exciting. I am desperate for the seaweed soak overlooking the sea...next time.

One of the most impressive stores I’ve ever seen, and it’s a small shop in Margate! The whole store is based on the set for The Martian movie starring Matt Damon. The store shows exquisite attention to detail with an entirely raised floor, vaulted metal ceiling, and assorted space age hydroponic farming technology. The staff are incredibly knowledgable about the products, the business, and the store design. Worthy of a visit to this end of the town to see. Their products are also great — be sure to try the unique fragrances at the back of the store.

Loved Haeckels. They are pushing the boundaries of sustainability (mycelium packaging!), the products work (my hands have never been so soft) and the upstairs area is incredible if you need somewhere to relax and let your mind go.

This place makes you feel relaxed the minute you walk in. Fantastic, natural products, wonderful staff and really amazing treatments. I recommend the seaweed wrap and massage for the ultimate switch off, followed by seaweed tea in their upstairs lounge with views out to sea - utter bliss!

Had a sculpt and lift facial with Lorna over the weekend and couldn’t have been happier with the results. First time having a facial and Lorna made me feel very relaxed. She asked me questions about my skin and my current regime before explaining what she would be doing and the products she would be using. Then I lay back and let her work her magic. Afterwards I was invited to relax in their beautiful waiting room with a selection of their gut health products including a really tasty seaweed broth. The facial itself worked wonders. My skin looked rejuvenated and really lifted. Would recommend.
