Great beach, nice lifeguards, and fun place to snorkel with lots of reefs. Showers were hard to find, but they are within a small white fence for privacy. Waves were intense in October but we still got out to swim and snorkel and visibility was surprisingly good.

Gorgeous shades of blue water and great walking beach. Lifeguards are actively reminding beach goers that there are RIP tides and unsafe to swim. One area is good for snorkeling, other area is for chilling and reading book or napping.

Hā’ena Beach is one of the best clear water and clean beach we’ve been to. Great snorkeling spot! Wish this stays as a hidden beach. Loved it!

lifeguarded, picturesque, flanked by the mountains. majestic views. We spent about 2.5 hours there. parking is enough I think, could be an issue during peak seasons. we came early (~9). we walked to the tunnels beach from there. Its just a continuous beach area.

One of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The water is mint green with coral rocks with purple veins. You can see to the bottom in 30 feet of water. In the movie The Thornbirds with Richard Chamberlain and his love scene was filmed on this beach. My portrait was taken here near the mountain where the Kahunas consider it sacred. You must come and see it for yourself. It is a magical place

Sadly we came on a windy and rainy day, but the beach is beautiful and water is turquoise. There’s a cool cave across the street to spend a few minutes exploring. There is limited parking so would advise arriving early in the day
