Uncovering Busan’s most beautiful attractions - SilverKris

"The city’s most famous 2km stretch of sand, which becomes very busy in summer; for a quieter experience locals recommend an early sunrise visit or a morning jog along the shoreline to enjoy tranquillity and sea views before the crowds arrive." - James Wong

The cool breeze of the water was so so therapeutic. It’s such a clean, well maintained beach 🏝️ surrounded by the tall buildings of the city. There’s proper washrooms to change, water taps to clean the mud on feet 🦶 and so much facilities. Loved it ❤️❤️

Haeundae Beach is one of the most famous beaches in Korea. The sand is clean, the view is beautiful, and the atmosphere is lively — perfect for swimming, relaxing, or enjoying seaside festivals in Busan.

I was lucky to visit the area during the weekday and avoid the crowds but I heard that this place will get packed with people if you come during the weekend. Still, because there weren't many people, I was able to enjoy the beach peacefully!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Haeundae Beach is one of the most famous beaches in Korea. It’s in Busan and is a great place to enjoy the sea and city together. • The beach is about 1.5 km long with soft sand • You can swim, sunbathe, or just relax • Many restaurants, cafes, and hotels are nearby • In summer, there are festivals and concerts • You can walk along the beach and enjoy the view • The city lights look beautiful at night

A must visit when in Busan. Its perhaps the glitziest beach in South Korea. Be mindful that swimming/sunbathing is restricted to summer. Plenty of cafes and restaurants, cafes offering western style food, but street food markets come alive at night down the streets behind the beach.

I’m giving this beach three stars. It’s a great beach, has appropriate quantities of sand, has some smol size waves and the usual collection of beach chair and inflatable swimming objects by numerous vendors. The views are not the issue, pretty solid, beach, ocean, sand and skyrise- pretty good! The problem is the swimming, or rather the lack of it if you miss the designated and tightly patrolled time window in which swimming is considered to be acceptable. They will yell at you and they will fine you. We defiantly stood with our feet in the water and enjoyed the view.

Perfect timing! There was a sand castle exhibition when we visited this beach. My fiancé and I were treated with beautiful and amazing sand castle creations made by people from all over the world.

Haeundae Beach – Calm, Clean, and Full of Surprises Haeundae Beach in Busan is one of those places that instantly makes you feel relaxed. The waves here aren’t wild or rough—they’re gentle and pleasant, making it a great spot to simply walk along the shore, dip your feet in, or just lie back and enjoy the view. The soft, clean sand is perfect for families and couples alike, and if you visit at the right time, you’ll get to see beautiful sand art—huge, creative sculptures that make the beach feel like an open-air gallery. One thing you must try while you're here is the Haeundae Sky Capsule or Sky Train ride. It offers a slow, scenic ride above the coastline with lovely views of the sea and city. It’s peaceful, colorful, and a great way to enjoy Busan from above. If you're looking for a beach that’s easy-going, clean, and full of charm, Haeundae is a perfect escape
