Check this place out! It’s called Hasuki’s snack - The sweetest lady selling the most delicious cast-iron grilled squid 🦑 perfectly seasoned, never too salty, and cooked to absolute perfection! It’s the best beach snack you can find in Haeundae — grab a pack, a cold beer, and enjoy it by the ocean. Highly recommend this little gem!

Since my last visits, I have came to appreciate this market a big more. Food stalls open up at around noodle and gets to most busy in the evening. If you want to eat and do not want the crowd, come in the day time instead. There are some good food around, read review carefully and you should have a pretty good idea. Plenty of food options so you can come back a few times and still won’t get bored.

Always a nice route for a foodie to visit local market for the night. There are plenty of local delights that you can only try in Korea and Busan. May not the very easy for tourist for find out which one is the best but just follow where the queue is and it might help.

Located just a short walk from our stay in Haeundae, this night market was a lively spot filled with both tourists and locals. The best way to find great food here is to follow the local queues — that’s where the real gems are. Stalls line both sides of the street, with small snacks near the entrance, seafood stalls in the middle, and more snacks toward the end. One seafood pancake shop in particular had a long line every night. We made a special trip back the next evening just to try it. They only serve one type of pancake, freshly pan-fried by elderly staff. Though the service is minimal — no small talk or eye contact — the steady stream of locals speaks for itself. At the far end, there’s a popular Korean street food shop where you can either dine in or take away. Again, long lines, but worth trying. The market itself isn’t very big and not the cleanest, but as a tourist, it’s definitely worth a stroll after dinner for a taste of local flavor and street life.

Three years ago I had the best shrimp and kimchi dumplings in that market and which is why on my visit this year again, I decided to stay near by. I love food and anything from the sea… if this is your case, you will enjoy this short walk and choosing where to eat. It is a touristic area and most probably many traps are there… however, you will also get fresh food and have to risk it and pick a place to eat… do not miss having a hotteok after dinner, at the very end of the market on the right corner (amazing and made on the spot).

Tried based on reviews. Cheese Honey Hotteok (at the entrance) is amazing. Honeycomb ice cream and squid is so-so. Wide selection of socks at cheap price

Just a few steps from our hotel across from Haeundae Beach (UH Suites), this bustling passageway is jam packed with over 150 businesses, primarily street food stalls, fresh produce and seafood sellers, and local cuisine restaurants. The market can get overwhelming in the evening, but a mid-afternoon stroll gives you a better opportunity to appreciate the breadth of choices here. At one of the stalls, my husband and I tried some of the local specialties like spicy rice cakes & sausage and the corn dogs. Definitely worth a look-see and eat in the midst of your beach holiday.
