Rooms were spacious and excellent. We had a balcony which had a partial sea view which was east-facing. The balcony becomes very bright and glaring in the morning due to the sun. However, what was a promising experience was marred by discriminatory and unacceptable service epitomised by a pair of incidents. First, the morning receptionist was very unhelpful. We asked for her help to book a restaurant outside the hotel as we had some trouble with using NAVER reservation. She initially appeared very reluctant after realising it was “not a hotel restaurant” and to make things worse spent 3 minutes staring at the same screen pretending to make a reservation before returning us our phone and informing us “reservations were not possible” (despite the website stating that they indeed were). Secondly, on our check in, we received the typical obligatory guest orientation. While the night receptionist was kind and helpful in walking us through the orientation sheet, we noticed that when the Korean language and English language brochures were placed side by side, that their contents differed! Most significantly, the English brochure completely omitted the adults-only pool, suggesting this pool was meant only for Korean speakers. We found this frankly unacceptable and would not have known had the receptionist not accidentally mentioned it to us. Overall, the hotel has much to work on if it intends to market itself as appealing to international guests.

(End of OCT) 4 nights in the hotel, very satisfied for the people who seek for quiet, rural area for staying/refreshing. 2 pool areas(1 only for adults) with warm water all year round. Spa, sauna with additional charges. EV charging station in the parking area.

The rooms are very spacious and nice, but food is expensive. The pool is closed at mere mention of a thunderstorm and has regular 10 minutes breaks during which everyone leaves the pool - this must be a Korean thing though and other places are probably as susceptible to similar regiments. The beach nearby is nice and plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the resort.

please be careful of their attitude. They are very agressive and refused to cancel the room after we complain that no working pool or gym onsite and wanted to move to other accomendation. I submitted a clain for the booking and won the case. However I stayed for over 100 hotels in the past 5 years and experienced such rude attitude for the first time ever. Beware

The hotel is nothing like it looks. There is no beach nearby. The food options are very limited & they are very inflexible. The restaurants are closed most of the time even during regular hours. The resort pool doesnt open till 1pm. The other pool is so over full there is no space to even more. The staff is extremely untrained....especially to handle Non-Korean guests. Overall a terrible experience & should be avoided completely!! Its the worst so called resort I have ever stayed in!!

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, which we appreciated. However, a major downside was the strict and unexpected pool rules, which were not mentioned at the time of booking. All children — even those who can swim and are supervised by their parents — were required to wear life jackets in the 1.3m deep outdoor pool. During the lifeguards’ break, everyone, including adults, had to leave the water. On top of that, swim caps were mandatory in the indoor pool.

A fine upmarket hotel. Rooms are large, clean, and well maintained. From the time you enter, the staff are there to help. Most speak English. There is a hotel side and a resort side . Both are accessible from each other. A few 5 star restaurants and a piano bar. Prices are at the high end for food and drinks. Buffet Dinner is $140,000 korea . 3 pools in total. The resort pool opens at 1pm. Beautiful quiet pool with no children allowed . The hotel pool , one is indoors . They have pool rules for using these two pool .Everyone must get out of the pool for 10 minutes every hour . You must wear a swimming cap if swimming in the indoor pool , no footwear is allowed in the inside pool as well. The pool water in all 3 pools was crystal clear every day. Location is an hour from the main city of jeju. There are lots of little local restaurants, a 7/11, and a C.U convenient store within walking distance . A beach walk will take you to the larger end of town , with lots more restaurants.

Avoid this hotel. My partner prepaid our stay through Agoda, but the hotel charged us for the stay as well and are ignoring our emails and are fighting our chargeback as well even though their own “evidence” states “Agoda” as the person responsible for paying. The property is nice enough although overpriced (in particular on property food and drinks), but the service is abysmal. This has been ongoing for 2.5 months and has still not been resolved. Avoid!
