Hagen Espresso Bar (Hagen Marylebone)

Had great experience, i wasn’t sure about entering this café but luckily i did. All 3 female assistants were friendly and helpful. I tried the Flat White, it was fine. Overall experience is 5/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Not so many seats. I will definitely be coming back to try different drinks & foods because of the high quality of customer service :)!

Hagen Espresso Bar is a great stop for coffee lovers. I tried the latte and espresso, and both were delicious and carefully prepared. The space is small but stylish — perfect for a quick break or a quality coffee moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great coffee in London.

I recently visited this coffee shop and was blown away by the incredible customer service! Andrea greeted me with genuine smiles the moment I walked in, and was more than happy to help me choose a drink based on my preferences. She was attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. My order was prepared quickly, and Andrea even checked in to make sure I enjoyed my drink. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about creating a great experience for every guest. I’ll definitely be coming back — not just for the delicious coffee, but for the exceptional service that made my day a little brighter! Highly recommended! ☕✨

A really good coffee shop, I loved it 🤗 I had flat white coffee and enjoyed it very much The place is well set up with plenty of seating Many people choosing to get coffee on the run were able to due to prompt service with a smile Service is great as the ladies are friendly and know how to make good coffee There were many happy customers when I was there, it is very popular All on the flat - so accessible for wheelchairs despite a small floor area ♿️

Absolutely Delicious. Love the vibes, and the coffee is fantastic. Was busy but the coffee came so fast, and the fact that you can get fresh orange juice made right in the moment. They offered my dog water. felt very happy here, I defo reccomend this spot if you are in the area

Only the atmosphere and the shop design is good. Coffee was terrible. We asked for single espresso and you can see from the picture: Zero cream, like a dirty water, bitter and sour taste. Moreover charging 3.10 for a single espresso without sitting avaliable and only wooden stick to stir, it should forbidden in a place that is called ESPRESSO BAR.. you guys know nothing about espresso and service. Overpriced, terrible taste, mix blend coffee beans with unknow origins… espresso bar… sure. Avoid if you are a coffee lover for the time being. Suggestions: employee a coffee specialist to improve quality and service (coffee related)

A lovely little specialty coffee shop. Small, cozy, and focused on great coffee. Not too much seating and it’s laptop free, which might not be ideal for everyone, but it makes the atmosphere feel relaxed. The staff are warm and welcoming. Andrea, who recently joined, is especially kind and her customer service is great. Definitely worth a visit if you like good coffee and friendly people

Absolutely loved this coffee shop! The atmosphere is cozy, the drinks are top-notch, and the service was outstanding. Andrea, went above and beyond with her warm attitude and great recommendations. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers.
