Came only for a quick coffee. Portion sizes are good. They understand volumes of different coffee types. Coffee is self-pro claimed to be "the best in town". I claim that's wrong. Coffee isn't burnt but the blend isn't to my liking. Would argue far better can be found in London "town".

Will not go to any other coffee shop. I love Hagen for the taste of coffee, milk varieties and for the staff. Jess & Roberta & Malika are fab. They remember orders & choose to get to know everyone in the neighborhood!

My go to place for wonderful coffee and yum snacks, staff are lovely and coffee is consistently wonderful. Can be super busy but staff still manage to get the drinks out efficiently and perfectly done

There’s a certain magic in starting your day with great coffee — but at Hagen, it’s more than that. It’s the people. The energy. The sense of familiarity the moment you walk through the door. Every morning, I’m greeted with smiles and the kind of warmth that can’t be faked. The staff know your name, your drink, and somehow make each visit feel comfortable. The coffee? Always exceptional. But it’s the experience — the consistency, the care, the atmosphere — that makes Hagen stand out. Some places serve coffee. Hagen serves community, comfort, and craft. Simply put: ” the best coffee in town.”

Visited here for a quick coffee break. Loved the coffee, ambience, and staff. Would definitely come again if in the area

I understand that it’s a busy store, so it’s crowded and there aren’t any seats. I understand there’s no bathroom. I even understand that the staff’s service is subpar. But at least the coffee should be good. What is this? A latte with foam floating on top… and the drink temperature is seriously lukewarm. You might think it’s just one drink among many to serve quickly, but that one drink could carry someone’s hopes and be the highlight of their weekend… or, on the other hand, it could also be a huge disappointment. I hope you don’t forget that.

This is, without a doubt, the best coffee spot on Marylebone High Street. It’s not just the coffee that keeps us coming back, it’s the warmth, the atmosphere, and the incredible staff who make this place feel like home. They seem to know everyone by name, our orders, creating a sense of community that’s rare to find these days. There’s so much joy and positive energy here... it’s like a little pocket of happiness in the middle of London. Whether you’re popping in for a quick espresso or settling in with a book or your journal, you’ll feel welcome, cared for, and genuinely uplifted.

I had the flat white and it taste good & smooth. Love the ambience and the decor, not big space but seating at the back with a big table top or at the bar quite comfy. They also have some pastries serving. Good fir a coffee break in between the day or chill with friends for a little chat ! Staff quite friendly and seems quite a lot of regular customers.
