Having a weekday lunch hotpot buffet at HDL. Currently running a 2-hr 1-for-1 buffet at most HDL restaurants for the price of $69.90++ (excluding drinks and condiments charges). The food and ingredients are fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and polite. The place is clean, spacious and comfortable. Great dining experience at HDL 👍🏼

went there for the promotional buffet and loved that they were also testing out some dim sum. awesome experience, loved every bit of it. we were sitting at table 19 with a lovely view of the esplanade

We had a wonderful time here. Great place to come with friends or family The service is fantastic. The people make the experience and make sure everything is taken care of. As a Person from Europe, I have not seen such a commitment to the customer in my region. And of course, the food is very good as well Will definitely be back

Excellent food and service. This was my first time at Haidilao and it did not disappoint. Each food item was pretty great, without any standout dishes in particular. The free flow of sides and DIY sauce was also a nice touch, and there were plenty of desserts to choose from as well. Kids loved the “dancing man” who stretched the noodles, overall a very good experience.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Hai Di Lao Marina Square! Special thanks to Jie Si for her exceptional service. She was patient, attentive, and went the extra mile to make our meal enjoyable. She took the effort to carefully and skillfully cut the 大闸蟹 (hairy crab) for us, making it so much easier to enjoy without the usual mess. Truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and dedication. It’s service like this that keeps us coming back to Hai Di Lao! 👏🦀💖 Also a big shoutout to Qi Qi for her amazing Halloween makeup, creative, detailed, and full of festive spirit! And to Ah Zu for keeping us entertained while we waited for our turn and making the whole experience fun and enjoyable. And Zao Ping provided excellent table service, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout our meal. Truly appreciate all their warmth, effort, and enthusiasm. Service is top notch as expected of any Haidilao chain. Food is good as usual too. What’s really special about this outlet is that it’s my first time seeing a “face-changing” performance. It was so interactive and fun. We were also very spoilt when we got one of their staff to dance to the 大展宏图 song while we were having our dinner. Felt really special!

Hai Di Lao Marina Square is a fantastic spot for celebrating birthdays! We always visit the Marina Square outlet, and it never disappoints. We booked a private room many times, which made the celebration feel extra special and comfortable. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the wide selection of ingredients made the hotpot experience fun and interactive. The service was, as usual, tip-top—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived to the end of the meal, everything was handled smoothly, making it a truly enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion in a lively yet cozy setting!

I had a wonderful experience at HaiDiLao , thanks to one amazing waitress name of Abby Lim who truly stood out. She was friendly, attentive, and always smiling, which made the whole meal feel welcoming and comfortable. She checked on my family at just the right times, explained the menu patiently, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Her professionalism and warm attitude really made our visit special. Excellent service like this is why I’d happily come back again. Highly recommended!
