Absolutely love dining here! The food is always fresh and high quality — especially the meats and vegetables. The soup base is flavorful, and I really appreciate the variety of broths to choose from. The service is outstanding: super friendly staff, quick refills, and they always make sure everything is perfect. It’s the kind of place where you feel genuinely taken care of while enjoying a great hotpot meal with friends or family. Highly recommend to anyone who loves authentic and delicious hotpot!

Had an amazing experience at Haidilao Mississauga! The food was fresh and delicious as always, and the service was exceptional. A special shout-out to Kris, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—super attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our meal. It really made the dining experience extra enjoyable. Highly recommend this location for both the great food and top-notch service!

This was my first time trying Haidilao and it exceeded my expectations! We had Suki as our server and she was very attentive! Food was amazing and the sauce/snack bar had so many choices. We tried 4 different broths - Spicy, mushroom, pork bone and sukiyaki! My favourites were the spicy and pork bone broths. Would definitely go back!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give six stars, I would because that tomato soup broth deserves its own Michelin star. 🍅🔥 Everything at Haidilao is unbelievably fresh from the veggies to the meats and the fun of cooking your own food at the table makes it feel like dinner and a show rolled into one. Just be warned: their spicy broth doesn’t mess around. If you’re a heat lover, you’ll be in heaven. If you’re not… well, maybe keep that tomato broth close for backup. 😅 And can we talk about Victor? The man’s a legend. Easily the MVP of the day. The moment your water glass even thinks about being empty, he’s there like a hydration ninja. Super friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. 10/10 would recommend, come hungry, bring friends, and definitely order the tomato broth!

Very happy to have a Haidilao location in Mississauga! I’ve been to the restaurant in Markham, and as expected, the quality of the food and customer service are superb here too. Our waiter, Elsa, was wonderful and took the time to explain the current menu options to us. The sukiyaki and classic spicy soup bases were delicious. The hand-pulled noodle show was a fun addition to the dining experience. The space is clean and well-organized, and everyone we interacted with was polite and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. The two hours of free parking were more than enough time for us to eat (you get a parking pass from a machine when you enter the building’s parking lot, which you scan on your way out).

I went to Hai Di Lao’s soft opening today, and it was my very first time trying hot pot. I have to say, it couldn’t have gone better! My server, Ryan, was absolutely incredible. He was kind, attentive, and so patient in walking me through the whole process. From explaining the broths to helping me choose the perfect ingredients, he made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. As someone new to hot pot, I really appreciated the extra attention and warmth Ryan brought to the experience. Everything from the food quality to the service was top-notch, and I left not only full but genuinely happy. I can’t wait to come back again hopefully I’ll get to see Ryan next time too! Highly recommend Hai Di Lao for anyone looking for great food and even better service.

So excited that Haidilao has finally opened in Mississauga! We visited during the first week of opening, and it was packed! We waited about an hour for a table but didn’t mind since we could walk around Square One while waiting. As always, the service and food were amazing, fresh ingredients, flavorful broth, and super attentive staff. The new location is huge! Our go-to is the Tom Yum broth, though we were a bit sad to see that watercress (our favorite green) wasn’t on the menu. Also, this location doesn’t have the same deals or dessert bar like the others — at least for now. Parking is free; just buzz security on your way out and let them know you dined at Haidilao. Note: there’s a sign outside that instructs you to drive all the way but it leads to a dead end and can be tight to turn around, it’s better to park in the larger general parking area instead.

Delicious food, perfect service, and an amazing experience at Haidilao!!!!! They offer a great variety of dishes and ingredients. The staff were super friendly—especially Joel, who was very attentive and always checked in to make sure everything was perfect.
