Haigh’s Chocolate Factory

I ordered online to have it sent to me by express mail, paid the high price of $100.00 for 1/2 kg of chocolate, and it arrived in a plain paper bag, two days late after the engagement party. For the price, I expected the best packaging and to arrive on time.

It was a bit disappointing because we thought it’s a big museum but we’re not even get free chocolate of course it’s for free to go in but we expected a bit more than that if you’re around, you can visit it but it’s not a must have to do in Adelaide

Well worth a Visit!! As a chocolate lover and longtime fan of Haigh's chocolates, the self-guided tour at the factory was a real treat and free!! Thank you for making this option available. The tour provided a fascinating insight into the craft of making chocolate. Staff were attentive and friendly. Haigh go that step further by not only providing a highly enjoyable experience, but by also providing complimentary tea, coffee or hot chocolate and a wide range of their seconds at great value.

From the moment we walked in the door Jacqui was a breath of fresh air. A wonderful young lady full of enthusiasm and we could tell, truly loves her job here. Full of knowledge and happiness. A great place to visit, especially if Jacqui looks after you.

A wonderful place to visit. Interesting to see the factory. Very generous with free samples of chocolate. Pam who served us was an absolute delight. Highly recommend!

It is big famous delicious chocolate factory. Here, parking facility is very nice.
