Haikara Deep Fried

Super yummy karaage! One of the best things I’ve eaten in 2025 Edit in Jan 2026: came back a second time and the chicken was overly battered and had a slightly burnt taste. There were entire chunks of batter that had no meat inside. Still good, but not as good as the first time.

Omg I’m drooling thinking about why I didn’t go any sooner as a local….. soooooo good. The pictures definitely do the food justice, it taste just as good as it looks

Very friendly staff, karaage was very Salty, tempuras were very light, Tonkatsu was thick as it should, from my experience,I think you can hardly find a better one in Paris.

Ate here with a friend and we both tried the tempura donburi. The dishes are beautifully presented and DELICIOUS. The portion is generous. My friend took the kimchi supplement and I had the spicy sauce supplement with fried onion (worth noting that it was not spicy but very flavorful). We also ordered the sake which in our opinion was just okay. Overall a good experience and will definitely come back to try the karaage! Delicious food indeed!

Was initially attracted by the plating of the food which is really photogenic. Upon visiting, the quality of food did not disappoint me! The tempura fish tasted perfect with a crunchy outer layer and tender meat on the inside. It also includes multiple types of tempura vegetables which is a good match for the donburi. Will definitely come back again.

Ate here twice and will probably come back for more. I’ve tried their tempura, karaage and tonkatsu. Everything is good. Make sure you order the donburi version, and add tamago and chili. The setup was an experience and the people are nice. The only bad thing here is you have to wait but its worth it. 👌

I wanted to go to this place for so long, but I’m kind of disappointed by the famous deep fried pork steak. It has a slight taste of the pig blood 🩸 I think the meat is not well prepared for deep frying. The rest is good
